        공무원 성인학습자의 학습양식 분석

        The purpose of the study was to understand adult learner (especially, public servant)’s learning style by investigating and revealing what significant differences there are in learning style followed by their personal variables (sex, age and educational background) and organizational variable (position) applying Kolb’s learning style and to utilize them for basic data to establish personal and organizational life-long learning strategy and public servants educational training plans. As results of the study were as follows. First, public servants had significant differences in concrete experience followed by sex. Namely, women had more concrete experience than men. Second, public servants had significant differences in reflective observation and abstract conceptualization followed by age. The reflective observation and abstract conceptualization were higher as their age group became higher. Third, public servants had significant differences in concrete experience and reflective observation followed by educational background. High school graduates had more concrete experience than university graduates. University graduates had higher reflective observation than high school graduates. Fourth, public servants had significant differences in concrete experience, abstract conceptualization and active experiment followed by position. Concrete experience, reflective observation and abstract conceptualization were higher as their position became higher. The results of the study have implications as below. First, in personal meaning, they imply that public servants should diagnose their learning style regularly in the side of life-long education and be suited to continuously-changed learning change positively. Second, in organizational meaning, they imply that local governments and public servants training agencies should accept them in the viewpoint of HRM and intervene into improving educational training programs according to each change of learning styles.

        Social changes lead to diverse changes in architecture. Especially, it requires more changes in a indoor space or interior more than exterior. As a result, people try to change their old and fixed indoor space or interior, but they think it would be more efficient and economically feasible to renew it because remodeling is really difficult. It seems that people believe a new construction to be efficient and economically feasible because they generally consider the increasing expenses due to the labor costs and reusability of materials as a whole. However, it bears lots of problem resulted from unstandardized parts such as increasing costs, damages on the structure, and damages on the environment. Hence, it would be desirable to develop and utilize an interior spatial structure that secures efficiency and economic feasibility in terms of social changes and modem life. This study examines the application of future interior finishing system and provides basic data for the future studies by comparing the construction costs of a wall/ceiling/floor materials-integrated synthesized interior finishing system that can efficiently satisfy these needs in housing patterns and a conventional multi-family housing interior finishing system.

        직장인 학습형태의 변화와 학습형태 인식

        본 연구의 목적은 공무원 학습형태의 변화을 기술하고 현장의 사례연구를 통해 학습형태에 대한 인식 차이를 밝힘으로서 향후 공무원 개인과 조직의 학습형태 설계 및 학습전략 수립시 기초자료로 활용하는데 그 목적이 있다- 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌연구와 G인재개발원의 실증적인 사례연구를 통해 공무원 학습형태의 변화와 학습형태에 대한 인식차이를 사례분석하였다. 연구결과, 공무원 학습자의 배움에 대한 욕구에는 상위 직급과 하위 직급간에 별차이가 없었다, 그러나 학습형태의 변화에 있어서 공급자 중심의 학습형태에서 학습자 중심 의 학습형태인 자기주도적인 e-Learning과 b-Learning 으로의 변화와 이 동에 수요층이 늘어나고 있음을 알 수 있었다 또한 학습자, 교수자, 운영자는 학습형태 (c-Learning , e-Learning, b-Learning) 의 변화와 학습형태에 대한 인식에서 유의미한 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. This study aims to describe the changes in the public servants' training and through the actual case studies, illuminate the different though processes of training in order to improve the future study planning and study strategies for an individual or a group of public servants. For this, we analyzed the differences in understanding of training through the literature search and actual case studies form G Human Resources Development As a result, there was no significant difference between the higher levels and the lower levels in the desire to learn. However, the changes of learning trends show that there are increasing demands for learner-centered e-Learning and b-Learning from the previous method of provider-centered learning. Also, the learner, teachers and the managers showed a significant difference in understanding the different learning processes (C-Learning, e-Learning, b-learning).

        Intervention of regional press in conflicts between local governments is natural and its function is important to deal with various problems and form desirable public opinion. So, a focus is given on influence of the press on conflicts between local governments. Therefore, this study is to analyse the influences of community press. For the purpose, this study investigates public opinions and attitudes targeting what is reported by community press, public officers and regional press people in order to find developmental directions of regional press that resolve conflicts between regional governments and help development of their self-governance.

        The purpose of this study is to find out the chracteristics and operation status of quality inspection system implemented by local governments in order to provide residents with high quality housing and to reduce disputes after construction. For this purpose, after collcting the uniform quality inspection ordinance provided by 38local governments including the municipal governments, the status of installation and operation of the quality inspection system, the name and role of the inspection housing, the quality inspection means. And suggested the direction of institutional improvement based this.

        중간관리자 코칭스킬 척도의 탐색적 요인분석

        이 연구는 중간관리자 코칭스킬 구성요인이 무엇인지 밝히고, 그 구성요인에 대한 탐색적 요인을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구는 문헌고찰과 선행연구 분석을 통해 중간관리자 코칭스킬 구성요인과 하위요소를 탐색하였다. 중간관리자 코칭스킬 구성요인과 하위요소 이원분류표를 통해 116개의 초기 문항을 만들었다. 이 문항들은 중간관리자 평정집단, 학문적 코칭 전문가집단 그리고 실무적 코칭 전문가집단을 통해 안면타당도와 내용타당도 검증을 받아 문항을 제거, 수정, 통합하는 과정을 거쳐 4개의 구성요인과 45개의 예비문항을 추출하였다. 추출된 45개의 예비문항을 가지고 사전조사를 하여 이해하기 어려운 문장이나 난해한 문장을 제거하고 39개의 예비문항척도를 확정하고 탐색적 요인분석을 위해 중간관리자 420명을 대상으로 조사를 하였다. 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 4개의 구성요인과 24개의 문항이 추출되었다. 24개 문항에 대한 4개의 구성요인별 신뢰도 검증을 위해 Cronbach ɑ를 산출한 결과, Cronbach ɑ는 .932로 높게 나타났다. 결론적으로 중간관리자 코칭스킬 구성요인과 그 하위요소 간의 관계는 타당한 측정도 구임이 통계적으로 검증되었다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 토대로 논의를 하였다. This study has the purpose to identify and analyze the factors of middle managers coaching skills. To that end, the factors and sub-factors of middle manager coaching skills were explored through literature examination and preliminary study analysis. Based on the dual classification table of the factors and sub-factors of middle managers coaching skills, 116 initial items were created. From these items, 4 factors and 45 preliminary items were extracted through the process of removing, modifying and integrating them after they were verified on face validity and contents validity through hands-on coaching experts group. Through prior survey of the 45 extracted preliminary items, sentences difficult to understand were removed, and after 39 preliminary item scale were determined, survey was done on 420 mid-level managers. As a result of explorative factor analysis, 4 factors and 24 items were extracted. For verification of reliability of the 4 factors for the 24 items, Cronbach ɑ was calculated, and as a result, Cronbach ɑ was found high at .932. In conclusion, it was verified that the correlation of the factors and sub-factors of middle managers coaching skills is a statistically valid measuring tool. Lastly study results will be discussed.

      • 임대주택 건축부재의 수선주기 조정을 위한 검토요소 연구

        The purpose of the study was to settle the repair cycle of building components in the public rental houses. To settle the repair cycle of components, we did survey & analysis the current data in relation to the repair work of rental houses on the aspects of five factors from July 13, 2011 to January 15, 2012. The data for the analysis was collected through the five route as following: 1) Comparative anaysis on the rapair cycle of the domestic and foreign’s management standard. 2) Questionnaire survey method from July 13 to 30, 2011 through the maintenance executors of rental house complex. 3) Field survey on the using characteristic & deterioration degree of the components according to building’s aging type(5-11-19year). 4) Interview survey on the production executor of component to grasp the change of performance & planned service life. 5) Stastical analysis on the repair data since finishing construction. The data were analyzed using statistics and analysis of multiful survey results. Through the data anaysis and comparative examination, we could induce results about the settlement of repair cycle as following: In Case of kitchen facilities, repair cycle can be prolonged two year rather than current cycle of 13year on the table of the rental house’s management protocol.
