Coping strategies as moderators between stressful life events and suicidal ideation among Korean elderly living alone and those living with others

본 연구는 스트레스 생활사건과 자살생각 간의 관계에 있어서 대처양식의 조절효과를 연구 하였다. 구조화된 설문지를 활용하여 충청도에 거주하는 247명의 노인들을 면접조사하였다. 위계적 다중회귀분석 결과, 독거노인집단에서 능동적 대처양식의 사용은 낮은 자살생각과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 두 집단 모두에서 지원-의존적 대처양식은 자살생각에 양적 영향을 나타냈다. 또한 독거노인집단의 경우 스트레스 생활사건과 능동적 대처양식의 조절효과는 자살생 각에 양(+)적 영향을 보였다. 즉 스트레스 생활사건이 낮을 때, 능동적 대처양식은 자살생각을 경감시키는데 도움이 되지만 스트레스 생활사건이 일정 수준보다 높을 때는 능동적 대처양식이 자살생각을 촉진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 스트레스 생활사건과 회피 대처양식의 자살생각에 대한 조절효과 결과를 살펴보면, 회피 대처양식의 많은 사용은 스트레스 생활사건의 자살생각에 대한 양(+)적 효과를 경감시키는 것으로 조사되었다. 독거노인의 대처양식의 조절효과는 자살생 각에 대한 대처양식의 예방적 개입 가능성을 보여준다. This study examine the relationship between stressful life events and suicidal ideation as well as the moderating effect of different coping strategies. Data were collected from the survey of 247 Korean older adults living in Chungcheong-do. The results show that active coping was negatively associated with suicidal ideation among those living alone. Support-seeking coping was positively associated with suicidal ideation for both groups. In addition, there were significant interaction effects of stressful life effects × active coping and stressful life events × avoidance coping on suicidal ideation only among those living alone. These results may imply that when those living alone experience high levels of stressful life events, avoidance coping should be taken as important preventive measures for suicidal ideation.

초등학생의 스트레스와 사회적 지지 지각이 스트레스 대처에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 초등학교 5, 6학년 남녀 학생을 대상으로 스트레스와 사회적 지지 지각이 스트레스 대처행동에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 알아보았다. 이는 청소년기의 전환기에 있는 학생들이 스트레스로 인하여 나타나는 일탈행동에 대한 초기 대응을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학생들이 가장 많은 스트레스를 경험하는 것은 학업이었다. 둘째, 스트레스 하위영역 중 가정환경은 스트레스 상황에서 문제 해결을 위한 능동적인 대처를 하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 지지 지각 중에서 친구 지지나 교사의 지지보다는 가족의 지지를 더 높게 지각하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 넷째, 스트레스 상황에서 사회적 지지 지각이 높은 학생들은 능동적으로 스트레스 대처행동을 하였다. 반면에 사회적 지지 지각이 낮은 학생들은 수동적으로 스트레스에 대처하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 초등학생들이 스트레스를 주는 사건이나 상황에서 자신의 스트레스 요인을 제거하거나 문제를 최소화하며 능동적으로 스트레스 대처행동을 할 수 있도록 다양한 프로그램의 계발과 부모교육 그리고 문제 해결에 도움을 줄 수 있는 상담이 활성화되어야 할 것이다.

대학생의 스트레스 대처방식과 대인관계능력의 관계

본 연구는 대학생의 스트레스 대처방식에 따른 대인관계능력의 차이를 알아보고, 스트레스 대처방식이 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구대상은 J도에 소재한 대학의 학생들이다. 연구결과, 스트레스에 대해 능동적 대처방식이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단에 비해 대인관계능력이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대학생의 스트레스 대처방식이 대인관계능력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 스트레스 상황을 적극적으로 해결하고자 하는 대학생들의 대인관계능력이 높음을 의미하고, 스트레스 대처방식이 대인관계능력을 향상시키는 중요한 요인임을 증명하였다. 이를 기반으로 대학생의 대인관계능력을 향상시키기 위한 방안으로써 스트레스 대처방식의 변화를 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences of interpersonal competence according to stress coping style of college students, and the effects of coping style on interpersonal competence were analyzed. The subjects of the study were college students in J province. As a result, the group with high active coping style for stress showed higher interpersonal competence than the group with low active coping style. And the stress coping style of college students was found to affect interpersonal competence. This means that the interpersonal competence of college students who want to actively solve the stress situation are high, and stress coping style have proven to be important factors in improving interpersonal competence. Based on this, the change of stress coping style was suggested as a way to improve interpersonal competence of college students.

대학생의 스트레스 대처방식이 코로나19 스트레스에 미치는 영향

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the stress coping methods of college/university students in response to COVID-19 stress, and to determine the effect/effectiveness of these stress coping methods. Methods: For data collection, an online survey method was conducted with a total of 300 college/university students. For statistical analysis, descriptive statistics t-test, ANOVA, and linear regression analysis were performed using SPSS 23.0. Results: It was confirmed that female students, two-year college students/second-year college students, students with lower grades, health majors, and college students located in the metropolitan area were vulnerable to COVID-19 stress, and the proportion of passive coping methods was high among these students. In addition, it was revealed that the active stress coping method had a negative (-) effect on COVID-19 stress, and the passive coping method had a positive (+) effect on COVID-19 stress. Conclusions: In responding to stressful situations/experiences, college/university and college students’ use of positive coping methods can, with the proper training and support, have a positive effect on their mental health/can positively contribute to their mental health by increasing adaptability in college/university and college life and improving overall quality of life.

범죄수사에서 탐정의 공익적 보완 역할

범죄수사는 형사소송법을 근간으로 하여 경찰, 해양경찰, 특별사법경찰 및 검찰수사 관이 진행하는 공적 행위이다. 형사소추를 위해 피의자를 특정함은 물론 범죄사실을 증 명할 수 있는 여러 가지 범죄증거를 합법적인 절차를 통해서 확보해야 한다. 문제는 최 근에 발생하는 범죄사건이 지능화, 첨단화됨으로 인해서 수사기관 및 수사관의 입장에 서 이들 범죄사건을 저지른 피의자들의 유죄를 입증하는데 이전보다 더 많은 시간과 수사자원이 투입되어야만 한다는 점이다. 경찰의 경우 수사경과제도를 시행하고 있으나, 소위 지역경찰로 불리는 순찰인력으 로 자청하여 이탈하는 전문수사인력이 속출하고 있는 상황에서 매년 수천만 명의 관광 객이 우리나라를 다녀가고 있으며, 합법적으로 입국한 산업연수생과 불법적으로 취업 하여 국내의 산업현장에 활동하는 대략 100만 명 정도로 추정되는 불법체류자들이 존 재한다. 이들 중 일부가 국제성 범죄와 연루되어 보이스피싱, 국제마약거래 등을 일삼 고 있으나 이에 대한 수사당국의 손길이 제대로 미치지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 향후 심 각하게 급증하고, 전문화되는 범죄에 능동적으로 대처하기 위해서는 민간의 협조를 구 하는 방법을 활용해야 한다. 그 대안으로 민간탐정의 적극적인 활용이다. 이는 미국의 경찰행정이나 수사행정 영역에서도 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있으며, 자경단이나 탐정, 범죄감시 단체를 적극적으로 육성하여 경찰 및 검찰의 부족한 부분을 메우고자 노력하고 있다. 이제는 우리도 민간탐정의 수사경력이 일정기간 이상인 사람에 대해서 각 수사기관 이 민간수사자문관으로 위촉하고 이들의 기술적 자문과 협조를 받을 필요가 있다. 더욱 이 60대 초중반의 베테랑 수사관들은 젊은 수사관들의 좋은 선배가 될 수 있으며, 이들 의 조언, 특히 민간에서 강제력이 없는 조사를 해봄으로써 새롭게 얻게 되는 기술적인 내용들이 공적 영역의 수사에 투영되어 더 강력하면서도 촘촘한 수사를 할 수 있는 전기가 마련될 수 있다고 생각한다. Criminal investigation conducted by the police, maritime police, special judicial police, and prosecutors' office are public activities, because the Criminal Procedure Act stipulates that these law enforcement agencies are in charge. In order to prosecute criminal case, various criminal evidence should be collected through legal procedures to identify the suspect and prove the crime. The problem is that more time and resources should be spent on proving the guilt of suspects who committed intelligent and advanced crimes. Many criminals are committing crimes using these advanced or intelligent methods. In the case of police, professional investigator system is in place, but there are a number of professional investigators who voluntarily leave from criminal investigation field to patrol field. Korea has tens of millions of tourists visiting the country every year, with an estimated 1 million illegal immigrants illegally employed and engaged in domestic industrial sites. Some of them have been involved in international sex crimes, including voice phishing and international drug trafficking, but they have not been able to reach the investigation authorities properly. In order to actively deal with serious and specialized crimes in the future, private cooperation should be used. The alternative is the active use of Private investigators. Such cases can be easily found in U. S. police activities and investigations, and it is trying to fill the shortcomings of investigative agencies by actively fostering self crime prevention force, private investigation, and crime surveillance civic groups. Now, we also need to appoint private investigators with more than a certain period of experience in investigating private areas such as cyber, property tracking, and public interest reporting as public investigation advisors and get technical advice and cooperation from them. Private investigators with a lot of experience in their 60s and older can be good seniors for young crime investigators. We think that their advices, especially from conducting non-forced investigations in the private sector, can project new technical contents into the public sector's investigation, providing a more powerful yet tight investigation.

펜데믹 시기 무형유산 전승공동체의 대응 -강릉단오제를 중심으

코로나19의 세계적 대유행(Pandemic)으로 전 세계 무형유산 전승공동체는 어려운 처지에 놓이게 되었다. 전면적으로 전승 활동이 위축되고 존폐의 위험에 직면했다. 무형유산 전승공동체는 현재의 난관뿐 아니라 코로나19 이후의 삶까지 위협받는 지경에 이르렀다. 이 글에서는 강릉단오제 전승주체의 대응 사례를 통해 팬데믹 상황에서 무형유산을 어떻게 보호하고 활용했는지 주목하였다. 강릉단오제는 단오를 맞이하여 강원도 강릉지역을 중심으로 전승되고 있는 세시의례이자 지역축제이다. 단오제에서는 국가무형문화재 공개행사 외에 각종 다채로운 주변 행사가 펼쳐진다. 2019년까지 100만 명이 참여했던 강릉단오제는 2020년 팬데믹 이후 위기를 맞이하였다. 국가무형문화재 공개행사 외에 대부분의 행사가 취소되었고, 시연도 보존회원을 제외하고 비대면 방식으로 전환되었다. 코로나19 이전에는 120여 개 행사를 운영하였으나, 코로나19 이후에는 대면 행사를 축소하였다. 강릉단오제 전승공동체는 지정문화재 실황중계·단오TV·쌍방향 시민참여·사이버갤러리 등의 비대면 행사를 기획했고, SNS 생중계 및 사전 제작 콘텐츠를 송출하였다. 전승공동체와 강릉시민에게 있어서 ‘천년의 축제 강릉단오제’는 반드시 ‘지켜야 할’ 또는 ‘이어야 할’ 문화유산으로 인식한 것이다. 팬데믹 상황에서 새로운 상상력을 더해 온라인 방식으로 치러졌던 2020년, 2021년 강릉단오제는 무형유산 공동체의 대응을 보여주는 긍정적 사례이다. 강릉단오제 전승공동체는 고난을 의연하게 대처했고 이후 다가올 미래를 준비했다. 자신들의 문화와 전통을 유지하면서 계속해서 변화에 적응하는 것이다. 무형유산 전승공동체는 능동적 대처와 선택적 수용을 통해 무형유산을 확산한다. The global pandemic of COVID-19 has put the global community for the transmission of intangible cultural heritage into a difficult position. Transmission activities are dwindling across the board and are in danger of extinction. The intangible cultural heritage transmission community has reached a point where not only the current difficulties but also life after COVID-19 are threatened. This article focused on how to protect and utilize intangible cultural heritage in a pandemic situation through the response of the Gangneung Dano Festival tradition community. Gangneung Dano Festival is a ritual and local festival that has been handed down mainly in Gangneung, Gangwon-do to welcome Dano. In addition to the national intangible cultural assets public event, the Dano Festival hosts a variety of surrounding events. The Gangneung Dano Festival, which had 1 million people participating by 2019, has been hit by a crisis since the pandemic. Except for public events for national intangible cultural properties, most events were canceled, and demonstrations were also converted to non-face-to-face, except for preservation members. Before COVID-19, more than 120 events were operated, but face-to-face events were reduced after COVID-19. Gangneung Dano Festival Transmission Community organized non-face-to-face events such as live broadcast of designated cultural properties, Dano TV, interactive citizen participation, and Cyber ​​Gallery, and broadcast live social media and pre-produced contents. For Gangneung citizens, the ‘Thousand Year Festival Gangneung Dano Festival’ was recognized as a cultural heritage that ‘must be preserved’ or ‘should be’. The Gangneung Dano Festival in 2020 and 2021, which was held online with new imagination in the face of a pandemic, is a positive example of the community's response to the intangible cultural heritage. Gangneung Dano Festival The tradition community resolutely dealt with hardships and prepared for the future to come. They continue to adapt to change while maintaining their culture and traditions. The intangible cultural heritage transmission community should spread the intangible cultural heritage through active action and selective acceptance.
