        실내온도조절을 위한 인버터 열펌프의 주파수 제어에 관한 연구

        An experimental study on the frequency control of an inverter heat pump to get the desired indoor room temperature has been conducted for the performance characteristics during the steady, 4, 8, and 16 step frequency operations. The heat pump model used in this study was operated to meet the experimental conditions of ASHRAE standard. The performance of the system was tested by measuring the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant, and cooling capacity, power consumption, etc. of the system. As the controlling frequency steps increased, the running time of the compressor increased as well as the electric consumption of the system and the cooling energy due to the wall heating load. However, the average cooling COP was improved.

        인버터 열펌프의 주파수 및 모세관 길이 변화에 따른 시스템 성능특성의 실험적 연구

        An experiment study was performed to investigate the optimum cycle of an inverter heat pump as a function of frequency. The performance of the inverter heat pump with the rated cooling capacity of 4141W(3550kcal/h) was measured with a variation of frequency, indoor and outdoor temperature, and length of capillary tube in the psychrometric test room. As a base case, the inverter heat pump with the standard capillary length of 1000mm which was optimum size for the frequency of 60Hz and ARHRAE Test condition A was tested by varying frequency from 30Hz to 80Hz. Then, the optimum cycle was invesigated by varying the length of capillary tube at each frequency levels of 30, 60 and 80Hz. Based on the experimental data, the change of system characteristics between the optimum and the base case were analyzed for each selected frequency levels. Generally, for low frequency level(30Hz), the longer length of the capillary tube compared with the standard size showed the higher EER, while for high frequency level(80Hz) the shorter length of the capillary tube showed the higher EER.

        멀티형 인버터 열펌프의 냉방성능해석에 관한 연구

        A system simulation program was developed for a multi-type inverter heat pump. Electronic expansion valve(EEV) was used to extend the capacity modulating range of the heat pump as expansion device. The program was also developed to calculate actual system performance with the building load variation with climate during a year. The performance variation of a multi-type hat pump with two EEV and an inverter compressor was simulated with compressor speed, capacity, and flow area of the EEV. As a result, the optimum operating frequency of the compressor and openings of the expansion device were decided at a given load. As compressor speed increased, he capacity of heat pump increased, the capacity of heat pump increased. Therefore flow area of EEV should be adjusted to have wide openness. Thus the coefficient of performance(COP) of the heat pump decreased due to increasement of compressor power input. The maximum COP point at a given load was decided according to the compressor speed. And under the given specific compressor speed and the load, the optimum openings point of EEV was also decided. Although the total load of indoor units was constant, the operating frequency increased as the fraction of load in a room increased. Finally ad the compressor power input increased, the coefficient of performance decreased.

        회전수 상승폭 변화에 따른 인버터열펌프의 비정상 운전특성

        The transient characteristics of a 4.0㎾ inverter driven heat pump was investigated by theoretical and experimental studies. The heat pump used in this study consists of a high side scroll compressor and $\Phi$7 compact heat exchangers with two capillary tubes. A series of tests was peformed to examine the transient characteristics of heat pump in heating and cooling mode when the operating speed was varied from 30Hz to 102Hz. One of the major issues that has not been addressed so far is transient characteristics during speed modulation. A cycle simulation model has been developed to predict the cycle performance under frequency rise-up conditions, and the results of theoretical study were compared with the results of experimental study. The theoretical model was driven from mass conservation and energy conservation equations to predict the operation points of refrigerant cycle and the performances at various operating speeds. For transient conditions, the simulated results are in good agreement with the experimental results within 10%. The transient cycle migration of the liquid state refrigerant causes a significant dynamic change in system. Thus, the migration of refrigerant is the most important factor whenever An experimental analysis is performed or A simulation model is developed.

        본 연구는 제어방식에 따른 파사드 일체형 PVT 시스템의 성능 비교를 목표로 한다. PVT는 PV와 ST의 결합 시스템으로 열과 전기를 모두 생산할 수 있다. PVT 패널에 의해 생성된 전기로 펌프를 가동시키는 Mode 2는 펌프의 역전현상과 빈번한 On, Off 현상이 우려되었다. 실증실험 결과 날씨에 관계 없이 우려하였던 현상은 일어나지 않았다. 벽면에 90°로 설치한 PVT의 Mode 2는 과열현상이 일어나지 않는다. 유지관리가 용이하며 Mode 1에 비해 적은 설치비용이 든다. 따라서 한국 아파트 남쪽 벽면에 설치하여 큰 효과를 볼 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        인버터 열펌프내 오일순환량에 관한 실험적 연구

        It is important to investigate characteristics of flow of refrigerant/oil mixture circulating in a refrigeration system. Therefore the oil concentration in refrigerant/oil mixture should be measured exactly by the adequate measuring instrument. In this paper, the oil concentration was measured by density monitoring system(DMS) in the liquid-line of a inverter-driven heat pump. Experimental result follows ; the main factor that have an effect on oil concentration refrigerant/oil mixture circulating in a refrigeration system is the momentum and kinematic viscosity of refrigerant/oil mixture compressed by scroll compressor.

        멀티 인버터 히트펌프의 동특성 해석 프로그램의 개발

        A dynamic simulation model was developed to analyse the transient characteristics of a multi-inverter heat pump. The programs included a basic air conditioning system such as a evaporator, condenser, compressor, linear electronic expansion valve (LEV) and by-pass circuit. The theoretical model was derived from mass conservation and energy conservation equations to predict the performance of the multi-inverter heat pump at various operating conditions. Calculated results were compared with the values obtained from the experiments at different operation frequencies of compressor, area of the LEV and configuration of indoor units operation. The results of the simulation model showed a good agreement with the experimental ones, so that the model could be used as an efficient tool for thermodynamic design and control factor design of air-conditioners.

        착상을 수반한 멀티 가변속 열펌프의 동특성

        In the case of heat exchangers operating under frosting condition, the growth of frost layer causes the heat exchanger to increase the thermal resistance and pressure loss of the air flow. In this paper, a transient characteristic prediction model of the heat transfer for multi inverter heat pump with frosting on its surface was presented taking into account the change of the fin efficiency due to the growth of the frost layer. In this dynamic simulation program, which was peformed for a basic air conditioning system model, such as evaporator, condenser, compressor, linear electronic expansion valve (LEV) and bypass circuit. The theoretical model was driven from the obtained heat transfer coefficient and mass transfer coefficient, independently. And we consider heat transfer performance was only affected by a decrease of the wind flow area. The calculated results were compared with some cases of experiments for frosting conditions.
