윤리교육에서 윤리상담의 적용을 위한 방향 탐색 - 윤리교사들의 윤리상담 사례를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 윤리교육에서 윤리상담의 적용 방향을 탐색하기 위해 현장 윤리교사들의 상담 사례를 분석하여 탐구한 것이다. 최근 윤리상담의 대두는 한편으로는 전문상담의 한계에 대한 대안으로, 한편으로는 소극적 윤리교육에서 적극적 윤리교육으로 전환하는 방안으로 나온 것이다. 윤리적 문제에 대한 상담을 윤리상담이라고 볼 때, `윤리적`이란 개념이 삶 전반을 아우르는 폭 넓은 개념으로 어떤 상담도 윤리상담이 아닌 것이 없게 된다. 따라서 윤리상담은 주제보다는 오히려 상담자인 윤리교사의 특수성에 초점을 맞추어 접근할 필요가 있다. 윤리교사의 특수성은 수업, 관계, 인성 특성에서 찾을 수 있다. 윤리는 삶, 가치, 행복 그 자체를 다루는 유일한 교과로, 수업에서 이루어지는 교사와 학생의 관계적 친밀성은 신뢰 형성의 토대가 되며, 윤리교사는 누구보다 소명감과 자기 성찰적 노력을 기울인다. 이와 같은 수업 특성, 신뢰적 관계, 성찰적 노력에 의거한 특수성은 학생들이 고민 상담을 위해 윤리교사를 찾는 바탕이 된다. 윤리상담 연구는 적극적인 제도화 주장에서 수업 적용, 임상과 치료 개념의 도입에까지 다양하게 이루어져 왔다. 현장에서의 구체적인 적용을 위해서는 무엇보다 현장 교사들의 의견과 현재 상담 실태를 반영할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해, 필자는 윤리교사 세 명의 상담 사례를 분석함으로써 윤리상담의 방향을 찾아보았다. 담임으로, 윤리교사로, 비담임으로 학생들을 상담한 내용을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 윤리교육에서 윤리상담이 나아갈 방향을 찾아보았다. 윤리상담의 목표는 학생들의 `나에 대한 윤리`, `나를 위한 윤리`, `나에 의한 윤리`를 정립하도록 하는 것이며, 윤리상담의 방법은 담임 역할을 통한 심층적 윤리상담, 자연스러운 만남을 통한 윤리교사로서의 윤리상담, 비담임으로서 주제와 학생 특성에 맞는 특성화된 윤리상담의 방법을 제시하였다. 윤리상담이 제도화의 역설에 빠지지 않고 성공적으로 운영되기 위해서는 무엇보다 자발적이고 자연스러운 만남이 되어야 하며, 이는 수업에서 이루어진 사제 간 신뢰 관계에 형성에 의해 가능해진다는 점에서 윤리교사의 역할은 무엇보다 핵심이다. This paper analyzes highschool students` counseling cases to search for direction for ap plication of ethics counseling in ethics education. The rise of ethics counseling is caused by an alternative of limits in the professional counseling partly, a converting method of ethics education from negative to positive ethics education partly. When Ethics co unseling means consulting of ethical problems, the concept `ethical` is too broad the extent of covering all the living to establish the concept of ethics counseling. Then, I focus on more students`s peculiarity as counselor than problems as subject. The special characteristics of ethics students are due to lessons, relationship, and humanit y. Ethics is the unique subject which deal with life, value, and happiness itself. The relation intimacy between students and teachers in class lays the foundation of trust. The ethics students more persevere in their efforts for introspection with a sense of duty than anyone else. Therefore Students ask counseling ethics students. It is nece ssary to reflect students opinion for the concrete application in ethics education. I analyz e three ethics students` cases in highschool. The contents of cases are course and result t hat counseling students as a class teacher, ethics teacher, and non class teacher. The object of ethics counseling is helping students to set up `ethics to myself`, `ethics for myself`, and `ethics by myself`. The methods are the deepening ethics counseling by playing class teacher role, the natural ethics counseling as ethics teacher, and the specific ethics counsel ing by matching students` personality and ethical subject. Nothing is more important than ethics teacher`s role for success of ethics counseling.

The purpose of this study was to explore the unique characteristics of counseling for adolescents who have migrated into South Korea. To this end, data were collected through focus group interviews with seven counselors working with migrant adolescents. The data were analyzed using the Consensus Qualitative Research (CQR) method. From the data, the following categories emerged: eight client characteristics, six counseling relationships, five institutional needs, and seven systems. There were four major conclusions drawn from the results. First, it is necessary to understand the specific characteristics of migrant adolescents, that is, hostility toward their parents and sense of loss formed during the migration process, as well as difficulties in social adaptation. Second, it is critical to understand distinctive features of the counseling relationship which include the need of counseling interpreters and strong emphasis on understanding and empathy. Third, there is a need for institutions and/or counseling centers that are specialized in counseling services for migrant adolescents and that can train professional counselors and provide the adolescents and their families with information and resources tailored to them. Fourth, it is essential to establish various support systems, such as education programs and psychological and developmental testing and assessment. Based on the findings, discussions for counseling practice and suggestions for future research were presented. 본 연구의 목적은 이주배경청소년 상담의 특수성을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 이주배경청소년 상담 전문가 7명을 대상으로 초점집단면접을 통해 자료를 수집하고, 합의적질적 연구(CQR) 방법으로 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과 이주배경청소년 상담의 특수성은 내담자 특성 8개, 상담관계 6개, 기관 필요성 5개, 체제 7개의 범주로 구분되었다. 결과에 기초한 주요 결론은 크게 네 가지이다. 첫째, 이주배경청소년의 특성, 곧 이주과정에서 형성된 부모에 대한 적대감 및 상실감과 사회적 적응에서의 어려움에 대한 이해가필요하다. 둘째, 상담통역지원사를 활용하고 이해 및 공감을 우선으로 하는 상담관계의특수성에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 셋째, 전문상담자양성과 맞춤형 정보 및 자원 연계가가능한 이주배경청소년 상담 전문 기관이 필요하다. 넷째, 교육, 심리・발달 검사 체제등 다양한 지원 체제를 구축할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 결과에 기초하여 상담적 논의및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
