물류센터 안전인식과 안전현황에 대한 안전교육의 효과

최근물류센터화재사고를비롯하여안전사고에대한관심이높아지고있다.물류센터의안전교육은작업에대한안전 태도와안전에대한지각에영향을미치기때문에현재시행되고있는안전교육에대한효과성을검증할필요가있었 다.이에본연구에서는물류센터근무자들의인식을기반으로물류센터의안전교육이근무자들의안전인식과안전 현황에어떠한영향이있는지안전교육의효과성을검증하고자하였으며,현장근무자대상실증연구를통해실질 적인효과성을확인하고자하였다.이를위해안전교육전과안전교육후의인식정도의차이를확인하기위하여대 응표본t-Test를실시하였으며, 분석결과대부분의안전인식과안전현황에서안전교육후의효과성이검증되었다. 안전교육실시후근로자들이안전의필요성을더욱각인하게되었으며, 안전매뉴얼의필요성을더욱인식하게되 었으며,근로자들이현재근로하는회사의안전교육실시여부,경영자의안전관리의지,전사차원의안전관리추진 에긍정적인인식이생긴것으로파악되었다.

신선물류의 선진화 과제와 발전 방안 - 저온저장 및 운송업계의 사회적 책임으로 중심으로 -

신선식품에 대한 소비자 안전성 요구의 증가로 물류서비스 수준 향상이 절실한 시대에 공산품 물류에 비해 뒤떨어져 있는 “신 선물류의 선진화를 위한 대응전략 모색과 발전을 위한 방안”에 관한 연구가 필요하다고 생각된다. 최근 소비자의 식품안전 요구의 증대에 따라 신선물류시장의 성장이 두드러지고 있다. 이러한 시대적 상황에서, 본 연구의 목적은 신선물류 프로세스의 핵심을 이루는 저장 및 운송업계의 선진화를 위한 과제와 발전 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 신선물류 선진화의 전제조건으로 신선식품의 유통 특성과 품질관리의 어려움 및 저온관리의 효과분석, 식품유통의 품질(안심⋅안전)관리와 비용 간의 상충관계분석, 식품안전의 사회적 책임 필요성에 대해 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 핵심은 우선, 식품안전의 사회적 책임 실현을 위해 보관업계가 준수해야 할 ‘저 온물류센터의 보관 요구사항’에 대해 분석⋅검토하였다. 다음으로 운송업계가 준수해야할 ‘위생적 운송요건’에 대해 살펴보았는 데, 이에 대한 국내의 연구 및 고찰이 아직 없는 실정으로 그 의의가 있다고 사료된다. 연구의 방법은 신선물류 프로세스 가운데 저온저장 및 운송 관련의 식품안전에 관한 문헌조사와 통계 데이터 등을 수집⋅검토하여 유통현황과 R&D 기술수준을 파악하였 다. 본 연구는 청과부류의 신선물류 선진화와 발전방안에 대해 고찰하였다. 향후의 연구 방향 및 과제로는 농식품 콜드체인 운송 서비스 가이드라인의 제정을 비롯해 청과물의 품목별 특성을 고려한 농식품 안전의 향상을 위한 신선물류업계의 단체표준 운영요 건의 개발이 요구된다. 본 연구가 이에 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대된다. As the needs of consumer safety for fresh agricultural products have increased in recent years, improvement of logistics service has became an urgent issue. Compare to logistics of industrial goods, fresh logistics is far underdeveloped. Thus, research on advancement and development plan is needed. In this background, the purpose of this study is to suggest some strategies for development of storage and shipping industry which is the core of the fresh logistics process. Before presenting the strategies, unique distribution characteristics and difficulty in quality control of fresh agricultural products were examined. At the same time, the effects of low temperature management, and the trade-off relationship between quality management and cost of food logistics were analyzed. Social responsibility and need for food safety were also discussed. As part of the study, storage requirements of cold chain logistics center was established to fulfil the social responsibility of food safety. Hygienic qualification which the transportation industry must adhere to was reviewed. To my knowledge, this is the first national study about the issue. The study was conducted by collecting and reviewing literature and statistical data which are related to cold chain storage and techniques, and analyzing the status of domestic distribution industry and R&D technology. Through this study, the desirable direction for development of fresh logistics of fruits and vegetables was debated. In the future, it is essential to develop a standard Agrifood cold-chain shipping guideline and a standard operating requirements for the safety of agricultural products considering the characteristics of each item. This study is expected to be useful for setting the criterion.

항만배후단지 물류창고업 안전관리 개선방안에 관한 연구

최근 코로나19의 발생 및 비대면 사회 기조 확산 등 글로벌 사회여건 변화로 항만물류산업이 발전하면서 항만배후단지 물류센터의 중요성도 함께 드러나고 있다. 항만물류산업의 발전과 더불어 다양한 신기술의 등장, 인터넷 및 전자기기의 발달로 항만배후단지 물류센터의 기능은 점차 확대되고 있다. 그러나 지속적인 성장을 보이는 물류센터의 발전 이면에 끊임없는 안전사고가 발생하고 있어 그 위험성을 배제할 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 항만배후단지의 물류창고업에서 발생하는 안전사고 예방대책에 대한 우선순위를 도출하였다. 이를 통해 항만배후단지의 물류센터들의 입지가 높아지는 반면 더 큰 위험이 산재하고 있는 물류센터 공간을 효과적으로 개선하기 위한 방안을 제시하였고 항만물류산업 및 물류창고산업에 전반적인 안전문화 발전에 기여하고자 하였다. Recent developments in the maritime logistics industry have brought to the forefront the significance of logistics-Centers in port hinterlands, driven by the spread of COVID-19 and the increasing prevalence of a contactless society. Furthermore, alongside the growth of the maritime logistics sector, the emergence of various advanced technologies and the development of the internet and electronic devices have expanded the functions of logistics centers in port hinterlands. However, continuous safety incidents are occurring behind the scenes of the thriving logistics centers, making it impossible to ignore the associated risks. This study aims to derive priorities for accident prevention measures in the logistics warehouse industry within port hinterlands. Through this, we provide strategies to effectively enhance spaces in logistics centers that are witnessing an increase in their importance as maritime logistics hubs, while also addressing the growing risks. The goal is to contribute to the overall development of a safety culture in the maritime logistics industry and the logistics warehouse sector.

안전의식 수준이 의사 표현과 안전행동에 미치는 영향 : 택배 물류센터 근로자를 중심으로

본 연구의 구체적인 방법은 물류센터 현장의 위험에 노출되어 있는 현장직 근로자들의 의사표현과 안전행동이 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지를 면담 중심의 질적 접근을 통하여 밝히고 자 한다. 첫째, 직원 간 대립적인 마음가짐을 버려야 할 것이다. 직원 간 위치에 대하여 자신부터 파악 한 후 인지하고 개인 간의 사회, 문화, 공간적인 배려가 요구된다. 둘째, 의사표현은 이들만의 행동이 아니다. 일반적으로 학생, 성인 구분이 필요 없을 만큼 우리는 도보 중이나 교통수단을 이용한 이동 중 또는 편안한 모임 장소에서 많이 듣고 사용되어지는 모임 구성원들의 자연스러운 의사표현을 경험하기도 한다. 마지막으로 안전 행동은 모든 구역이 요구하는 신체적 표현의 장끼가 아니다. 누구의 잘못된 의사표현이 먼저였기 때문에 위험이 산적해 있는 현장에서 고위험군의 현장이 되었다는 해명 같은 변명이 나와서는 안 된다. 이 연구를 통하여 고위험군인 산업 현장직의 안전의식 수준 고취와 긍정적 의사표현 그리고 건강한 안전행동의 필요성을 위한 기초 자료로 활용되기 위하여 소통이 요구되는 후속 연구 및 논의가 지속되어야 한다. The specific method of this study aims to reveal through a qualitative approach centered on interviews how the intentions and safety behaviors of workers in the field who are exposed to risk at the distribution center site are being carried out. First, the confrontational attitude between employees should be abandoned. After grasping the location of employees, they need to be aware of them and consider social, cultural, and spatial considerations between individuals. Second, expression of opinion is not their own behavior. In general, there is no need for a distinction between students and adults, so we experience the natural expressions of members of the group that are often heard and used while on foot, on the move by means of transportation, or at a comfortable meeting place. Finally, safe behavior is not a tool for physical expression that all areas require. Because someone s wrong expression was first, there should be no excuses such as clarification that it became the field of high-risk soldiers in the field where there is a lot of danger.Through this study, follow-up studies and discussions that require communication should be continued in order to raise the level of safety awareness of high-risk industrial workers, express positive opinions, and use them as basic data for the necessity of healthy safety actions.

물류네트워크 재설계 및 재고 풀링 효과에 의한 타당성 분석 -국내 CPG 업체 사례를 중심으로-

기업경영의 경쟁이 치열해짐에 따라 비용 절감과 이익 극대화를 위하여 물류네트워크 구축 및 분석이 중요한 관심사항이 되고 있다. 물류네트워크의 성공적인 구축을 위해서는 타당성에 대한 분석이 충분히 이루어져야 하는데, 본 연구에서는 재고 풀링(Pooling) 효과를 이용하는 방법론을 사례를 통해 보여준다. 즉, 본 연구는 CPG 업체인 A사의 상온제품을 사례로 하여 물류네트워크를 설계하고 재고 풀링 효과로 물류네트워크의 타당성을 검증하는 방법론을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 재고 풀링 산출식을 CPG산업의 특성에 맞게 새롭게 개발하여 적용시켰으며, A사의 특성인 B·C급 장기비축물량의 허브센터 집약으로 안전재고 감축이라는 효과가 실제로 이루어진다는 것을 증명하였다. As the competitive business environment is growing more fierce, the importance of implementing and analyzing a logistics network is on the rise in order for a business to minimize costs and maximize profits. For successful implementation of a logistics network, a business needs to conduct an economic validation, which is shown in this paper through a case study using a methodology containing the inventory pooling effect. In this study, we apply the formulation of inventory pooling effect to a CPG firm and prove that the firm A can reduce the safety stock with the integration of long-term stocks to a hub logistics center.

변화하는 식품영업자 트렌드에 적용되는 식품안전 법제도 조항 고찰

This study will propose newly emerging food businesses followed by demographical changes of customers or development of internet based environment and considered food safety related laws or legal application on it. This emerging food business could not be defined as classical criteria based on the food safety laws, so that they have to be controlled by differentiated legal criteria. Total fourteen related laws which have to be applied on newly emerging food business retailing general food or packed animal products have been considered and administrative disposition criteria was also suggested in this study. This study systematically propose the legal criteria for changing or emerging food business and highlight the importance of sustainable or differentiated food safety management of possible future food business.

부산신항 적극적 관제 장려 방안 연구

부산신항은 지형적인 특성상 마산 방면에서 입출항하는 선박과 신항으로 입출항하는 선박이 서로 교차하는 경우가 빈번하고 대형 컨테이너선과 저속 예부선 등의 통항량이 많을 뿐만 아니라 년 중 안개일수도 많아 충돌사고 위험이 상존한다. 따라서 선박에 정보제공 정도만 하는 소극적관제 보다는 선박의 이동에 개입하는 적극적인 관제가 사고 방지에 더욱 효과적이라 할 수 있다. 부산신항의 관제 자료 및 해양안전심판원의 재결사례 등을 통하여 충돌사고의 원인을 분석하는 과정에서 적극적 관제의 필요성을 확인할 수 있었다. 본고에서는 부산신항에서의 적극적 관제 사례와 문제점을 주로 법률적인 측면에서 살펴보고, 적극적 관제의 개선 방안을 도출하여 보았다.
