항만배후단지 물류창고업 안전관리 개선방안에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Improvement of Safety Management by Logistics Warehouse Industry

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 코로나19의 발생 및 비대면 사회 기조 확산 등 글로벌 사회여건 변화로 항만물류산업이 발전하면서 항만배후단지 물류센터의 중요성도 함께 드러나고 있다. 항만물류산업의 발전과 더불어 다양한 신기술의 등장, 인터넷 및 전자기기의 발달로 항만배후단지 물류센터의 기능은 점차 확대되고 있다. 그러나 지속적인 성장을 보이는 물류센터의 발전 이면에 끊임없는 안전사고가 발생하고 있어 그 위험성을 배제할 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 항만배후단지의 물류창고업에서 발생하는 안전사고 예방대책에 대한 우선순위를 도출하였다. 이를 통해 항만배후단지의 물류센터들의 입지가 높아지는 반면 더 큰 위험이 산재하고 있는 물류센터 공간을 효과적으로 개선하기 위한 방안을 제시하였고 항만물류산업 및 물류창고산업에 전반적인 안전문화 발전에 기여하고자 하였다.

Recent developments in the maritime logistics industry have brought to the forefront the significance of logistics-Centers in port hinterlands, driven by the spread of COVID-19 and the increasing prevalence of a contactless society. Furthermore, alongside the growth of the maritime logistics sector, the emergence of various advanced technologies and the development of the internet and electronic devices have expanded the functions of logistics centers in port hinterlands. However, continuous safety incidents are occurring behind the scenes of the thriving logistics centers, making it impossible to ignore the associated risks. This study aims to derive priorities for accident prevention measures in the logistics warehouse industry within port hinterlands. Through this, we provide strategies to effectively enhance spaces in logistics centers that are witnessing an increase in their importance as maritime logistics hubs, while also addressing the growing risks. The goal is to contribute to the overall development of a safety culture in the maritime logistics industry and the logistics warehouse sector.
