Korean National Survey for Environmental Pollutants in Human Body (KorSEPs) was performed for preparing the Korea National Environmental Health Survey (KNEHS) as a pilot study. The German Environmental Survey (GerES), National Human Exposure Assessment Study (NHEXAS) and National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) were referenced for making design and sampling strategies of KorSEPs. Sampling units and participants were 2,273 persons within 80 units at KorSEP Ⅱ, and 5,129 persons within 200 units in KorSEP Ⅲ. Analytes were increased to 13 items such as Pb, Hg, Mn, Cd, As, 2-naphthol, 1-OHP, cotinine, metabolites of phthalates, bisphenol A, 3-PBS, metabolites of benzene and toluene. Two kinds of questionnaires were developed; one for families and another for individuals. In Korean adults, the geometric means of the blood lead, mercury, cadmium and manganese levels were 19.1, 3.23, 0.65 and 10.8 ㎍/L, respectively. The geometric concentrations of the urinary 2-naphthol (2-NP) and 1-hyroxypyrene (1-OHP) were 3.84 ㎍/L (95% CI: 3.57-4.11) and 0.15 ㎍/L (95% CI: 0.15-0.17), those of urinary cotinine concentrations were 769.9 ㎍/L (95% CI: 611-929) among smokers and 21.5 ㎍/L (95% CI: 19.1-23.9) among non-smokers in KorSEP Ⅲ. Of metabolites of phthalates, the concentrations of Mono-(2-ethyl-5-bydroxyhexyl)-phthalate (5-OH), Mono-(2-ethyl-5-oxohezyl)-phthalate (5-OXO), and Mono-N-butyl phthalate (Mn-BP), were 13.3 ㎍/L (95% CI: 12.6-14.1), 11.1 ㎍/L (95% CI: 10.4-11.8), 44.9 ㎍/L (95% CI: 42.2-47.8), respectively. Also, the concentrations of bisphenol A (BP-A) and 3-phenooxybenzoic acid (3-PBA) were 0.71 ㎍/L (95% CI: 0.64-0.79) and 1.82 ㎍/L (95% CI: 1.69-1.95), prespectively. This investigation is about the changes of the sea water quality around the Tae-an thermoelectric power plant and its counterplan. I analyzed water quality and heavy metals in thirteen areas near Tae-an thermoelectric power plant, from 2013 toe 2014. The result of analysis shows the water quality environment standard. Specially, COD, total phosphorus(T-P), and total nitrogen(T-N) satisfy the first grade, and water system has been conserved safely. As any heavy metal of As, Cd, Cr6+, Cu, Hg, and Pb was not found, they ar likely to have little impact on water quality overall. As variations by peak point, season, and water depth were not significant, the changes caused by physical and chemical impact are few or no, water system is very safe, and also there are no signs indicating changes of water quality. Because Tae-an thermoelectric power plant can change an ecosystem near the west coast, we should continuously investigate, keep watch and also consider measures to conserve good water quality near that plant. The counterplan is as follows. First, we have to develop model for warmed draining diffusion prediction and warmed draining effect reduction facility in order to minimize the problem of the oceanic environmental change. Long term monitoring of near the power plant is also essential. Second, waste water and scrapped materials discharged from plant should be managed thoroughly, Since the coal from the plant can cause dust and it can be flowed out to sea during loading, it also should be controlled throughly and the plant should be operated in an environment-friendly way. And an old model power plant must equip an up to date pollution prevention facility. Third, currently No,9 and 10 of Tae-an thermoelectric power plant are being constructed for the facility expansion. Then they will be the extra-large size thermoelectric power complex. Therefore, natural purification ability should be measured through simulation and environmental pollution form the facility expansion should be supervised thoroughly. So it must strengthen and assessment of environmental impact. This kind of power plant project should not only be satisfied with the environmental legal standard but also accompany an active counterplan in advance considering the development of areas near the plant. Above all, We should convince people to realize the seriousness and effect of the environmental pollution.
교과서 화학Ⅰ에 대한 학생들의 오개념의 유형 분석 및 해결방안 연구 : 분자운동을 중심으로

The previous Studies performed by many scientific educators have proved that most of misconceptions students have in their cognitive structures could arise from the instructional process in school. Even a teacher who has a deep and fluent teaching skill for Chemistry is apt to cause the students to make School Made Misconception in their cognitive structure. This research is for type analysis for misconception of high school students just having finished Chemistry Ⅰ in their scientific curriculum. 30 paper questions for misconception assessment were provided for 60 students and the additional interview assessment was performed for few necessary students. Johnstone(200)'s Chemical Triangle Level Theory was adopted and gave the conclusion; most of misconceptions were related with the understanding deficiency of Sub Micro chemical terms level. To reduce this type misconception from students' cognitive structures, teacher's advanced teaching skill was essential first of all. Atom, ion and molecule should be accurately noted by teacher in his teachings process. Also Thinking in Model Terms scheme by Steinbuch(1977) was useful for chemical particle concept transition from Sub Micro level to Macro level. Regarding most of students' misconceptions consist of Sub Micro level particles, Steinbuch's scheme could be alternative solution for reducing the related misconception. This scientific mode of moving from 'left to right' in Steinbuch's scheme is possible for an expert but not for a novice who is just beginning to think in terms of models. Students are much more likely to be led from 'right to left' after having been introduced to the phenomenon or to the original. It is necessary initially to have concrete models in order to be able to develop further mental models and to successfully come to appropriate models relating to Sub Micro concept.
