Minjie Zheng,Shenhua Yang,Lina Li 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2019 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.17 No.7
This study addresses the sliding mode control (SMC) issue for time-delay Markovian jump singularsystems. Firstly, the T-S fuzzy mode is established for the system. Secondly, novel integral-type fuzzy slidingsurfaces are constructed for accommodating the system’s model characteristics. Thirdly, free-weighting matrixtechnique combined with Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional are used for guaranteeing the admissibility and passivityof the system. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed approach is verified by simulation result.

Hierarchical Bi2MoO6 nanosheet arrays (BNAs) growing on three-dimensional (3D) Ni foam are synthesized by one-step template-free route. The obtained BNAs are used as binder-free integrated electrode for Li-ion batteries (LIBs) directly. The electrode exhibits a super high reversible discharge capacity of 2311.7 μAh·cm-2 (1741.4 mAhg-1), and an excellent cycle stability. The outstanding electrochemical properties are reasonable from the self-supported integrated electrode in which the electrolyte is easy to infiltrate active materials, electrons and ions are readily transported along the 3D conductive substrate and the stable electrode structure.

Robust security problem for uncertain cyber-physical systems (CPSs) subject to periodic denial-ofservice (DoS) jamming attacks is investigated based on event-triggered (ET) sliding-mode control (SMC) approach in this paper. First, a new type of SMC approach driven by ET mechanism is constructed using the property of the period DoS jamming attacks. Then, sufficient conditions for robust stabilization of dynamical systems constrained by system parameters and attacks period are proposed. Further, it is proved that the execution time interval of the proposed ET-based SMC strategy has a positive lower bound, and thus Zeno-free behavior occurs during system evolution. Finally, comparisons results show the effectiveness and superiority of this methodology.

Objective: To provide reliable prediction models based on dentoskeletal and soft tissue variables for customizing maxillary incisor positions and to optimize digitalized orthodontic treatment planning. Methods: This study included 244 Chinese women (age, 18–40 years old) with esthetic profiles after orthodontic treatment with fixed appliances (133 in group I: 1° ≤ The angle between the nasion [N]-A point [A] plane and the N-B point [B] plane [ANB] ≤ 4°; 111 in group II: 4° < ANB ≤ 7°). Dental, skeletal, and soft tissue measurements were performed on lateral cephalograms of the participants. Correlation and multiple linear regression analyses were used to determine the influence of dentoskeletal and soft tissue variables on maxillary incisor position. Results: The ideal anteroposterior position of the maxillary incisor varied between sagittal skeletal patterns. The position of the maxillary incisor correlated with the sagittal discrepancy between the maxilla and the mandible (ANB), protrusion of the midface, nasal tip projection, development of the chin, and inclination of both the maxillary and mandibular incisors. Distance from the maxillary central incisor to nasion-pogonion plane predicted using multiple linear regression analysis was accurate and could be a practical measurement in orthodontic treatment planning. Conclusions: Instead of using an average value or norm, orthodontists should customize a patient’s ideal maxillary incisor position using dentoskeletal and soft tissue evaluations.

This paper concerns with the robust sliding mode fault-tolerant consensus problem for a class of undertain second-order leader-follower multi-agent systems based on event-triggering strategies. First, a sliding mode faulttolerant controller which uses the bound information of actuator failure rate and the event-triggering threshold is designed to ensure the robust consensus of the multi-agent systems, and the range of the sliding mode band is also shown. Second, by constructing an equivalent relationship, the upper bound of robust consensus error is alsogiven. Third, the minimum event-triggered execution time for the second-order leader-follower multi-agent systems is calculated. Finally, the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed event-triggered sliding mode fault-tolerant consensus algorithm.
Exact Error Rate of Dual-Channel Receiver with Remote Antenna Unit Selection in Multicell Networks

The error rate performance of circularly distributed antenna system is studied over Nakagami-m fading channels, where a dual-channel receiver is employed for the quadrature phase shift keying signals detection. To mitigate the Co-Channel Interference (CCI) caused by the adjacent cells and to save the transmit power, this work presents remote antenna unit selection transmission based on the best channel quality and the maximized path-loss, respectively. The commonly used Gaussian and Q-function approximation method in which the CCI and the noise are assumed to be Gaussian distributed fails to depict the precise system performance according to the central limit theory. To this end, this work treats the CCI as a random variable with random variance. Since the in-phase and the quadrature components of the CCI are correlated over Nakagami-m fading channels, the dependency between the in-phase and the quadrature components is also considered for the error rate analysis. For the special case of Rayleigh fading in which the dependency between the in-phase and the quadrature components can be ignored, the closed-form error rate expressions are derived. Numerical results validate the accuracy of the theoretical analysis, and a comparison among different transmission schemes is also performed.

Background: Increasing epidemic of ischemic stroke (IS) makes it urgent to understand the pathogenesis and regulatory mechanism, previous studies have described microRNAs (miRNAs) is part of the brain's response to ischemia. Objective: The aim of this study was to screen potential biomarkers for the prediction and novel treatment of IS. Methods: Differentially expressed miRNAs were screened from three newly diagnosed IS patients and three controls by RNA sequencing technology. Furthermore, target prediction databases were then used to analysis the target genes of different expressed miRNAs, and the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway database were used to identify the functions and the main biochemical and signal pathways of differentially expressed target genes. Results: Our results revealed that 27 miRNAs were differentially expressed in IS, among which, hsa-miR-659-5p was the most highly increased and was first found to be associated with IS. In addition, KEGG pathway analyses showed that differentially expressed miRNAs were mainly significantly enriched in lysosome pathway, cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction pathway, spliceosome pathway, base excision repair pathway. Conclusions: miRNAs were involved in IS pathogenesis, and hsa-miR-659-5p, hsa-miR-151a-3p and hsa-miR-29c-5p as the three highest |log2FoldChange| regulation in this study, which may be the biomarkers of IS and need further study.

Background/Aims: To investigate postpartum hepatic flares and associated factors in highly viremic pregnant patients in the immune tolerance phase who adopted telbivudine (LdT) treatment in the last trimester to reduce vertical transmission of hepatitis B virus. Methods: Hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg)-positive, highly viremic pregnant women were recruited for this prospective study. Treatment with LdT was started from 28 weeks of gestation. Virological and biochemical markers were examined before LdT treatment, antepartum and postpartum. Serial blood samples at the same time were collected to detect cytokines and cortisol (COR). Results: Fifty-six of 153 patients (36.6%) had postpartum hepatic flares, defined as a 2-fold increase in alanine aminotransferase 6 weeks after delivery. Age and the antepartum alanine aminotransferase and postpartum HBeAg levels were independent influencing factors of postpartum hepatic flares. Cytokines showed no regularity during or after pregnancy. Compared with the patients with no postpartum flares, the patients with flares had lower baseline interferon γ and COR levels (p=0.022 and p=0.028) and higher postpartum interferon γ levels (p=0.026). Conclusions: A high proportion of highly viremic and immune-tolerant pregnant patients treated with LdT in the last trimester had postpartum hepatic flares, which implied that these patients entered the immune clearance phase after delivery. Thus, this may create an appropriate opportunity for re-antiviral therapy. (Gut Liver 2021;15:887-894)

Citrinin (CIT) is a toxic secondary metabolite produced by fungi belonging to the Penicillium, Aspergillus, and Monascus spp. This toxin has been detected in many agricultural products. In this study, a strain Y3 with the ability to eliminate CIT was screened and identified as Cryptococcus podzolicus, based on the sequence analysis of the internal transcribed spacer region. Neither uptake of CIT by cells nor adsorption by cell wall was involved in CIT elimination by Cryptococcus podzolicus Y3. The extracellular metabolites of Cryptococcus podzolicus Y3 stimulated by CIT or not showed no degradation for CIT. It indicated that CIT elimination was attributed to the degradation of intracellular enzyme(s). The degradation of CIT by C. podzolicus Y3 was dependent on the type of media, yeast concentration, temperature, pH, and initial concentration of CIT. Most of the CIT was degraded by C. podzolicus Y3 in NYDB medium at 42 h but not in PDB medium. The degradation rate of CIT was the highest (94%) when the concentration of C. podzolicus Y3 was 1 × 108 cells/ml. The quantity of CIT degradation was highest at 28°C, and there was no degradation observed at 35°C. The study also showed that acidic condition (pH 4.0) was the most favorable for CIT degradation by C. podzolicus Y3. The degradation rate of CIT increased to 98% as the concentration of CIT was increased to 20 μg/ml. The toxicity of CIT degradation product(s) toward HEK293 was much lower than that of CIT.

Some long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs), which harbor microRNAs in their gene sequence and are also known as microRNA host gene derived lncRNAs (lnc-MIRHGs), play a dominant role alongside miRNAs, or both perform biological functions synergistically or independently. However, only a small number of lnc-MIRHGs have been identified. Here, multiple liver injury datasets were analyzed to screen and identify the target lncRNA Mir122hg. Mir122hg was mainly enriched in liver tissues with human-mouse homology. In both CCl4-induced acute liver injury and Dgal/LPS-induced fulminant liver failure in mice, Mir122hg was sharply downregulated at the early stage, while a subsequent significant increase was only found in the CCl4 group with liver recovery. Overexpression and silencing assays confirmed that Mir122hg played a protective role in acute injury by promoting hepatocyte proliferation in vivo and in vitro. Consistent with the results of gene enrichment analysis, Mir122hg binding to C/EBPα affected its transcriptional repression, promoted gene transcription of downstream chemokines, Cxcl2, Cxcl3, and Cxcl5, and exerted pro-proliferative effects on hepatocytes through activation of the AKT/GSK-3β/p27 signaling pathway by CXC/CXCR2 complexes. This study identifies a novel lncRNA with protective effects in acute liver injury and demonstrates that the binding of Mir122hg-C/EBPα promotes hepatocyte proliferation via upregulation of CXC chemokine and activation of AKT signaling.
