        A self-powered β-Ga2O3/CsCu2I3 heterojunction photodiode responding to deep ultraviolet irradiation

        In this paper, a lead-free halide perovskite CsCu2I3 film with high stability was prepared by the anti-solvent assisted crystallization method. Then, we coupled it with Ga2O3 to prepare a corresponding heterojunction deep ultraviolet (UV) photodetector. After testing, we concluded that the photodetector is sensitive to 254 nm UV light. The photodetector has good reproducibility, and has an ultra-high photo-to-dark current ratio (PDCR) of more than 105. In addition, under a bias of 10 V and an illuminated intensity of 200 μW/cm2, the responsivity (R) and specific detectivity (D*) reached 20 mA/W and 107 cm Hz1/2 W 1 (Jones), and the external quantum efficiency (EQE) is 10%. Meanwhile, the prepared photodetector could operate at zero bias, i.e., self-powered operation, along with a photocurrent of about 1 nA under illumination with UV light intensity of 200 μW/cm2.

        大巡伦理思想探析

        大巡伦理思想以"一道""二山""三界"为信仰要素, 建构一套生命宗教的新型伦理形态。其中, "一道"即姜甑山"大巡"天下所传"真理", 亦即大巡伦理思想之基本道德原则, 内容为"阴阳合德, 神人调化, 解冤相生, 道通真境" ; "二山"为大巡真理会之信仰对象, 即"教主"姜甑山和"道主"赵鼎山 ; "三界"为大巡道德关怀的涵括天地人在内的生命视域。围绕其宗教道德原则, 大巡真理会以"诚, 敬, 信"为"三要谛", 以"安心, 安身, 敬天, 修道"为"四纲领", 将其"一道"的伦理要旨, 转化为终极信仰的道德要求与人伦日用的行为规范, 进而对道人之身心修行工夫与神明交互感应做出宗教礼仪规制, 再从个人修道之"道通真境", 人神皆尊协同, 以及道信众生共建"地上仙境"道出其伦理价值理想。大巡伦理思想与佛, 耶, 道诸教相较, 具有三大精神特质 : "三界相生"的整体性, "人神皆尊"的协同性, 以及"地上天国"的入世性。 The ethics of Daesoon Jinrihoe is a system of contemporary practical morality, which contains religious features such as "One Dao" (一道), "Two Mountains" (二山, an allusion to Kang Jeungsan 姜甑山, and Jo Jeongson 趙鼎山), "Three Realms" (三界, means the realms of Heaven, Earth, and Humanity." For the purpose of my paper, "One Dao" is the ethical principle of Daesoon as well as the Tenets: "the Virtuous Concordance of Yin and Yang, Harmonious Union between Divine and Human Beings, the Resolution of Grievances for Mutual Beneficence, and Perfected Unification (jingyeong 眞境) with the Dao." "Two Mountains" are the Objects of belief. The Three Realms are the scopes of moral concern. In order to devote the Tenets of the ethical principle, ascetic practice in daily life has been emphasized as "Sincerity, Respectfulness, and Faithfulness" which are collectively called "Three Essential Attitudes." Meanwhile, "Quieting the Mind, Quieting the Body, Reverence for Heaven, and Cultivation (of oneself in accordance with doctrines)" are defined as the "Four Cardinal Mottoes." The ultimate belief is converted into guidelines for ethical conduct and religious rites. Through cultivation an interaction emerges between humankind and divine beings. The ethical ideal in Daesoon Jinrihoe includes personal "Perfected Unification with the Dao," nobility and cooperativity between humans and divine beings, and "the earthly paradise of the Later World." Compared to Buddhism, Christianity, and Daoism, Daesoon Jinrihoe's unique features are embodies by three aspects: the unity of mutual beneficence among the Three Realms, the cooperativity and nobility between humans and divinities, and the transcendental nature of the earthly paradise.

        The Application of Decellularized Adipose Tissue Promotes Wound Healing

        Background: Due to adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) being easy to obtain, their rapid proliferation rate, and their multidirectional differentiation capabilities, they have been widely used in the field of regenerative medicine. With the progress of decellularized adipose tissue (DAT) and adipose tissue engineering research, the role of DAT in promoting angiogenesis has gradually been emphasized. Methods: We examined the biological characteristics and biosafety of DAT and evaluated the stem cell maintenance ability and promotion of growth factor secretion through conducting in vitro and in vivo studies. Results The tested ASCs showed high rat:es of proliferation and adhered well to DAT. The expression levels of essential genes for cell stem maintenance, including OCT4, SOX2, and Nanog were low at 2–24 h and much higher at 48 and 96 h. The Adipogenic expression level of markers for ASCs proliferation including PPARγ, C/EPBα, and LPL increased from 2 to 96 h. Co-culture of ASCs and DAT increased the secretion of local growth factors, such as VEGF, PDGF-bb, bFGF, HGF, EGF, and FDGF-bb, and secretion gradually increased from 0 to 48 h. A model of full-thickness skin defects on the back of nude mice was established, and the co-culture of ASCs and DAT showed the best in vivo treatment effect. Conclusion: The application of DAT promotes wound healing, and DAT combined with ASCs may be a promising material in adipose tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.

        The Combination of Platelet Rich Plasma Gel, Human Umbilical Mesenchymal Stem Cells and Nanohydroxyapatite/polyamide 66 Promotes Angiogenesis and Bone Regeneration in Large Bone Defect

        BACKGROUND: In the present study, a novel tissue engineering bone graft including platelet rich plasma gel (PRP gel), human umbilical mesenchymal stem cells (HUMSCs) and nanohydroxyapatite/polyamide 66 (nHA-PA66) was constructed. We explored whether the composite scaffolds could enhance the angiogenesis and bone repair capacity in rat femoral large bone defect (LBD). This study aimed to provide evidence for the clinical application of the composite scaffold in LBD treatment. METHODS: PRP was prepared, the platelets and growth factors were measured. HUMSCs were isolated and identified. the osteogenic capacity of PRP in vitro was measured. Then HUMSCs-PRP-gel/nHA-PA66 composite scaffolds were synthesized and observed. The proliferation and osteogenesis differentiation of HUMSCs on the composite scaffold was measured. The angiogenic capacity of PRP in vitro was measured by capillary-like tube formation assay. Finally, the angiogenesis and bone repair capacity of the composite scaffolds was measured in rat LBD. RESULTS: PRP contained high level of platelets and growth factors after activation, and promoted osteogenic and angiogenic differentiation in vitro. The HUMSCs-PRP-gel/nHA-PA66 composite scaffold was porosity and promoted the proliferation and osteogenesis differentiation of HUMSCs. At 12th weeks, more micro-vessels and new bone were formed around the composite scaffolds compared with other groups, the defect was almost repaired. CONCLUSION: Our study for the first time identified that the combination of PRP gel, HUMSCs and nHA-PA66 scaffold could significantly promote angiogenesis and bone regeneration in rat LBD, which may have implications for its further application in clinical LBD treatment.
