게임 개발환경의 발전에 따라 새로운 시스템과 새로운 인터페이스를 장착한 많은 게임들이 출시되고 있다. 그러나 대다수의 게임들이 처음 기획했던 모든 내용을 유저들이 활용하는 경우는 거의 없다고 보여진다. 이러한 배경에는 게임진행과정의 전반적인 설계에 문제가 있을 수 있지만 가장 중요한 요인으로는 게임이 제공하는 모든 기능과 재미를 유저가 활용할 수 있도록 단계별로 동기부여 및 인터페이스의 다양성을 확보하는데 실패했기 때문이다. 이 연구에서는 마이크로소프트 게임개발 환경인 XNA를 이용하여 이러한 문제점을 부분적으로 해결해보고자 하였다.

In this study, a resistive random-access memory device based on a Ta/Ta x Mn y O z /Pt metal–insulator–metal structure wasfabricated and examined. The test device exhibited stable bipolar resistive switching characteristics with DC endurance ofmore than 300 cycles and robust retention up to 10 4 s at room temperature. Moreover, the device had a low forming voltageand a resistance window of ~ 10 3 . The conduction mechanism in each resistance state of the device was analyzed throughcurrent–voltage curve fi tting. It was confi rmed that the primary conduction mechanisms were ohmic and Poole–Frenkelconduction in the low- and high-resistance states, respectively. By analyzing the cross section of the fabricated device throughtransmission electron microscopy, it was found that the Ta x Mn y O z layer was deposited in amorphous form. The compositionand chemical bonding state of the Ta x Mn y O z layer were also analyzed using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. With thesecharacteristics, the amorphous Ta x Mn y O z layer has strong potential for nonvolatile memory applications.
Robust Navigational System for a Transporter Using GPS/INS Fusion

<P>A fusion of inertial navigation system and global positioning system (GPS) has been proposed to implement a robust navigation system for a transporter. In several cases, the GPS signals are not reliable to localize a transporter. In order to overcome this difficulty, a fault detection and isolation (FDI) algorithm has been used to detect and isolate the contaminated satellite signals. When the FDI algorithm is used alone, and the number of reliable satellite signals becomes less than four owing to GPS signal errors, the receiver cannot estimate the position precisely. In this paper, a modified FDI algorithm has been proposed and applied for the navigation of a transporter on a flat yard in order to avoid losing its positioning while it passes through a structured area. In the modified FDI algorithm, signal-to-noise ratio, measurement of quality indicator, and Doppler shift data are incorporated. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, the navigation experiments have been conducted on a campus using a mobile robot to simulate the transporter on a shipbuilding yard and the results are demonstrated in this paper.</P>

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the muscle activity ratio of the lower limb according to changes in straight leg raise (SLR) test angles on hamstring muscle shortening during squat exercises. Design: Randomized controlled trial. Methods: The subjects were 14 healthy adults who were informed of and agreed to the method and purpose of the study. The participants were classified into SLR groups according to two angles (over $80^{\circ}$ or under $80^{\circ}$) assessed using the SLR tests. After training and practicing the wall squat posture to be applied to the experiment, electromyography (EMG) was used to measure changes in muscle activity during the performance of a wall squat. After stretching, a sequence of pre-stretch tests were performed again, and the active and passive SLR tests were also reconducted; thereafter, a wall squat was performed again by attaching EMG electrodes. The EMG results before and after stretching were compared. Results: The muscle activity of the vastus lateralis oblique muscle increased in both groups. The muscle activity of the vastus medialis oblique muscle decreased in over both group. Rectus femorus activity increased in the under 80-degree groups but decreased in the over 80-degree group. The muscle activity of the biceps femoris muscle decreased after stretching in the over 80-degree group and increased in the under 80-degree group, and the semitendinosus muscle activity after stretching was decreased. The quadriceps-to-hamstring muscle (Q:H) ratio before and after stretching between groups showed that the hamstring muscle ratio decreased after stretching in both groups. Conclusions: The results of this study showed that the Q:H ratio before and after stretching between groups was not significantly different.
Magnetoresistance in Post annealed Bi Thin Films on PbTe buffered CdTe(111)B and on Mica Substrates

비스무스의 녹는점보다 3도 낮은 온도인 268℃ 에서 후열처리를 하여 비스무스 박막에서 자기저항의 큰 증가를 관측하였다. 레드텔러라이드/케드뮴텔러라이드 기판 위에서는 온도 5 K, 자기장 5 T 하에서 190에서 260으로, 마이카 기판위에서는 620에서 120으로 자기저항의 큰 증가를 나타내었다. 이러한 자기저항의 큰 증가는, 열처리에 따른 결정도의 향상에 기인한 것으로 보인다. 하지만 일정 시간 이상의 오랜 시간의 열처리는 자기저항을 감소시키는 것으로 관측되었다. We have observed a large increase in the magnetoresistance (MR) of Bi thin films, which were subjected to a post annealing procedure at 268°C, 3°C below the Bi melting point. We have achieved an increase in the MR by 260 fold and 1200 fold at 5 K and 5 T after post annealing, as compared with 190 and 620 for an as deposited Bi film on PbTe/CdTe(111) and on mica, respectively. The large MR increase by post annealing might be due to the improvement of crystallinity according to the x ray analysis. However, post annealing over a certain amount time showed the reduction in MR values.
Surgical Options for Failed Rotator Cuff Repair, except Arthroplasty: Review of Current Methods

Although the prevalence of rotator cuff tears is dependent on the size, 11% to 94% of patients experience retear or healing failure after rotator cuff repair. Treatment of patients with failed rotator cuff repair ranges widely, from conservative treatment to arthroplasty. This review article attempts to summarize the most recent and relevant surgical options for failed rotator cuff repair patients, and the outcomes of each treatment, except arthroplasty.

MnGeP₂ thin films grown on GaAs exhibit room-temperature ferromagnetism with TC~320 K, based on both magnetization and resistance measurements. The coercive fields at 5, 250, and 300 K are 3870, 1380 and 155 Oe, respectively. The anomalous Hall effect was observed, indicating spin polarization of the carriers. Hysteresis has been observed in both magnetoresistance and Hall measurements. The current-voltage characteristics of a MnGeP₂ film grown on an n-type GaAs substrate display semiconducting behavior.
