As a special art form and cultural products of animation film, after nearly a hundred years of development, has become an important medium for the dissemination of values, social culture and way of life, for the spiritual world of the public to continuously provide nutrients and artistic edification. As one of the American animation giants, Walt Disney Productions has a rich princess animation film tradition, after more than 80 years of evolution, each princess is a typical characteristics, distinctive personality of the times symbol, with the characteristics of advancing with the times and innovative spirit. With the changes of the times, Disney princess image has undergone dramatic changes in both appearance and character, which is not only a redefinition of women"s living state and social status, but also a new understanding of women"s discourse and women"s growth. Studying the evolutionary history of Disney princess image can clarify the development of female characters in Disney princess series animation films under the background of culture, politics and economy in different periods, analyze their causes, and play a positive role in the successful shaping of female image in animated films and the gradual realization of female growth. Based on the image of the princess in the animated film released by Walt Disney Productions, this paper selects the 13 animated films of the Disney princess series so far, combs the image of the princess vertically and contrasts horizontally, summarizes the commonality and transsexuality of the princess image in the animated film series of Disney princess series at different stages, analyzes the reasons for its evolution from the political and economic development, the influence of western feminist movement, the change of the aesthetic view of audience consumption, the narrative mode of animated film and the development of animation technology. Research shows that the change of female character image in Disney Princess series animation film shows a benign trend, the future of female image of the times will continue to improve, female creators will continue to increase participation, Disney Princess series animation film will continue to enrich the female image, explore the multi-shaped female image, pay attention to the awakening and growth of women, for the new society of gender harmony to make efforts, hope this article can provide useful reference for the future development of animated female characters.
Simultaneous Determination of Hydroquinone and Catechol by N-doped Porous Biochar-modified Electrode

N-doped porous biochar (NPB) with large conjugated systems could not only be used as enrichment carriers but also be in favor of electron transport in the electrochemical detection. The NPB-modified electrode was fabricated for the simultaneous detection of catechol (CA) and hydroquinone (HQ) to enhance the signal-to-noise ratio and further improve the sensitivity. A detection limit as low as 37 and 47?nM was achieved for CA and HQ, respectively. The proposed strategy with the merits of high sensitivity, selectivity, and reproducibility exhibited a great potential for the detection.
Skin Deiodinase Profiles after Melatonin Manipulated in Chinese Inner Mongolia Cashmere Goats

The roles of melatonin in the control of deiodinase (MD) activity in cashmere goat skin and associated cashmere fibre growth were investigated. Eighteen half-sib Chinese Inner Mongolia cashmere wethers were allocated randomly to two groups (n = 9/group). One group was implanted subcutaneously with melatonin (2 mg/kg BW) at three 2-monthly intervals while the other group served as a control. All goats were maintained under natural photoperiodic conditions and were grazed on natural pasture. The plasma melatonin concentration showed a significant difference (p<0.01) between the implant group (M) and the control group (C) but plasma $T_4$ (or $T_3$) showed no significant difference (p>0.05). The monodeiodinase type II (MDII) activity in skin tended to increase gradually from the summer solstice to November. During July and August, the activity of MDII for the M group was higher (p<0.05) than that of the C group; also during this period, there was a significant positive correlation between MDII activity of skin and cashmere fibre growth rate. The monodeiodinase type III (MDIII) activity and the ratio of MDIII and MDII tended to decrease from the summer solstice to November. The ratio of MDIII and MDII for the M group was lower (p<0.05) than that of the C group in July and August. The cashmere fibre growth rate of the M group was significantly greater than that of the C group in July (p<0.01), August (p<0.001) and September (p<0.05). The cashmere fibre diameter and guard hair and body weight were not influenced (p>0.05) by melatonin implantation. The results demonstrate that melatonin plays an important role in the regulation of skin MD activity. Simultaneously, the cashmere fibre elongation stimulated by melatonin may result from enhanced MDII activity during a period of two months after melatonin treatment.

The aim of this research was to investigate the dynamic changes of the level of total prolactin receptor (PRLR) mRNA and the short form prolactin receptor (S-PRLR) mRNA in skin of cashmere goats from the initiation of cashmere fibre growth to active growth. Eighteen half-sib wethers were allocated randomly to two groups. Melatonin implants were used in order to initiate growth of cashmere fibre before the normal time and reduce blood plasma prolactin (PRL) concentration. Real-time reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction (real-time PCR) was used to determine PRLR mRNA expression levels of skin from June to November. The results showed that, in Chinese Inner Mongolia cashmere goats, there were seasonal variations in expression of total PRLR mRNA in skin with levels decreasing from June to October. Synchronously, the cashmere fibre growth rate gradually increased during this period, but the expression levels of S-PRLR mRNA did not decrease along with seasonal variation from initiation to active growth of cashmere fibre. These results suggest that expression levels of S- PRLR mRNA might be involved in the process of cashmere growth. It was also possible that the change of alternative splicing of PRLR occurred in the skin of cashmere goats from proanagen to anagen.

A self-assembly method using ionic liquids as soft-template and nitrogen precursor, resin as carbonprecursor, silica as assistant agent, mesoporous resin spheres as additive, is employed to prepare Ndopedcore–shell mesoporous sphere and carbon sheet composite (N-CMCS/CS). The obtained N-CMCS/CS possesses thin sheet, core–shell spheres, dual-mesoporous structure, large specific area and a certainof N-doping, which endows it with superior electrochemical performance as electrode material insupercapacitor.
Sliding Mode Control of Three-Phase Four-Leg Inverters via State Feedback

To optimize controller design and improve static and dynamic performances of three-phase four-leg inverter systems, a compound control method that combines state feedback and quasi-sliding mode variable structure control is proposed. The linear coordinate change matrix and the state variable feedback equations are derived based on the mathematical model of three-phase four-leg inverters. Based on system relative degrees, sliding surfaces and quasi-sliding mode controllers are designed for converted linear systems. This control method exhibits the advantages of both state feedback and sliding mode control. The proposed controllers provide flexible dynamic control response and excellent stable control performance with chattering suppression. The feasibility of the proposed strategy is verified by conducting simulations and experiments.
Robust Fault Diagnosis Observer Design for Uncertain Switched Systems

In order to improve the fault diagnosis theory of switched systems, observer-based method is proposed to deal with the fault diagnosis issue subjected to the parameter uncertainty, unknown process disturbances and unexpected faults. By employing proportional-integral observer (PIO) technique and the average dwell-time (ADT) method, an H∞/H− performance level is considered to ensure the worst case of robustness to the disturbance and sensitivity to the fault simultaneously. Moreover, the obtained fault diagnosis observer can give accurate fault estimation online for the piecewise constant fault. Finally, a two-tank system example is introduced in the end to show the effectiveness of the proposed results.

Background/Aims: To investigate the beneficial effect of N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) on pancreatic microvascular perfusion in acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP). Methods: Fifty-four rats were divided into a control group, an ANP group and an NAC-treated group. The ANP model was established by a retrograde injection of 3% sodium taurocholate into the pancreatic duct. The NAC-treated group received an intravenous infusion of NAC just 2 hours before and 30 minutes after the induction of ANP. The pancreatic microvascular perfusion was measured with laser Doppler flowmetry and pancreatic samples were collected for histological examination. Results: The microvascular perfusion in the NAC-treated group decreased slightly and exhibited a significant increase compared to the ANP group (p<0.01). A pathological examination revealed that edema and inflammatory infiltration decreased, and the hemorrhaging and necrosis of the pancreas were significantly reduced. Conclusions: NAC could improve pancreatic microvascular perfusion and alleviate the severity of sodium taurocholate-induced ANP, possibly representing a new therapeutic approach to prevent the progression of ANP.
