Yu Fei Shang,Na Zhang 한국유통과학회 2015 KODISA ICBE (International Conference on Business Vol.2015 No.-

Chinese P2P on-line loan financing product's rapid growth : P2P loan scale of 6 billion yuan (1 trillion 80 billion won) in 2012 has reached 83 billion yuan (14 trillion 940 billion won) until 2014. Thousands of on-line P2P companies have appeared. P2P is the abbreviation of peer to peer, which is a financing service that intermediates investment and loan between individuals. Lending club, listed with market capitalization about 9 trillion won in New York Stock Exchange in the end of last year, is the representative example, which is a field of Fin Tech business which is getting the limelight in the world. P2P loan product investment interest rate is quite higher than bank deposit investment interest, however lots of investment products have high risk. However, there are not sufficient research on this new financing exchange yet. Particularly, there's little research on P2P investment intention decision process in behavioral economics approach.

Effect of Experiential Value on Customer Satisfaction and e-WOM under O2O Commerce

        Yu-Fei Shang(상옥비),Yao Chen(진요),Hong-Seop Kim(김홍섭) 한국유통과학회 2017 유통과학연구 Vol.15 No.8

Purpose - The online-to-offline (O2O) business model has brought considerable changes to the traditional Chinese business model. The main difference between O2O and pure online consumption is that O2O offers a richer experience and word-of-mouth. it is easier to trigger online word-of-mouth. However, few scholars have been concerned about the impact of experiential value on customer satisfaction and online word-of-mouth (e-WOM) in the study of O2O. This study takes the O2O business model in China’s catering industry as its research object and uses structural equation modelling to analyze the impact of online and offline experiential values on customer satisfaction and e-WOM. Research design, data, and methodology - According to previous researches, consumer experiential value is mainly divided into return on investment (economy and efficiency), service excellence, playfulness and aesthetics. According to the characteristics of O2O in China’s catering industry, this study divides the online experience value into efficiency and economy (return on investment). The offline part is divided into return on investment (economy and efficiency), service excellence, playfulness and aesthetics. Using a web-based survey, we collected 303 valid samples. Structural equation modelling was used to create the research model. Results - The results show that efficiency (online) and service excellence (offline) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Economics (online) and playfulness (offline) have a positive impact on customers’ e-WOM. In addition, the higher the customer satisfaction, the greater the positive impact on the spread by word of mouth. However, aesthetic(offline) and return on investment(offline) have no significant impact to customer satisfaction and e-WOM. Conclusions - The study findings show that the key to boost customer satisfaction in the catering industry is to improve product quality and service. Although traditional competitive strategies such

Analyzing Chinese Online P2P Financial Product Purchase Decisions Utilizing the Framing Effect 7)

        Yu Fei Shang,김순홍 한국유통과학회 2015 유통과학연구 Vol.13 No.10

Purpose – This study examines Chinese P2P investment decision processes from a behavioral economics approach. Research design, data, and methodology – We analyze the online P2P investment product purchase decisions of 241 respondents in China, March 2015 to May 2015. T-tests were conducted to determine whether the framing effect influenced investor investment preferences. The Association Rule was used to identify the framing effect of respondent demographic characteristics on joint decisions regarding stable or risky investment products. Results – There are significant differences between the two groups (positive framing and negative framing) and their product- choosing behavior. In the positive framing group, female investors, young investors, investors with non-financial occupations and with limited or no experience, preferred stable P2P investment products. In contrast, in the negative framing group, investors with extensive investment experience preferred risky investment products. Conclusions – The framing effect influences investor choices in online P2P investment products. It is necessary to implement comprehensive supervision and full information disclosure regarding P2P investment products. P2P investment websites can also adopt different marketing strategies according to investor gender and age.

Improvement of energy storage performance in PbZr0.52Ti0.48O3/PbZrO3 multilayer thin films via regulating PbZrO3 thickness

        Yang Fei,Shi Yu Jia,Lin Lin,Chen Jing Yao,Hou Meng Zhe,Yu Ke Xin,Zhang Yi Han,Yuan Zheng,Li Xiao Fang,Hu Yan Chun,Shang Jun,Yin Shao Qian,Wang Xian Wei 한국물리학회 2023 Current Applied Physics Vol.50 No.-

In this work, to prepare the PbZr0.52Ti0.48O3(PZT)/PbZrO3(PZ) multilayer films, PZ films and PZT films were spin-coated on LaNiO3/SiO2/Si substrates in sequence by the sol-gel method, and the PZ films were prepared using PZ precursor solution with different concentrations. After each spin-coating, PZ layer and PZT layer were annealed with rapid thermal annealing (RTA) technique at 650 ◦C and 550 ◦C, respectively. The crystal structures, microstructures and electrical properties of the films with different PZ film thickness were comprehensively investigated. The PZ films with different thickness showed perovskite phase. The PZT films on crystallized PZ films exhibited the coexistence of pyrochlore phase and perovskite phase at the annealing temperature of 550 ◦C. The PZT/PZ multilayer films with 0.2 M PZ precursor solution exhibit typical anti-ferroelectricity with double hysteresis loops, while other multilayer films exhibit nearly linear loops. In addition, the recoverable energy storage density increases with the increase of the film thickness and reaches the maximum value 32.4 J/ cm3 in the PZT/PZ multilayer films with 0.4 M PZ precursor solution. Therefore, the ferroelectric properties of the PZT/PZ multilayer films could be regulated by different PZ film thickness, which effectively further enhances the energy storage performance.

Factors Influencing Users’ Word-of-Mouth Intention Regarding Mobile Apps : An Empirical Study

Yao Chen,Yu-Fei Shang 한국유통과학회 2018 The Journal of Industrial Distribution & Business( Vol.9 No.1

Purpose - This paper aims to identify factors that influence the users' word-of-mouth intention (WOMI) regarding mobile apps, focussing on the impacts of technology acceptance model (TAM) and social network theory. Research design, data and methodology - Based on TAM, this study integrates social network theory into the research model. The 317 sets of data collected in a survey were tested against the model using SmartPLS. Results - Our findings suggest the following: 1) Personal innovativeness positively influences perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEU) and perceived enjoyment (PE); 2) PEU affects PU and PE; 3) Both PU and Satisfaction are directly correlated with WOMI. Although PEU and PE has no direct impact on WOMI, they may indirectly affect WOMI via Satisfaction, as PU, PEU and PE all positively influence satisfaction; 4) Network density and network centrality both play a mediating role in the relation between PEU and WOMI. Referral Reward Program have a positive moderating effect on the relation between PU and WOMI. Conclusions - The findings of this study illustrate the traits of Apps that can promote users’ WOMI, as well as the characteristics of people who are more likely to participate in the word-of-mouth process. The findings provide a theoretical basis for app developers to make word-of-mouth a marketing strategy.

Comparative transcriptome analysis of ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter genes in eri-silkworm, Samia cynthia ricini in response to 1- deoxynojirimycin

        Hai-Zhong Yu,Yan Ma,Shang-zhi Zhang,Dong-qiong Fei,Bing Liu,Li-ang Yang,Azharuddin Muhammad,Ming-hui Liu,Jia-Ping Xu 한국응용곤충학회 2018 Journal of Asia-Pacific Entomology Vol.21 No.1

1-Deoxynojirimycin (DNJ) as a kind of alkaloid has been confirmed that could modulate glycometabolism andhas toxicity for the eri-silkworm in our previous research. On the contrary, what is the potentially defensivemechanism when the DNJ enters the eri-silkworm. Based on comparative transcriptome sequencing, we foundthat ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter genes could be induced significantly by DNJ. In this study, a total of16 putative ABC transporter genes were identified, which can be classified into seven subfamilies, namely oneABCA, four ABCBs, three ABCCs, two ABCDs, one ABCE, three ABCFs, and two ABCGs. Phylogenetic analysisrevealed that ScABCs had strong conservation with Bombyx mori. Reverse transcription quantitative PCR (RTqPCR)suggested that 6 ABC transporters had a strong positive correlation between RT-qPCR and transcriptomedata. Additionally, S. c. ricini ABC transporter C-subfamily 4 (ScABCC4), S. c. ricini ABC transporter G-subfamily4 (ScABCG4), S. c. ricini ABC transporter A-subfamily 3 (ScABCA3) and S. c. ricini ABC transporter C-subfamily10 (ScABCC10) showed different expression pattern in two feed dose (1% and 2% DNJ) and three time points(6h, 12 h, 48 h). This study provides the first study on identification, characterization and expression patterns ofABC transporter genes in S. c. ricini response to DNJ, and lays a foundation for further understanding of theirphysiological roles response to the alkaloid.

Synthesis, Antibacterial Activity, and Structure–Activity Relationship of Fusaric Acid Analogs

        Qing-Yan Zhang,Yang FeiYu,Liao Shang‐Gao,Wang Bing,Li Rui,Dong Yong‐Xi,Zhou Meng,Yang Yuan‐Yong,Xu Guo‐Bo 대한화학회 2021 Bulletin of the Korean Chemical Society Vol.42 No.4

Forty-one fusaric acid analogs possessing a pyridine carboxylic acid scaffold have been synthesized. The antibacterial activity results demonstrated that compounds 5b, 7b, 8c, and 8d displayed strong antibacterial activities against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923 with minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of 4–16 μg/mL. Molecular docking study indicated that these compounds have strong hydrogen-bonding interactions with TyrRS. Meanwhile, 8c and 8d showed promising antibacterial activities against Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC9027. Compound 4 exhibited pronounced antibacterial activities against a clinically isolated multidrug-resistant strain of Escherichia coli (MIC: 64 μg/mL as compared 64 μg/mL of levofloxacin and 1024 μg/mL of ceftriaxone sodium). Moreover, compound 17e displayed strong synergistic antibacterial effect with levofloxacin against the multidrug-resistant strain, decreasing the MIC value of levofloxacin to 1/16 of its original MIC. No obvious cytotoxic activities against LO2 was observed for compounds 4, 5b, 8c, 8d, 17d, and 17e at 50 μM. The preliminary structure–activity relationship of fusaric acid analogs was also discussed.

Hepatoprotective effects of loach (Misgurnus anguillicaudatus) lyophilized powder on dimethylnitrosamine-induced liver fibrosis in rats

        Qian Zhang,Meng-Meng Shang,Qu-Fei Ling,Xiao-Ping Wu,Chun-Yu Liu 대한약학회 2021 Archives of Pharmacal Research Vol.44 No.8

This study investigates the hepatoprotectiveeffects and the potential therapeutic mechanisms of loach(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus) lyophilized powder (MLP)on dimethylnitrosamine (DMN) induced liver fibrosis inrats. After treatment with MLP (50, 100, 200 mg/kg),alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), albumin (Alb), total protein (TP) andhydroxyproline (Hyp) levels were detected, to assess thedestruction of hepatocytes and the extent of liver fibrosis. Matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), hyaluronic acid (HA), Laminin (LN),procollagen type-III (PC-III), collagen type-IV (C-IV), andtransforming growth factor-b1 (TGF-b1) contents in serumwere all tested using ELISA kits. Alpha-smooth muscleactin (a-SMA) and the tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) protein contents and distribution wereevaluated using western blot and immunohistochemicalanalysis. MLP significantly decreased the serum concentrationsof ALT, AST, Hyp, HA, LN, PC-III, C-IV, MMP-2,TIMP-1, a-SMA and TGF-b1, while increasing the contentsof Alb and MMP-9. No significant changes on TP serum concentrations were observed. These results suggest thatMLP has anti-hepatic fibrosis effects and its mechanism maybe associated with the attenuation of extracellular matrix(ECM) synthesis, the acceleration of ECM degradation, inhibition of hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) activation andTGF-b1 expression.

Pretreatment with the Total Flavone Glycosides of Flos Abelmoschus manihot and Hyperoside Prevents Glomerular Podocyte Apoptosis in Streptozotocin-Induced Diabetic Nephropathy

        Lei Zhou,Xiao-Fei An,Shi-Chao Teng,Jing-Shun Liu,Wen-Bin Shang,Ai-Hua Zhang,Yang-Gang Yuan,Jiang-Yi Yu 한국식품영양과학회 2012 Journal of medicinal food Vol.15 No.5

Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is an important diabetic complication, and podocyte apoptosis plays a critical role in the development of DN. In the present study, we examined the preventive effect of the total flavone glycosides of Flos Abelmoschus manihot (TFA) on urinary microalbumin and glomerular podocyte apoptosis in experimental DN rats. The preliminary oral administration of TFA (200 mg/kg/day) for 24 weeks significantly decreased the urinary microalbumin to creatinine ratio and 24-h urinary total protein in streptozotocin-induced DN rats. Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferasemediated dUTP nick end-labeling assay indicated glomerular cell apoptosis in DN rats was significantly improved by pretreatment with TFA. Furthermore, fluorescence-activated cell sorting and Hoechst 33342 staining suggested preincubation with hyperoside (50 and 200 lg/mL), the major active constituent of TFA, could significantly mitigate cultured podocyte apoptosis induced by the advanced glycation end-products (AGEs). Western blot analysis showed that increased caspase-3 and caspase-8 expressions induced by AGEs were also inhibited by pretreatment with hyperoside at both doses. Our results demonstrate that TFA pretreatment can decrease urinary albumin excretion in early-stage DN, which might be accomplished by preventing renal damage and podocyte apoptosis.

Characteristics and Comparisons of Morphometric Measurements and Computed Tomography Hounsfield Unit Values of C2 Laminae for Translaminar Screw Placement Between Patients With and Without Basilar Invagination

        Lu-Ping Zhou,Jin Shang,Zhi-Gang Zhang,Zhen-Fei Jiang,Hua-Qing Zhang,Chong-Yu Jia,Ren-Jie Zhang,Cai-Liang Shen 대한척추신경외과학회 2022 Neurospine Vol.19 No.4

Objective: Patients with basilar invagination (BI) had high incidences of vertebral variations and high-riding vertebral artery (HRVA) that might restrict the use of pedicle or pars screw and increase the use of translaminar screw on axis. Here, we conducted a radiographic study to investigate the feasibility of translaminar screws and the bone quality of C2 laminae in patients with BI, which were compared with those without BI as control to provide guidelines for safe placement. Methods: In this study, a total of 410 patients (205 consecutive patients with BI and 205 matched patients without BI) and 820 unilateral laminae of the axis were included at a 1:1 ratio. Comparisons with regard to insertion parameters (laminar length, thickness, angle, and height) for C2 translaminar screw placement and Hounsfield unit (HU) values for the assessment of the appropriate bone mineral density of C2 laminae between BI and control groups were performed. Besides, the subgroup analyses based on the Goel A and B classification of BI, HRVA, atlas occipitalization, and C2/3 assimilation were also carried out. Furthermore, the factors that might affect the insertion parameters and HU values were explored through multiple linear regression analyses. Results: The BI group showed a significantly smaller laminar length, thickness, height, and HU value than the control group, whereas no significant difference was observed regarding the laminar angle. By contrast, the control group showed significantly higher rates of acceptability for unilateral and bilateral translaminar screw fixations than the BI group. Subgroup analyses showed that the classification of Goel A and B, HRVA, atlas occipitalization, and C2/3 assimilation affected the insertion parameters except the HU values. Multiple linear regression indicated that the laminar length was significantly associated with the male gender (B = 0.190, p < 0.001), diagnoses of HRVA (B = -0.109, p < 0.001), Goel A (B = -0.167, p < 0.001), and C2/3 assimilation (B = -0.079, p = 0.029); the laminar thickness was significantly associated with the male gender (B = 0.353, p < 0.001), diagnoses of HRVA (B = -0.430, p < 0.001), Goel B (B = -0.249, p = 0.026), and distance from the top of odontoid to the Chamberlain line (B = -0.025, p = 0.003); laminar HU values were significantly associated with age (B = -2.517, p < 0.001), Goel A (B = -44.205, p < 0.001), Goel B (B = -25.704, p = 0.014), and laminar thickness (B = -11.706, p = 0.001). Conclusion: Patients with BI had narrower and smaller laminae with lower HU values and lower unilateral and bilateral acceptability for translaminar screws than patients without BI. Preoperative 3-dimensional computed tomography (CT) and CT angiography were needed for BI patients.
