Yu Guang-bin,Guan Yan-qi,Yang Xiao-hui,Bu Jing-yuan 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Multimedia and Ubiquitous Vol.11 No.9
Introduces a suitable for steep inclined shaft sports car flexible buffer design method, given the high energy collisions flexible buffer mathematical model and simulation test is conducted, designed a high energy collision flexible buffer, to solve the problem of conventional buffer buffer distance is too long, the vehicle off road and so on, through the friction between the wire rope and the buffer to absorb the energy of the sports car, and realize the effective interception of the vehicle, ensure that the vehicle has a short distance to stop the car, and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the anti-car system. To ensure the safety of coal mine rail transport is of great significance.

The transfer of microorganisms is important process for ecosystems. Microorganisms in dryland can transport itself to wetland through atmospheric diffusion, but only few papers reported about the atmospheric bioaerosol present over dryland. We carried out the direct sampling using a tethered balloon over Dunhuang City, China’s northwestern dryland. Bioaerosols were collected using a tethered balloon with a bioaerosol collector at 820 m above the ground (1,960m above the sea level) around noon on August 17,2007. The bioaerosols were cultured after the collection at Dunhuang Meteorological observatory. Two strains of molds were isolated using the Nutrient agar medium. About 400-bp 18S rRNA partial sequences were amplified by PCR and determined afterwards. The results of a homology search by 18S rRNA sequences of isolates in DNA databases (GenBank,DDBJ, and EMBL) and an observation of the form revealed that two bioaerosols in the convective mixed layer over Dunhuang City were Cladosporium sp. and Aspergillus sp.
A Comparative Study of Camouflage Printing Color Matching Based on Monitor and Paper Card
Yu-wen Wang,Qing-zhu Yi,Yi Ding,Guang-xin Wu,Jing-bin Zhang,Ni Wang 한국섬유공학회 2021 Fibers and polymers Vol.22 No.4
To improve the accuracy of color reproduction for camouflage printing, a new color matching method, namedmonitor-paper-fabric, was proposed by importing color management into textiles, which matched the printing pastesaccording to the color of the paper card printed by the ink-jet printer after color management. Not like the traditional colormatching method, it matched the printing pastes according to the color from computer monitor after color correction. Twocolor matching methods were analyzed by comparing the color difference. It was found that the “monitor-paper-fabric” colormatching method could be considered as a convenient and feasible color matching method. Most color differences betweenthe monitor and the fabric in the camouflage pattern were reduced to lower than 4, except for color blocks 5 and 6. Inaddition, the color differences of six color blocks between the paper and the fabric were all less than 3.5, and were lower thanthose between the monitor and the fabric. The color consistency between the paper and the fabric was better than thatbetween the monitor and the fabric.

Zhou, Guang-Xi,Li, Xiao-Yu,Zhang, Qi,Zhao, Kun,Zhang, Cui-Ping,Xue, Chang-Hu,Yang, Kun,Tian, Zi-Bin Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2013 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.14 No.9
Background/Aim: The Hippo signaling pathway is a newly discovered and conserved signaling cascade, which regulates organ size control by governing cell proliferation and apoptosis. This study aimed to investigate its effects in human gastric cancer. Methods: Tumor tissues (n=60), adjacent non-tumor tissues (n=60) and normal tissues (n=60) were obtained from the same patients with primary gastric cancer (GC). In addition, 70 samples of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) tissues were obtained from patients with intestinal metaplasia (IM) by endoscopic biopsy. Hippo signaling molecules, including Mst1, Lats1, YAP1, TAZ, TEAD1, Oct4 and CDX2, were determined by quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR). Protein expression of Mst1, Lats1, YAP1, TEAD1 and CDX2 was assessed by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. Results: Mst1, Lats1 and Oct4 mRNA expression showed an increasing tendency from GC tissues to normal gastric tissues, while the mRNA expression of YAP1, TAZ and TEAD1 was up-regulated (all P<0.01). Mst1 and Lats1 protein expression presented a similar trend with their mRNA expression. In addition, YAP1 and TEAD1 protein expression in GC was significantly higher than in the other groups (all P<0.01). CDX2 mRNA and protein expression in the CAG group were higher than in the other groups (all P<0.01). In GC, mRNA expression of Mst1, Lats1, Oct4, YAP1, TAZ, TEAD1 and CDX2 had a close correlation with lymphatic metastasis and tumor TNM stage (all P<0.01). Furthermore, protein expression of Mst1, Lats1, YAP1, TAZ, TEAD1 and CDX2 had a close correlation between each other (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Hippo signaling pathway is involved in the development, progression and metastasis of human gastric cancer. Therefore, manipulation of Hippo signaling molecules may be a potential therapeutic strategy for gastric cancer.

Several lines of evidence support the notion that MUC1 is often aberrantly expressed in gastric cancer, and it is a ligand for Helicobacter pylori. Genetic variation in MUC1 gene may confer susceptibility to H. pylori infection and gastric cancer. We assessed the association of common polymorphisms in MUC1 gene with H. pylori infection and non-cardia gastric cancer using an LD-based tag SNP approach in north-western Chinese Han population. A total of four SNPs were successfully genotyped among 288 patients with non-cardia gastric cancer and 281 age- and sex-matched controls. None of the tested SNPs was associated with H. pylori infection. SNP rs9426886 was associated with a decreased risk of non-cardia gastric cancer, but lost significance after adjustment for multiple testing. Overall, our data indicated that common genetic variations in MUC1 gene might not make a major contribution to the risk of H. pylori infection and non-cardia gastric cancer in our studied population.
