<P>This study was performed to measure early changes in the serotype distribution of pneumococci isolated from children with invasive disease during the 3-year period following the introduction of 10- and 13-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccines (PCVs) in Korea. From January 2011 to December 2013 at 25 hospitals located throughout Korea, pneumococci were isolated among children who had invasive pneumococcal disease (IPD). Serotypes were determined using the Quellung reaction, and the change in serotype distribution was analyzed. Seventy-five cases of IPD were included. Eighty percent of patients were aged 3-59 months, and 32% had a comorbidity that increased the risk of pneumococcal infection. The most common serotypes were 19A (32.0%), 10A (8.0%), and 15C (6.7%). The PCV7 serotypes (4, 6B, 9V, 14, 18C, 19F, 23F, and 6A) accounted for 14.7% of the total isolates and the PCV13 minus PCV7 types (1, 3, 5, 7F and 19A) accounted for 32.0% of the total isolates. Serotype 19A was the only serotype in the PCV13 minus PCV7 group. The proportion of serotype 19A showed decreasing tendency from 37.5% in 2011 to 22.2% in 2013 (<I>P</I> = 0.309), while the proportion of non-PCV13 types showed increasing tendency from 45.8% in 2011 to 72.2% in 2013 (<I>P</I> = 0.108). Shortly after the introduction of extended-valent PCVs in Korea, serotype 19A continued to be the most common serotype causing IPD in children. Subsequently, the proportion of 19A decreased, and non-vaccine serotypes emerged as an important cause of IPD. The impact of extended-valent vaccines must be continuously monitored.</P>

Infectious pancreatic necrosis(IPN) virus was known as a causative agent of newly recognized viral disease of young rainbow trout characterized by highly contagious, high mortality and necrosis of pancreas. Several strains of IPN viruses were recovered from young rainbow trout that have been shown a typical cinical sign of infectious pancreatic necrosis disease. The field isolate produced cytopathic effect, and multiplied up to $10^{6.0}$ to $10^{6.5}$ $TCID_{50}/0.1ml$ in BT cell culture. In the indirect immunofluorescent assay with trout anti-IPN virus IgG and goat anti-trout IgG FITC conjugate, these isolates were proved to be a IPN virus that were closely related with VR277 strain of IPN virus antigenically.

Focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH) is the second most common benign hepatic tumor that is usually found in women. Diagnosis of FNH mainly depends on imaging studies such as color Doppler flow imaging, computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging. It is characterized by the presence of stellate central scar and is nowadays incidentally diagnosed with increasing frequency due to advances in radiologic imaging technique. FNH typically presents as a single lesion in 70% of cases and generally does not progress to malignancy or recur after resection. Herein, we report a case of a young male patient with recurrent multiple FNH who underwent surgical resection for presumed hepatic adenoma on computed tomography. 연구배경 감성시대의 도래로 소비자의 욕구는 더욱 다양해지고, 이를 충족시키기 위하여 기존의 획일화된 패키지디자인의 표현방법을 벗어나 차별화되고 감성적인 패키지디자인이 필요한 시점이다. 특히 음료패키지디자인은 저관여 제품이자 감성제품군에 속하기 때문에 더욱 더 디자인의 중요성이 강조되는 분야이다. 이에 본 연구는 수사학의 다양한 표현기법을 통하여 음료패키지디자인의 감성적 표현 방법론을 제안하고자 한다. 연구방법 이를 위하여 1차로 문헌연구와 인터넷자료를 근거로 하여 감성디자인과 패키지디자인, 수사학에 대해 이론을 고찰하였고 2차로 해외의 음료패키지디자인을 수사학의 표현방법으로 분석하였으며 3차로 20대 남녀대학생 50명에게 앞서 분석된 수사적 유형별로 음료패키지의 디자인평가를 실시하였다. 연구결과 수사학의 표현기법을 활용한 패키지디자인은 기능성을 제외한 심미성과 주목성, 독특성과 연관성 모두 높게 평가되었다. 이는 수사적 표현을 활용한 패키지디자인이 소비자에게 감각적이고 세련된 이미지를 제공할 뿐 아니라 상상력과 재미 등의 감성적인 욕구를 충족시키고 있는 디자인이라는 것이다. 결론 패키지디자인은 이제 시대의 요구에 따라 감성적인 디자인을 위해 수사적 표현방법을 도입하여 차별화된 전략으로 브랜드의 가치를 창출하고 경쟁력을 높여야 할 것이다. In particular beverage package design is a discipline that emphasizes the importance of further design ttyaemun belongs to the family of sensibility and low involvement products. The purpose of this study is to propose a sensible approach methodology of the beverage package design expressed through various techniques of rhetoric. Methods This one on the basis of literature and Internet resources primarily for emotional design and package design had pondered the theory about rhetoric analysis of two overseas beverage package design of the car to the presentation of rhetoric were three car 20 college students to 50 people prior to that rhetorical analysis was carried out by type of beverage package design evaluation. Result Beverage package design techniques applied to expression of rhetoric is all but highly functional aesthetics and attention Castle, uniqueness and relevance demonstrated that emotional design. This beverage package design rhetoric is that it not only provides a sensual and sophisticated image to consumers and meet the psychological imagination and emotions such as surprise, fun is that it can take over the emotional, competitive brands. Conclusion Package design now will be to create value for the brand differentiation strategy by introducing a variety of ways to express the emotional design in accordance with the requirements of the times.
