The objective of study is to introduce the shortest path searching algorithms and compare the efficiency(or speed) of the shortest path searching in traffic assignment between sequential method and parallel processing method. The main purpose of parallel processing is to perform computations faster than can be done with a single processor by using a number of processors concurrently. The research area is Daegu city. This study performed with the system as follows; IMS B008-1(Transputer motherboard with 4 TRAMs) and algorithm. It was written ANSI-C language. The result of elapsed running time with 3 TRAMs achived speed up of average 2.75 times(2.71∼2.84) compared with 1 TRAMs. If the hardware system could be composed with the configuration of Mesh or Hypercube architecture, study more efficient parallel algorithms, we can expect to make efficient use of memory, perform traffic phenomenon as a real time.
State Indicator of Water Quality for Surface Water and Groundwater in Agriculture

Indicators of environmental conditions qualitatively and quantitatively describe the state of the environment and natural resources, and the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) has initiated and suggested AEIs (Agri-Environmental Indicators) to assess trends over time of the effects of agriculture on the environment and the effectiveness and efficiency of agricultural and environmental policy measures since 1990's. This study aims to develop the state indicators of water quality for agricultural water, surface and groundwater, to evaluate the environmental impacts of agricultural activities and policies by qualifying the environmental levels of a nation. Status indicators were calculated according to the agricultural water quality standards of OECD and Korea, and their trends were analyzed over time. Particularly, nitrate ($NO_3{^-}$) status indicators of ground water in 2013 were significantly lower than the ones in 2000. Overall, the water quality indicators of surface water in 2013 were higher than the ones in 2012, except for pH and DO. The groundwater quality indicators in 2013 were lower than those of previous years. The optimal management indicators were calculated to assess agricultural surface water and groundwater quality. The findings of this study indicated that the state indicators could play a significant role to establish policies and procedures for managing and conserving water resources. This study also discussed water pollution caused by agricultural and industrial effluents.

Multiple myeloma is a cancer of plasma cells, a type of white blood cell present in bone marrow. Cytomegalovirus(CMV) is an important pathogen after allogeneic transplantation. However, few studies have examined CMV reactivation after autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (AHSCT) to treat multiple myeloma(MM). Here, we present our case of CMV reactivation following AHSCT in MM with extramedullary plasmacytoma. 52-years-old female patient visited emergency room due to left arm pain. Her pain started 2weeks ago. Her pain aggravated after bumping to the wall. Serum protein electrophoresis showed peak in gamma region with 4.2g and bone marrow aspiration has 48.2% of immature plamsa cell. Initial serum free kappa light chain were 3,760mg/L. Chest PA showed pleura based plasmacytoma and multiple osteolytic lesion in left humerus and pathologic fracure in same bone. So, she was diagnosed lgG kappa tyep multiple myleoma. She received nail fixation operation in the left humerus. After surgery, she treated with four cycles of thalidomide, cyclophosphamide and dexamethasone(TCD). Her plasmacytoma and marrow plasmacytosis disappeared and serum immunofixation electrophoresis turned to negative. Patient completely recovered after transplantation. CMV Ag were detected on D17 after AHSCT, so intravenous ganciclovir started but CMV Ag copy number did not turned negative. Cidofovir were started after 12days treatment of ganciclovir because of CMV Ag were successively increased. CMV Ag turned to negative following two time injection of cidofovir. A retrospective single center paper reported CMV reactivation after AHSCT in MM and it is relatively common. CMV viremia was frequently detected in CMV seropositive patient. CMV surveillance should be considered, especially when tandem transplantation is performed using combination chemotherapy with highdose melphalan. This is not the case of tandem transplantation but CMV surveillance can be useful in clinical setting.

In this report, we tried to form a new logistic network by introducing autonomous vehicles to present ideas for effective reduction of national logistics costs. For the efficient operation of autonomous vehicles, we conducted Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and selected new hubs from existing post office locations. The results of the analysis are summarized as follows: nine determinants were derived for optimal location selection. Highways(0.295), National Roads(0.169), Railways(0.064), Urban Size(0.179), Urban Accessibility(0.054), GRDP(0.099), Public Land Price(0.08), Interchange(0.02), Scalability(0.04). the most influential location determinant is traffic accessibility, whereas the least influential factor is site condition. Although there are some limitations in the realistic assumption, it was deemed that the formation of a new network using autonomous vehicles is sufficiently efficient and it gave sufficient implications for future research.

<P>A new solution processable zinc phthalocyanine dye (ZnPc), as an interface modifier between poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) and [6,6]-phenyl-C<SUB>61</SUB>-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) in bulk heterojunction solar cells, was successively synthesized and linked to the chain-end of P3HT through the formation of a coordination complex. ZnPc dye molecules do not aggregate but preferentially locate at the interface between P3HT and PCBM, and thus contribute to the photocurrent generation by both direct photo-excitation and enhancement of charge transfer between P3HT and PCBM. To localize the zinc phthalocyanine dyes at the donor–acceptor interface more effectively, another new organic dye molecule, fullerene-functionalized zinc phthalocyanine (ZnPc-C<SUB>60</SUB>) was also synthesized and linked to the chain-end of the P3HT, where ZnPc-C<SUB>60</SUB> contributes not only to the photocurrent generation by direct photo-excitation, but also lowers the interfacial tension, resulting in the reduction of the domain size and the suppression of the macrophase separation of the P3HT/PCBM blend for prolonged thermal annealing.
