        J시의 사례를 중심으로 살펴본 지역 정보화 콘텐츠 개발방안에 관한 연구

        This study analyzed the regional current status of city J which has growth potentials of regional information, its necessity and the characteristic of the regional information for this area. The development plans of contents on the regional information based on the construction of the information infrastructure, are proposed to the important fields such as the fields of administration, industry and life information. We have also studied such as the development contents, process, providing of service, evaluation, interaction among the contents, demanders of service and providers of service related to their contents. Therefore proposal to the development plans of contents for the regional information, is able to be brought into much spread of regional information and will contribute to the development of regional information as well as get more competitive regional power. 본 연구는 지역적 정보화의 성장 잠재력과 필요성 및 지역적 정보화 특성 등을 갖추고 있는 J시를 대상으로 지역적 현황을 분석하고 정보화 인프라구조 구축을 기반으로 하는 지역 정보화 콘텐츠 개발 방안을 행정, 산업 및 생활 정보화 등의 주요 분야에 관하여 제시하였다. 또한 콘텐츠 개발내용, 개발과정, 서비스 제공과 평가, 콘텐츠 내용과 서비스 수요자 및 콘텐츠 제공자간의 상호작용 등을 다루었다. 지역 정보화 콘텐츠 개발방안을 제시함으로써 지역 정보화의 확산과 지역 정보화 발전 및 지역 경쟁력 제고에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

        Effects of a Universal Childcare Subsidy on Mothers’ Time Allocation

        This paper examines the effects of a universal childcare subsidy on childcare decisions and mothers’ employment by using Korea’s policy reform of 2012, which provided a full childcare subsidy to all children aged 0 to 2. I find that the introduction of a universal childcare subsidy increased the use of childcare centers by children aged 0-2, which led to less maternal care compared to that provided to children aged 3-4. However, the expanded subsidy had little effect on mothers’ labor supply. Moreover, the policy effects vary by individual and household characteristics. The effects of the expanded subsidy are mainly found in low-income households and less educated mothers. Highly educated mothers and high-income households are likely to focus more on the quality of childcare service. These results imply that a simple reduction in childcare costs would bring only limited effects on mothers’ time allocation behavior; thus, more attention should be paid to improving the quality of childcare services.

        전통 목구조 시스템의 보 방향 프레임의 해석 모델링

        To analyze the behaviors of a beam-direction frame of traditional wood structure system, an macroscopic analytical model is suggested based on experimental studies. The interior frame of Daewoongjeon of Bongjeongsa is selected as a model, which has two short exterior columns and one high inside column. 1/2 scale down frame model is tested, in which lateral drift is applied at high inside column. Shear and rotational spring coefficients of macro model are derived from the experiments of 1/2 scaled Gongpo and Goju subassemblies of the frame which have been tested before the frame experiment. The relation of load and displacement of spring is presented by bilinear model. Springs and elastic beam element are used to model the beam-direction frame. And pushover analysis are performed considering strength degradation of springs. From comparisons, the analysis of proposed model shows a good correspondence with the experiment within 2% story drift.

      • Omeprazole-cholestyramine resine 복합체의 안정성

        We have performed stability studies of omeprazole-cholestyramine resinate, which has been developed to increase the stability of omeprazole, the well-known proton pump inhibitor, in an acidic condition. We compared omeprazole-cholestyramine resinate with omeprazole in terms of quantitative assay, dissolution and acid-resistance at 40 ℃ × 75 % relative humidity (RH) in order to confirm the advanced stability of omeprazole-cholestyramine resinate. The check points were at baseline, 3 and 6 month after accelerated condition. In every tests, quantiative assay, dissolution and acid-resistant test, omeprazole-cholestyramine resinate have showed more stable ingredient reduction compared to omeprazole. At 6 month, the remaining ingredients of omeprazole-cholestyramine resinate were 86.3±1.4, 84.2±3.1 and 84.8±1.1 whereas that of omeprazole 62.7±2.0, 27.9±1.2 and 40.6±10.7 in assay, dissolution and acid resistance, respectively. These data suggest that omeprazole-cholestyramine resinate is more stable than omeprazole in not only accelerated but also acidic condition. [

        내진성능평가시 횡보강근이 없는 RC 보-기둥 접합부의 전단내력 평가

        To study the seismic resistance of the shear capacity of the RC beam-column joints of two-story and four-story RC buildings, sample buildings are designed with ordinary moment resisting frame. For the shear capacity of joints, the equations of FEMA 356 and NZ seismic assessment are selected and compared. For comparison, one group of buildings is designed only for gravity loads and the other group is designed for seismic and gravity loads. For 16 cases of the designed buildings, seismic performance point is evaluated through push-over analysis and the capacity of joint shear strength is checked. Not only for the gravity designed buildings but also for seismic designed buildings, the demand of joint shear is exceeding the capacity at exterior joints. However, for interior joint, the demand of joint shear exceeds the capacity only for one case. At exterior joints, the axial load stress ratio is lower than 0.21 for gravity designed buildings and 0.13 for seismic designed buildings.

      • GPS측위법의 응용에 관한 연구

        GPS는 1일 24시간 고정도의 3차원 위치해석이 가능한 위성측위 system으로서 인공위성의 전파를 수신하여 임의점에 있는 자기의 위치를 정확히 알 수 있다. 측지 분야는 물론, 지구의 물리적 해석, 군사 및 Time 보정에 이르기 까지 여러분야에서 효율적인 수단으로 부각되고 있다. 그러나 GPS를 우리나라에 실제 적용하기 위해서는 WGS84 타원체 상의 좌표값을 Bessel 타원체로 변환시킬 수 있는 변환체계의 정립과 우리나라 지형에 적합한 Geoid Undulation의 model개발이 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구는, 인공위성 수신기인 Trimble 4000 Se model 두 대를 이용하여 고정점에서의 위치정도 분석과 지형측량의 응용으로서 하천의 종·횡단측량을 실시하여 기존의 측량방법에 의한 성과와 비교·분석함으로써 GPS의 응용가능성을 고찰 하였다.

      • Design of Microprocessor-Controlled Multichannel Analyzer

        The objective of this research and development is to design and develop a microcontroller based Multichannel Analyzer (MCA) for a plutonium Continuous Air Monitor (CAM) system. The MCA coupled with a detector head is capable of detecting the airbourne alpha emitters in the presence of radon daughter products. The pulse output from the preamplifier has been stretched to allow the peak detector sufficient time to capture the pulse height. The pulse amplitude conversion, the data acquisition and the output functions are carried out fully by software.
