        보육교사와 학령전기 아동 어머니의 아동 건강증진 교육요구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the needs for children's health promotion education programs as perceived by child care center teachers and mothers. Methods: This study conducted a survey of 88 child care center teachers and 70 mothers of preschool children in Seoul from January 4 to February 5, 2016. This study aimed to characterize the current conditions of health promotion education for preschool children and the needs for health promotion education as perceived by child care center teachers and mothers of preschool children. Results: Areas of high need for health promotion education included lifestyle improvements for preventing diseases in children and awareness of the importance of health in educational objectives, standardized educational manuals, health educators as educators, child care centers as educational places, local health centers as educational support organizations, regular class hours as educational time, role play for training, and actual models in the educational medium. The educational subjects for which a high need was reported included safety and accident prevention, the role of smartphones and TV watching in mental health, and personal hygiene and disease prevention. Conclusion: These findings suggest that it is necessary to develop a health promotion education program for preschool children.

        아이돌보미 여성의 근무환경, 직업정체성, 직무만족도가 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study examined the impact of working environment, job identity, and job satisfaction on turnover intention among child care providers. Methods: Data were collected from a sample of 146 child care providers using self-administered questionnaires from May 1 to July 20, 2014. The data were analyzed with SPSS 18.0. Results: Child care providers had a middle level of job identity, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. Turnover intention among child care providers was significantly predicted by age, job satisfaction, and income satisfaction. Conclusion: These results suggest that intervention and strategy development are needed to decrease turnover intention among child care providers. Exploration of strategies to increase the job satisfaction and income satisfaction are needed, in order to reduce turnover intention.

        아이돌보미 여성의 지각된 건강상태, 우울, 직무스트레스가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study examined the effect of perceived health status, depression and job stress on job satisfaction among child care providers. Methods: Data were from a convenient sample of 154 child care providers with a self-administered questionnaires from July 6th to September 26th, 2013. Collected data were analysed on SPSS WIN 18.0. Results: Child care providers had above medium degree of perceived health status, low degree of depression, low degree of job stress and above medium degree of job satisfaction. Predictive factors of job satisfaction among child care providers included job stress(Adj.$R^2$=.216, ${\beta}$=-.425, p<.001). Conclusion: These results suggest that educational program development needs to increase the job satisfaction among child care providers. Exploration of strategies to reduce the job stress will be necessary in order to increase of the job satisfaction.

        심리운동프로그램이 보육교사의 자아탄력성과 보육효능감에 미치는 효과

        본 논문은 심리운동프로그램이 보육교사의 자아탄력성과 보육효능감에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구의 대상자는 서울시 J구의 8개 어린이집의 보육교사로서 최종 대상자는 실험군 18명, 대조군 19명 이었다. 중재프로그램으로 1회 4시간, 주 2회, 총 10회, 총 40시간의 심리운동프로그램을 보육교사에게 제공하였다. 자료수집은 2017년 9월 2일부터 11월 12일 사이에 이루어졌으며 수집된 자료는 독립표본 Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney test로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 심리운동프로그램이 보육교사의 자아탄력성과 하위요인인 대인관계 효율성 향상에 유의한 효과가 있음을 보여주었으며 이를 통해 보육교사의 자아탄력성 관리와 지원을 위한 기초근거를 마련의 가치가 있었음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 보육교사의 직무에서의 적응과 대처능력 향상에 도움이 될 수 있는 방안을 제시하였으므로 그의미와 가치가 있다고 판단된다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of Psychomotor program on the child care teacher's ego resilience and childcare efficacy. The subjects of this study are childcare teachers of eight daycare centers in J-gu, Seoul. The final subjects were 18 in the experimental group and 19 in the control group. Psychomotor program was provided to the experimental group, which consisted of four hours per session, two sessions per week, and a total of ten sessions. Data collection took place between September 2 and November 12, 2017. Collected data were analyzed by independent sample Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney test. In this study, the Psychomotor program had a significant effect on improving ego resilience and childcare efficiency of interpersonal relationships which is lower factor of the ego resilience. Through this study, we identified it was worth establishing a basic basis for managing and supporting ego resilience of child care teachers, and that it was meaningful to suggest ways to help them adapt and cope with their job duties.

        여성의 생식건강에 관한 국내 연구동향 : 1995년 이후 연구에 대한 고찰

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the research methods, topics and trend in reproductive health on women in Korea. Method: We reviewed 102 studies from the electronic database of KISS, RISS, NDSL, and PubMed, and finally selected 13 studies based on relevant criteria. Result: With regard to research methods, the majority of studies used survey research. As for the research themes, reproductive health status was most common. For study results, knowledge status of pregnancy and contraception were higher in university students. High school female students' level of sexual awareness was higher than that of male students. Around 30% of college students experienced direct sexual behavior. Ten percent of college students who had sexual experience had an unplanned pregnancy. About half of married women had experienced artificial termination of pregnancy at least once. Conclusion: The results of this study provide a basis for the improvement of women's reproductive health.

        간호대학생의 MBTI 성격유형에 따른 스트레스 정도, 스트레스 대처방식 및 학교적응

        Purpose: This study was conducted to describe stress, stress coping, and school adaptation according to Myers-Briggs type indicator(MBTI) personality type in freshmen nursing students. Methods: This study was a cross sectional survey and the data was collected from 267 freshmen nursing students by means of self reported questionnaires from March 3 to 30, 2012. Collected data were analyzed on SPSS win 18.0. Results: 16 personality types were all seen in this study participants. There were no significant differences in stress, stress coping, and school adaptation according to 4 functions and 4 temperaments of MBTI. Conclusion: Nursing students show various personality types and we need to understand their diversity and reflect it to a school curriculum or education program development. Further study is required to identify the effects of self-understanding program on stress management and school adaptation.

        특집2: 한국사상과 선산철학 : 『소학』을 통해 본 조선시대 여성상

        조선시대 여성은 우리에게 예속적인 삶을 살았던 여인으로 회자된다. 인간은 누구나 어디 시대에서나 살아가는 목적을 갖는다. 인간이 가지는 목적 자체보다는 사회적 성격에 의해 규정되어지는 경우가 보통이다. 특히 조선시대의 여성은 가부장제적 사회 속에서 유교적 덕목에 기준하여 살아가야하는 삶으로 정의해 버린다. 그러나 어떤 방식으로든 자신의 목적을 위해 인간은 살고 조선시대 여성도 그러했을 것이다. 조선시대 여성은 제도적 교육을 받지는 못했다. 하지만 비형식적으로 가정에서 교육을 받은 여성은 스스로 자각 의식을 가지며 자신을 표출하였다. 결국 여자가 제도적 교육을 받는 것만이 여성이 의식화되고 사상을 갖는다고 단정하기는 힘들다. 조선 초에 등장하는 여러 문학가를 보더라도 여성 자신들의 세계가 분명히 자리 잡고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 이러한 가정에서의 여성교육은 주로 여성교훈서를 교육되었다. 여성 교훈서의 기본 바탕은 그 근본을 『소학』에 두었다. 여성이 『소학』을 어느 정도 읽었는가에 대한 기록은 당시 문집을 통해 여성 독서목록의 예만 보아도 『소학』을 기본적으로 읽었다는 점을 알 수 있다. 『소학』은 7~8세 아이들이 읽었던 책이다. 남자뿐만아니라 여자도 즉 인간으로서의 기본 도리를 알게 하는 데 그 목적이 있는 책이다. 『소학』을 읽는다는 것은 조선시대 여성들이 갖추어야 할 덕망을 교육하는 것이 주목적이기는 하지만, 이는 여성에게 글을 깨우치는 시작이기도하기 때문에 여성이 자각적 의식을 갖게 하는 중요한 시점이라고 볼 수 있다. 그러므로 『소학』은 어려서 여성에게 자신의 정체성을 찾게 하는 중요한 서적이라 할 수 있다. 집안에서의 권한을 여성에게 주어 집안의 규율을 정립하여 수신제가치국이라는 유학적 기본 원리를 여성에게 어려서부터 교육하였던 것이다. 조선시대의 여성들은 유교적 가부장제적 사회 안에서 정숙한 성품과 몸가짐을 닦으려고 하였고 또한 어머니로서 아내로서 자녀교육 그리고 남편과 신의를 갖고 지내며 근검절약하여 집안을 돌보는 역할을 수행하였다. 나아가 정치적 참여를 통해 자신의 의견을 관철하기도 하였다. 조선시대의 여성은 자신이 처한 사회적 환경에 맞추어 가면서도 자신에게 기회가 주어진다면 놓치지 않을 만큼 충분히 준비된 여성이었던 것이다. Women in the Joseon Period were considered to live controlled lives. People have a purpose of living anytime and anywhere. That purpose is usually defined by social nature rather than the purpose people have. In particular, women in the Joseon period were defined as beings who had to live life based on Confucian virtue under a patriarchal system. However, all people live for their own purposes and so do women. Women in the Joseon period did not receive formal education. However, women who were informally educated at home expressed themselves with self-awareness. Finally, it is hard to assert that women who receive institutional education are awakened and have established thought. To see the few literary persons who appeared in the early Joseon period, it is confirmed that women had their own world developed. Home education for women was made with the use of education textbooks for women. The education textbooks for women were based on『Sohak』. It was recorded in the reading list for women that women basically read 『Sohak』. 『Sohak』 was designed for children from the age of 7 to 8 to understand basic manners as females as well as males. The important goal of reading 『Sohak』 was to teach basic virtues to women in the Joseon period, but as it was designed to teach women how to read and write, it was good for self-awakening. Therefore, 『Sohak』 is an important writing for girls to find their own identity. Authority at home was given to girls and women to establish household regulations. Women in the Joseon period tried to have virtuous nature and manners in the patriarchal system of a Confucian society, were engaged in the education of their children, were faithful to their husbands, diligent and thrifty, and took care of their families. Furthermore, they accomplished what they imagined and intended through political participation. If women in the Joseon period were given any chance, they were well prepared to catch it while meeting the needs of society.
