        1. It is generally known that the labour- management communication can contribute to promote the cooperation and to prevent the conflict between labor and management in firms. The labour-management communication is closely related to the pattern of the labour-management relation of each firm. The labour-management relation in a firm usually has two aspects; one is called as the employee relation which means the private relation between employer and individual employee, and the other is called as the labour relation which refers the collective relation between employer and the group of workers. Vertical communication which includes one-way, two-ways or. several-ways directions is used for the employee relation, while the holizontal communication is for the labour relation. 2. As most of the labour-management relations in Korean firms are not evolved to democratic patterns from autocratical or paternal patterns, their labour-management communications are mainly relying on the one-way vertical direction: Even the downward communications from manager to each employee are inclined to use the channel of formal organization in most korean firms. Of course, there are many kinds of secondary channels for downward communication such as notice boards, morning meetings, circulating bulletins, round table conforences, in-firm radio system and in-firm news-latters. But these secondary channels are not positively utilized by both of manager and workers. In recent, however, the utilization of morning meetings and round table conferences are remarkably increasing in most of Korean firms. 3. The upward communication channels from employee to employer have not so much developed and utilized in Korean firms, because the attitudes of employers to understand the needs and disires of the worker and to listen the ideas and asks of them are not positive. The employers usually think that only the formal organization is enough to understand and to collect the needs and ideas of employee. Even in the firms who have the upward channels like personnel councelling, suggestion system, moral survey, motivation research and sociometry, these channels are nearly utilized by both of employers and workers. These negative attitudes, however, have been changing in recent. The communication channels most actively utilizing in the medium and big size firms are round table conference and employee's seminar, in which there can be realized the several-ways communication among top manager, middle class managers .and workers. 4. The horizontal communications are carried on not only between management and labour union but also through labour-management council. The communications between management and labour union is more effective than those through labour management council. However, it is difficult to say that the communication between management and labour union is realizing on an equal footing, because the activity of labour union is now being partially restricted. On the other hand, it is clear that the collective communication through labour-management council is also carring just for form sake. All of the firms who employed more than 100 workers have been urged to formulate the councils in accordance with the labour-management council law made in Dec., 1980. Therefore, all these firms have the councils and open the councils more than one time in three months, but this system is not fixed substantially. 5. The performance of the labour-management communication is differentiated by many factors such as size of firm, leadership of employer and male-female composition of workers. In small size firms, the commuication is relatively easy, even though there are few channels prepared. But in huge firms, the communication is complex and ineffective, though they have many kinds of channels prepared for vertical and horizontal communication. Most effective performance of the communication can be realized in medium-size firms. It is easily found that leadership is most important factors affecting to the performance of communication, and that communication channels in the firms employed much female workers have been developed in detail rather than in the firms employed much male workers. 6. It is difficult to find out the relationships between the productivity and the ,degree of communication, because the productivity of a firm has been effected by various factors. It is also difficult to know the relationships between a simple index like the departure ratio of employee and the degree of labour-management communication in a firm. We could feel, however, that the labour-management relation was more peaceful and the workers were more earnest in the firms who have good communication comparing to the firms who have bad communication. 7. We can recommand to employers that it is neccessary to promote the labour-management communication in firms for making 'the cooperative relations and for preventing the conflict between management and labour. It is also recommended that the most important fact to induce the promotion of the communication in firms is to change the attitude of the employers. After then, they can develop various kinds of communication channels, they can employ the specialists on these fields, and they can prepare some incentive policies for better utilization of the channels. We also want to recommand to the government concerns that the initiation and stimulation of government are very important in Korea for promoting the labour-management communication in firms. Government can develop the communication models and skills. But it seems to be dangerous if the government may urge a simple model uniformly to the diverse firms. The suggestion of several models from government is surely helpful for the firms, but the selection of the models should be decided at firm's discretion. In addition, we want to recommand to the labour union and the representatives of the labour-management council that it is desirable to develop the communication. channels between the union leader or the representatve of council and the workers.

      • 2019년도 2학기 신라대학교 재학생의 부산인식 설문조사 분석 : 인문사회계 학생을 대상으로

        이 논문은 신라대학교에 재학 중인 학생들을 대상으로 부산에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위해 수행 한 설문지에 대한 분정확히 알아보기 위하여 분석에서는 부산출신자를 대상으로 하였다. 학생들과 부모의 출생연도와 연령 등에 관한 기초분석을 하고 부산의 자랑과 특성에 관한 인식을 분석 하였다. 아울러 학생들의 일석이다. 총 237부의 응답지를 받았는데 그 중에서 부산출생자 153명 을 대상으로 분석을 하였다. 부산에 관한 인식을 좀 더 상생활과 관련된 설문을 분석하였다. 분석에는 spss24를 이용하여 빈도분석과 기술통계분석 그리고 교차분석을 하였다.

      • 2017년 하반기 신라대학교 ‘부산의 하루’ 수강생 및 재학생 대상 설문조사의 분석(Ⅰ) : 종교, 부모의 고향 그리고 부산의 발전과 미래에 대한 인식을 중심으로

        As a result of analyzing the questionnaire about 212 people born in Busan, non-religion was the most with 61.8%, 20.3% Buddhism, 10.4% Protestant and 6.1% Catholic. These ratios were roughly similar to those of the past. However, the proportion of Buddhism was somewhat lower than that of the past, and the proportion of Catholicism was high. Fathers’ hometown was Busan (53.3%) and Gyeongnam (29.7%). Daegu and Gyeongbuk were 4.2% and 4.7% respectively. mothers's home is Busan's 51.4%, and Gyeongnam's 25%, so Busan and Gyeongnam has an overwhelming weight. There was a positive response to the questionnaire on the development and future of Busan. It was optimistic that the questionnaire on 'what will happen to the development of Busan in 10 years' would be much better. The answer of "Yes" was much superior to the question "The future of Busan is bright." Only 13.2% of respondents said “No” to the question. However, the percentage of respondents who answered "normal" was 39.2%. Overall, respondents were still brightly looking at the future of Busan, even though they knew there were not many jobs. The responses to the questionnaire about safety and environment in Busan were mixed. While the rate of feeling safe about terrorism was not high, the risk for nuclear power plants, earthquakes and typhoons was felt to be higher. On the other hand, there were many negative perceptions in the environmental survey. Negative responses predominated in all environmental questions. Respondents were not satisfied with the air, water and cleaning of Busan. Busan's administrative and political questionnaires had many negative responses. Although respondents who were the first grade in college may have difficulty in responding to the survey, many responded to the decision, but in general, there were more negative responses in the questionnaires on politicians, administration, and public officials. Busan's traffic-related questionnaire was positive. Transportation routes, fare, and transportation. The results of the questionnaire on Busan's culture and arts, and whether Busan is a good city to live in, were positive. Students did not think that Busan's culture and arts level was low, and Busan was perceived as a beautiful and livable city. The recognition of students at Silla University is noteworthy because it is contrary to the general belief that Busan is a barren and not a good place for culture and arts. 부산출생자 212명에 대하여 설문조사를 분석한 결과 종교는 무교가 61.8%로 대부분을 점하는 가운데 불교 20.3%, 개신교 10.4%, 가톨릭 6.1%였다. 이러한 비율은 과거의 조사와 대체로 비슷하였다. 다만 불교의 비중이 과거의 조사에 비해 다소 낮았고 가톨릭의 비중은 높았다. 아빠의 고향은 부산이 53.3%, 경남이 29.7%로 압도적으로 부산/경남이 점하고 있었다. 대구/경북은 4.2%, 호남/제주는 4.7%였다. 엄마의 고향은 부산이 51.4%, 경남이 25%로 역시 부산/경남이 압도적인 비중을 점하고 있다. 부산의 발전과 미래에 대한 설문은 긍정적인 응답이 많았다. ‘10년후 부산의 발전이 어떻게 될 것인가’에 대한 설문에는 대부분 더 나아질 것이라고 응답을 하여 낙관적인 전망을 보였다. ‘부산의 미래는 밝은가’라는 설문에 대해서도 ‘그렇다’는 응답이 훨씬 우세하였다. ‘그렇지않다’는 응답은 13.2%에 불과하였다. 다만 ‘보통이다’는 응답비율이 39.2%로 상당히 높았다. 종합적으로 볼 때 응답자들은 일자리가 많이 없다는 것을 알고있음에도 불구하고 부산의 미래를 아직은 밝게 보고 있었다. 부산의 안전과 환경에 대한 설문 응답은 엇갈린 응답이 나왔다. 테러에 대해서는 안전하다고 느끼는 비율이 높았던 반면, 원전과 지진 그리고 태풍에 대해서는 그로 인한 위험을 더 크게 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 환경과 관련된 설문에서는 부정적인 인식이 많았다. 환경 관련 모든 문항에서 부정적인 응답이 우세하였다. 응답자들은 부산의 공기, 물, 청소 등이 좋지 않다고 판단 하고 있었다. 부산의 행정과 정치에 관한 설문은 부정적인 응답이 많았다. 대학 1학년이 주축인 응답자들에게는 다소 어려운 설문들일 수도 있어 판단을 유보한 응답이 많았지만 대체로 정치인과 행정 그리고 공무원 등에 관한 설문에서 모두 부정적인 응답이 더 많았다. 부산의 교통관련 설문은 긍정적이었다. 교통노선, 요금 그리고 교통수단간의 연계 등은 잘 되어 있는 것으로 인식하였다. 부산의 문화와 예술 그리고 부산이 살기좋은 도시인가 등에 관한 설문결과는 긍정적인 응답이 우세하였다. 학생들은 부산의 문화예술 수준이 낮다고 생각하지 않았으며 부산이 아름답고 살기좋은 도시로 인식하고 있었다. 이러한 신라대학교 재학생들의 인식은 일반적으로 부산이 문화예술의 불모지이고 아름답지 않다는 통념과는 반대되는 것이어서 주목된다. 이에 관해서는 좀 더 장기적으로 그리고 타대학 학생들의 설문과 비교하면서 그 의미를 이해해 보아야 할 것이다.

      • 무선 프린터 인터페이스 장치의 설계

        Many computers in the office and the laboratory of a school are generally interconnected through the Local Area Network (LAN). Users of computer interfaced with the LAN use the same printer with time sharing. Alternatively, they use the multi-user printer interface to print in the office which can't have LAN system due to the great expenses. Otherwise they have to connect directly moving the printer to computer. In this papaer, we present a new printer interface equipment which can interface a printer and multi computers through wireless using the radio frequency of about 430MHz. The tranceivers of the equipment consist of two part: one part is installed in parallel port of computer and other part is installed in Centronix port of printer. Their maximum data rate is 9600bps and the communication area is about 50 meters in best case. The merits of this equipment are low in cost and small in size.

      • 경기지역 소아와 청소년에서의 A형 간염항체 양성률

        Objective : The incidence of hepatitis A virus (HAV) infection in childhood has dramatically declined, and therefore the susceptibility of adult to HAV is increasing in Korea. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the prevalence of anti-HAV IgG in children and adolescents in Gyeonggi Province. Methods : 172 children and adolescents with no history of transfusion of any blood products during recent 1 year were enrolled. They were classified into 3 groups such as; 3~6 years, 10~11 years, and 17~18 years. Positive rates of anti-HAV IgG were determined by chemiluminescence immunoassay. Results : According to age group, the seropositive rates were 0%(0/38), 0%(0/82) and 1.9%(1/52) in 3~6, 11~12, and 17~18 years of age group respectively. Conclusion : Prevalence of Anti-HAV IgG in children and adolescents is nearly zero in our study. We recommend the HAV vaccination for young children.

        Design and Implementation of Interworking System for Device Interaction in a Virtual Reality Setting

        The virtual training system utilizing Augmented Reality(AR), Virtual Reality(VR) and Mixed Reality(MR) eliminates realistic limitations and enables a repeated experience of safe and efficient VR training. Considering the training system is usually designed for one individual and limited to a simple repetitive experience, there’s a restriction to develop as a mutually interactive training mechanism. In order for multiple users to interact with each other in the training, it is necessary to identify the objects through a head mounted display (HMD) and to have a middleware facilitating the interactions. This paper aims to design a system in which two individual users can simultaneously identify each other’s movements in the same training based on the related technology.

        P2X and P2Y Receptors Mediate Contraction Induced by Electrical Field Stimulation in Feline Esophageal Smooth Muscle

        It is well-known that electrical field stimulation (EFS)-induced contraction is mediated by a cholinergic mechanism and other neurotransmitters. NO, ATP, calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), and substance P are released by EFS. To investigate the purinergic mechanism involved in the EFS-induced contraction, purinegic receptors antagonists were used. Suramine, a non-selective P2 receptor antagonist, reduced the contraction induced by EFS. NF023 (10<sup>−7</sup>∼10<sup>−4 </sup>M), a selective P2X antagonist, inhibited the contraction evoked by EFS. Reactive blue (10<sup>−6</sup>∼10<sup>−4 </sup>M), selective P2Y antagonist, also blocked the contraction in a dose-dependent manner. In addition, P2X agonist Ձ,Ղ-methylene 5 -adenosine triphosphate (ՁՂMeATP, 10<sup>−7</sup>∼10<sup>−5 </sup>M) potentiated EFS-induced contrac</SUP>tion in a dose-dependent manner. P2Y agonist adenosine 5 -[Ղ-thio]diphosphate trilithium salt (ADPՂS, 10<sup>−7</sup>∼10<sup>−5 </sup>M) also potentiated EFS-induced contractions in a dose-dependent manner. Ecto-ATPase activator apyrase (5 and 10 U/ml) reduced EFS-induced contractions. Inversely, 6-N,N-diethyl-D-Ղ,Ճ- dibromomethylene 5 -triphosphate triammonium (ARL 67156, 10<sup>−4 </sup>M) increased EFS-induced contraction. These data suggest that endogenous ATP plays a role in EFS-induced contractions which are mediated through both P2X-receptors and P2Y-receptors stimulation in cat esophageal smooth muscle.

        Green Emission from ZnO Thin Films

        ZnO thin lms with dierent thicknesses were grown using pulsed laser deposition by varying the deposition time. The PL spectra of these lms showed that the green emission decreases with the lm thickness. The deposited single lm was thicker at the center than at the edge and the PL spectra from dierent positions from the center to the edge showed the same behavior. X-ray diraction analysis show that the thicker lm with less green emission has better crystallinity. The lm's composition, analyzed using energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, revealed that the oxygen- to-zinc ratio was larger in the sample with stronger green emission. This result does not favor the previous suggestions that oxygen vacancies or zinc interstitials are the origins of the green emission. Based on the lm thickness dependence, we suggest that the green emission is related with the strain due to lattice mismatch between the lm and the substrate.
