본 논문은 밀리미터파를 사용하는 광대역 무선 접속용 마이크로 셀룰라 시스템에 적용할 수 있는 새로운 광링크 구조를 제시하고 분석한다. 제안된 링크 구조는 EOM(electro optic modulator)의 비선형성에 의해 발생하는 고조파 성분을 광믹성(photonic mixing)에 이용해 링크로 입격되는 전기 신호를 주파수 천이시켜 BS(base station)에서의 전기적 믹싱을 불필요하게 하며 또한 CS(central station)로부터 공급된 밀리미터파 광 캐리어를 사용하므로써 BS에 능동 광원(optical source)이 없도록 하여 BS의 구조를 간단히 한다. 제시된 링크 구조에 대한 하향링크(downlink) CNR(carrier to noise ratio), IM3/C(third order intermoulation to carrier ratio) 및 상향링크(uplink) SFDR(spurious free dynamic range)에 대한 분석 및 상용소자의 파라메타값을 이용한 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제시된 링크 구조가 현재의 마이크로 셀룰라 시스템 요구조건을 만족시킬 수 있음을 보인다. This paper proposes a new optic link structure applicable to broad-band wireless access microcellularsystem servicing in the millimeter wave frequency band. The proposed structure utilizes photonic mixing by exploiting the nonlinear property of EOMs, which leads to the frequency up-conversion at the CS and thus, electrical mixing at a BS is not required. Moreover, via transmitting an additional optical millimeter wave carrier into the Bs, the dispenses with an active optic source, which miniaturizes the BS. We analyze CNR, IM3/C in the downlink and SFDR in the uplink. Through simulation using the typical parameter values we also show the feasibility of the proposed system based on the requirements in the current microcellular system.

The Korean High Speed Electric Multiple Unit (HEMU) train system is soon being applicable to practical use. This new technology is expected not only to reshape the domestic market but also to be exported to overseas markets for high-speed train system. This study aims to prospect demands on the HEMU train technology and to formulate marketing strategies using a text-mining technique, therefore, providing a foundation for successful commercialization of the HEMU train system. 세계 고속철도 시장의 대용량 수송 및 고속화 추세에 따라 개술개발 경쟁이 가속화되는 시점에서 국내외시장 환경의 대처와 신성장산업으로의 육성을 위한 신기술 개발의 필요성에 따라 동력분산형 고속철도시스템(최고시험속도 430km/h, 최고영업속도 370km/h)의 핵심기술개발로 HEMU-430x가 상용화를 앞두고 있다. 이는 철도선진국으로의 도약과 국내시장 뿐 아니라 세계시장 진출 도모에 계기가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고속철도의 국내 및 해외시장 규모를 파악하여 국내외 동력분산형 고속철도 도입을 대비한 기초자료로써 활용하고, 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 통한 동력분산형 고속열차의 차별화된 마케팅 전략을 수립하여 국내 시장에서의 성공적인 도입과 해외시장 진출을 위한 발판을 마련하고자 한다.

This study suggests several ways to improve the railroad facilities in the urban areas so as to maintain the urban railroad facilities and minimize their adverse impact on the roads around the facilities. Environmental problems such as noise and vibration can be minimized by constructing soundproofing walls and improving railway and train systems. To reduce the traffic congestion at the railroad crossings, current at-grade crossings should be changed to separated crossings. Moreover, the criteria by where railroad crossings are located should be revised. In the long term, the land use development for the railroad station and the surrounding areas needs to be changed. Several case studies of Japan"s and France"s major cities show the potential of successfully integrating the development of railroad facilities and their surrounding areas. In addition, there is a need to consider institutional aspects, to improve the railroad facilities in the urban areas and to allow the integrated development of the railroad facilities and the surrounding areas.

정부는 대규모 사회간접자본시설에 대한 무분별한 추진을 막기 위해 사업의 타당성조사 뿐만 아니라 설계, 시공, 완공 시점에 사후평가를 실시하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 사후평가는 사전사후평가를 위한 평가항목과 분석방법이 모호하여 실효를 거두지 못하고 있다. 특히 철도사업은 철도사업의 종류와 철도의 종류에 따라 평가항목이 상이하여 사후평가항목과 분석절차가 차별화되어야 한다. 본 논문은 철도건설사업의 사후평가항목을 도출하고 데이터 수집 및 분석방법을 표준화하는 방안을 제시하고 있다. 구체적으로는 철도사업별로 공통평가항목과 특수평가항목을 도출하였고 이를 분석하는 방법으로 GIS기법을 제시하였다. The Korea government set a Act called as Before and After Study for a huge SOC projects in order to check their feasibility again at the time of design, construction and completion period. However, the evaluation items and analysis method are so vague that its effectiveness has been challenged. Especially railroad projects need to be evaluated differently by railroad construction types and rolling stocks. This paper suggests the evaluation items as a common items and exclusive items on the type of construction and rolling stocks. Also data collection in the standardized form and GIS techniques and are introduced to analyze evaluation items effectively.

In this study, joint analysis was conducted on the rock slope by aerial surveying using UAV. Aerial photos were taken using UAV to measure the directionality of the rock slope exposed to the site, and the directionality of the joint was analyzed using the photographed photos. UAV photography was taken under conditions of 90% overlap and an altitude of 50m. The photographing path was measured in the horizontal, vertical, and oblique directions based on the slope, and the joint characteristics were analyzed. Aerial surveying research on the joint directionality analysis of rock slopes is still incomplete, and the method for accurate joint directionality analysis is not presented strategically, so it is difficult to apply it in design. Through the results of this study, we would like to propose an flight photographing technique for the investigation of rock joints. As a result of the study, in the case of the joint investigation of the rock slope using UAV, it was necessary to change conditions such as altitude, aerial photography route, and overlap according to the size of the joint according to the site conditions.
