        학교조직 효과성 영향요인에 관한 구조적 분석

        본 연구는 학교장의 변혁적 지도성, 교사의 임파워먼트, 교사효능감, 학교조직 효과성 간의 구조적 관계를 설정하여 가설적 경로모형의 적합도를 탐색하고 직․간접 영향관계를 파악하고자 함을 목적으로 하였다. 구조방정식 모형 분석 결과 도출된 본 연구의 모형의 적합도 지수는 X2=266.777(df=48, p <.001), RMR=.032, CFI=.916, NFI=.900, GFI=.905, AGFI=.846로 도출되었다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교조직의 효과성은 학교장이 교사의 임파워먼트와 교사의 효능감을 고려하여 변혁적 지도성을 발휘할 때 그 효과가 제고된다. 둘째, 학교장이 변혁적 지도성을 발휘하면 교사가 임파워먼트를 제고한다. 셋째, 학교장이 변혁적 지도성을 행사하면, 교사가 효능감을 긍정적으로 갖는다. 넷째, 교사가 임파워먼트와 효능감을 높게 갖고 있으면 학교조직 효과성은 제고된다. The purpose of this study is to explore the suitability of the hypothetical path model and to identify the direct and indirect influence relationships by establishing a structural relationship among the transformational leadership of the principal, the teacher"s empowerment, the teacher"s sense of efficacy, and the school organizational effectiveness. The fit index of the model of this study derived from the structural equation model analysis is X²=266.777(df=48, p <.001), RMR=.032, CFI=.916, NFI=.900, GFI=.905, AGFI =.846. The main research results are as follows. First, school organizational effectiveness is enhanced when the principal exerts transformative leadership in consideration of the teacher"s empowerment and the teacher"s sense of efficacy. Secondly, when the principal exerts transformative leadership, teachers increase their empowerment. Thirdly, when principals exercise transformative leadership, teachers have a positive sense of efficacy. Fourthly, if the teacher has a high sense of empowerment and efficacy, school organizational effectiveness is improved.

      • 다층구조 판매시설의 피난안전해석에 관한 사례연구

        When sales facility is on fire, safe evacuation of occupants is significantly important factor. Utilizing fire-prevention system and air-conditioning equipments, we studied for better ways which enhance safety of escape in sales facility without smoke control system, using evacuation simulation program. We found that the number of occupants is needed to be considered in calculating capability of emergency stairs. Also, the damage of human life is increased in escape situation because bottleneck phenomenon happens on entrance of evacuation route. As a result, more aggressive plan/design is required on common escape route which is used by occupants in multiple floors. Early detection and early warning system are more critical factors on fire situation, than structure of building to guarantee safety for occupants evacuation. To manage risks caused by smoke dispersion toward upper levels, external smoke emission is prerequisite, but holding back only interior diffusion showed limited effects. Even in some case, it increased risk of specific floor.

      • 주택화재시 피난개시시간에 따른 피난안전해석

        This study was performed to analysis evacuation safety in housing fire with different response time. The evacuation simulation has included the impact of smoke layer hight, heat and toxic gases by fire simulation program (CFAST). In this study, the effect of the response time has been investigated by using evacuation simulation program (building EXODUS). The evacuation simulation were conducted with five steps of response time for 4 occupants. As a results, the smoke layer hight was 1.7m from floor in the living room (compartment 3) 40 second after fire. For 150 seconds of response time and 170 second after fire, the first mortuary was occurred at the end of living room (compartment 3) near exit. Three mortuary were occurred 170 second after fire, they started from compartment 1 and 6 where are far from exit. From this study, earlier evacuation start is more important for safety in housing fire where is no fire alarm and automatic fire extinguishing system such as sprinkler.

      • 國民學校 兒童의 또래集團에서의 人氣度와 自我槪念 및 社會成熟度間의 關係

        The study is to investigate the relationship of popularity in group, self-concept, and social maturity of 6th graders. The problems to investigate were as follow. 1. The relationship of popularity and self-concept of popular, rejected and isolated groups. 2. The relationship of popularity and social maturity of popular, rejected and isolated groups. 3. The relationship of self-concept and social maturity. The subjects were 114 6th graders selected as popular, rejected or isolated children by popularity test. The instruments were Test of Popularity, developed by Mihee Shin based on Moreno's Test, Shiffler's Test of Self-concept, and Social Maturity Test developed by Seung-kuk Kim and Ok-ki Kim. The data were analyzed by One-way ANOVA and Tukey Test. The results were as follow. 1. There was positive relationship between popularity and self-concept. The popular group had higher positive self-concept than the rejected or isolated groups. There were also significant difference between the rejected and isolated groups. 2. The popular group had significantly higher social maturity than the rejected group. 3. There was no statistically significant difference between the social maturity of popular and isolated groups. There was also no significant difference between the social maturity of the rejected and isolated groups. 4. There was significant relationship between self-concept and social maturity.

        This paper presents results of the development of energy saving technology for building automation system. As a result, the direct digital controllers are stand-alone control stations gathering data from the field devices such as sensors or controllers, alayzing them. Corresponding with central control & monitoring system and controlling the devices as programmed direct digital control has programmable logic control functions for reliable distributed direct digital control. Main software and direct digital control are our own developments which make it possible for us to extend or modify all the requirements of user's in the system promptly.

        It is well known that Oriental medicine has a characteristic system of theory and superior remedial value. The purpose of this study is to elucidate the vague Oriental medical concepts for its objectification and clinical application. Han and Yeal were recognized as a part of climate changes in the first stage of Oriental medicine, Gradually, they have been applied to the medial concepts such as the metabolic principle and nature of diseases. Han, yin is recognized as the decline of physiological function, reduction of defense and induces metabolic abnormal depression. Yeal, yang is recognized as the acceleration of body function, inflammatory disease and induces metabolic abnormal stimulation.

        Development of the Vacuum Drying Process for the PWR Spent Nuclear Fuel Dry Storage

        본 논문은 국내 원전의 습식저장조에 저장 중인 경수로형 사용후핵연료를 금속겸용용기를 이용해 건식으로 운영하기 위한운영공정을 개발하는 것이다. 국내 경수로형 원전의 사용후핵연료는 1990년대 초부터 습식으로 소내에서 운반을 한 경험은 많으나 건식으로 운전한 경험은 전혀 없는 실정이다. 이에 따라 금속겸용용기를 운영할 수 있는 세부 운영공정을 개발하였으며 주요 운영공정에서 금속겸용용기의 주요 구성품 및 사용후핵연료의 안전성이 유지됨을 확인하였다. 단기운영공정은 총 21시간 내에 이루어지도록 절차를 수립하였고 단계별로 허용운전 시간(15시간 습식공정, 3시간 배수공정, 그리고 3시간 진공공정)도 제시하였다. This paper describes the development of a dry operation process for PWR spent nuclear fuel, which is currently stored in the domestic NPP's storage pool, using a dual purpose metal cask. Domestic NNPs have had experience with wet type transportation of PWR spent nuclear fuel between neighboring NPPs since the early 1990s, but no experience with dry type operation. For this reason, we developed a specific operation process and also confirmed the safety of the major cask components and its spent nuclear fuel during the dual purpose metal cask operation process. We also describe the short term operation process that was established to be completed within 21 hours and propose the allowable working time for each step (15 hours for wet process, 3 hours for drain process and 3 hours for vacuum drying process).
