        초어담즙(草漁膽汁) 에 의(依) 한 급성신부전일예(急成腎不全一例)

        The Raw bile of Cyprinidae family is known to have toxic effects on renal, hepatic, cardiovascu- lar and gastrointestinal function. A patient with acute oliguric renal failure associated with toxic hepatitis after eating the raw bile of grass carp was observed. He has received hemodialysis two times during an oliguric stage and recovered completely about 20 days after the onset of oliguria.

        This study has been conducted experimentally on natural convection heat transfer characteristics of an inclined flat plate in air. The effects of various fin lengths and Rayleigh numbers are mainly investigated. The experimented results are as follows : 1. As dimensionless fin length increase, mean fin, plate total Nusselt numbers increase accordingly while mean plate Nusselt numbers decrease at downward inclined flat Plate. 2. The mean fin surface Nusselt numbers show its maxinum value at Y_l surface with- out interference between fins. Its minimum value of upward inclined flat plate show Y_6 surface at H/S <1.0 and Y_4 surface at H/S>1.0, but the mean fin surface Nusselt number of downward inclined flat plate show at Y_4 surface. 3. The mean fin Nusselt number of upward inclined flat plate increased more than that of the downward inclined flat plate. 4. The mean plate Nusselt numbers of upwafd inclined flat plate show higher at H/S> 0.82 than those of'downward inclined flat plate.

        Control lis understood as the effective regulation of decisions affecting the policies and economic resources of public enterprises, for example, pricing, budgets, investment programs, access to credit markets, employment, procurement, and so on. Effective regulation implies that the controlling agent(i. e., the government) is able to impose sanctions in the event of poor enterprise performance. Any system of state control must come to grips with the diversity of firms, within the public enterprise sector. Left to their own devices, some firms will require substantial outside(e. g., central government) guidance and support, while otherswill require little, and still others(the majority, perhaps) will fall somewhere in between. The main factors determining the need for and the feasibility of external supervision would include : (1) The maket structure of the firm Does the firm have a monopoly, or must it deal with market disciplines because of the need to compete with private firms ? (2) The degree of public ownership and management. Is the enterprise wholly owned by the government and, if not, is the government a majority or minority participant ? (3) The degree to which the firm is dependent on public subsidy to meet current of capital expenditures. Obviously, the higher the degree of public subsidy, the greater the need for and the feasibility of external control.

        HEC-HMS/RAS와 HEC-GeoRAS 모형을 이용한 홍수범람 시나리오 수립 및 분석

        최근 우리나라의 기상재해는 이상 기후변화로 인한 태풍 및 국지성 호우에 의한 피해가 대부분을 차지한다. 이러한 피해를 줄이기 위하여 홍수위험지도 및 재해지도 제작이 필수적이며, 이에 시나리오별 홍수범람 해석은 중요한 부분을 차지한다. 본 연구는 강릉시 사천천에서 홍수범람 시나리오를 수립하고 HEC-GeoRAS 모형을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 확률강우량은 강릉지상관측소의 1961년~2010년(50년) 강우자료를 사용하였고 시나리오는 100년, 200년 빈도 및 가능최대홍수량(PMF)으로 태풍루사 사례를 가정하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 100년 빈도 강우량을 초과할 경우 홍수범람이 예측되며, 200년 빈도와 PMF빈도의 경우 범람면적이 64.3 ha, 135.9 ha, 최대 침수심은 4.1 m, 5.7 m로 각각 모의되었다. 이러한 결과는 실시간 기상자료와 모델수치해석 자료 합성을 활용하여 지속시간에 대한 강우량으로 홍수범람 구역을 예측하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다. Damages by hurricanes and regional torrential rains due to anomaly climate changes take up the most of recent meteorological disasters in Korea. To reduce these damages, producing flood hazard maps and disaster maps is essential, and accordingly, the interpretation of flood inundation by scenario accounts for an important part. This study established a flood inundation scenario at Sacheon River in Gangneung-si and carried out an analysis using the HEC-GeoRAS model. The rainfall data at the Gangneung General Observation Post from 1961 to 2010(50 years) were used for probable rainfall, and the scenario was analyzed by assuming the case of Typhoon Rusa with 100-year and 200-year frequencies and Probable Maximum Flood (PMF). As a result, flood inundation is predicted if it exceeded the 100-year frequency rainfall while for the 200-year frequency and PMF frequency, flooded areas were simulated at 64.3 ha and 135.9 ha, respectively and maximum flooded depths in 4.1 m and 5.7 m, respectively. It is expected that these results will help predict flood inundation area with rainfall in the duration using the synthetic data of the real-time weather data and the model numerical analysis.

        일본의 보험법개정과 시사점 - 총론과 공통규정을 중심으로 -

        In Japan, the Insurance Law was enacted at the 169th Ordinary Session of the Diet as law No.56 of 2 0 0 8 and will become effective from April 1, 2010 by governmental order. The Insurance Law previously indicated regulations on insurance contracts stipulated in Chapter 1 0 of Part 2 "Commercial Transactions" and Chapter 6 of Part 3 "Maritime Commerce" of the Commercial Code, but The Insurance Law has not been revised for about 100 years and was written in a classical literary style using old type of characters. The Insurance Act was enacted as a new separate law, independent from the Commercial Code. The new Act significantly revises regulations on insurance contracts from different perspectives including policyholders’ protection. The revision is in line with the trend of reforming civil rules, e.g., the adoption of a colloquial style of writing by the Civil Code, revision of Companies Act, etc. The basic goal of this reform is (1)To revise the regulations to be applied to parties concerned to insurance contracts to meet the needs of today's society and, (2) As one of the laws setting civil rules, to adopt a colloquial style of writing using easily understandable expressions. In other hand, the Ministry of Justice of Korea proposed new commercial code to revised part 4(insurance contract) in 2008, but the bill pending till now in the national assembly. The Japanese Commercial Code(include “insurance contract”) was the model law of Korean Commercial code(Part 4. “Insurance contract). The writer review the background and contents of Japanese new insurance law. But this article focused on the common topic of life and non-life insurance contract, because the outline and main points of the new law are too much to introduce in one article. The writer expect to find some lessons from the Japanese experience.
