Through the application of theories and principles of human-computer interaction design system, deficiencies on interaction of digital music player are analyzed; and through the analysis on cognitive features for interaction, hierarchy of needs, and emotional information of target users, the key factors and the relevant data that influence the objective of interaction design are researched, thus facilitating the modern digital music products design to follow up users’ physical and mental requirements, balancing the interaction design between human, computer and environment, bringing users more convenient and effective operation and experience, and providing more important theoretical thought and implementation process for humanized design.

Substructure pseudo-dynamic hybrid simulation (SPDHS) is an advanced structural seismic testing method which combines physical experiment and numerical simulation. Generally, the key components which display nonlinearity first are taken as experimental substructures for actual test, and the remaining parts are modeled in simulation. Model updating techniques can be effectively applied to enhance the model precision of nonlinear numerical elements. Specifically, the constitutive model of the experimental substructure is identified online by the instantaneously-measured data, and the corresponding numerical elements with similar hysteretic behaviors are updated synchronously. Artificial neural network (ANN) can recognize the system which cannot be represented by definite numerical model, and thus avoids the structural response distortion caused by the inherent numerical model defects. In this study, a framework for online model updating in SPDHS with ANN method is expanded to implement actual test validation. Moreover, the effectiveness of ANN method is demonstrated by practical tests of a two-story frame model with bending dampers. Additionally, the unscented Kalman filter technique and offline ANN identification approach are both examined in the test validation. The experimental results show that, under the identical loading history, the online ANN method can significantly reduce the model errors and improve the accuracy of SPDHS.

Choosing a correct main protection configuration schemes for stator internal short circuits in generator is the premise of safe and reliable operation of the large generator. This paper firstly analyzes the general large hydro-generator stator internal short circuit fault type and fault number. It mainly does some statistics works on SF600-42/1380 generator fault location and fault number. And then through the finite element method, calculate each phase and each branch current if the generator internal short circuit happens. In the paper, we calculate the sensitivity of various kinds of main protection scheme. Get the dead zone position which easily lets the main protection device take action. Finally we summarize various factors that determine SF600-42/1380 generator main protection scheme of configuration.

The chigger mite Leptotrombidium sialkotense is one of the 6 main vectors of scrub typhus in China. Before present study, L. sialkotense was found in some parts of Hunan province, China with a narrow geographical distribution. During field investigation 2016-2017, we found L. sialkotense in Jingha, southern Yunnan, China. Of 15 small mammal host species, L. sialkotense were collected from 6 species of the hosts. Rattus brunneusculus was a dominant host of L. sialkotense, from which 98.3% of the mites were collected. The chigger mite showed a relatively high infestation prevalence (PM=11.7%) and mean abundance (MA=0.5) in comparison with the rest 5 host species. These results reveal a certain host specificity of L. sialkotense to a rat R. brunneusculus. The mite L. sialkotense showed an aggregated distribution on the host (P<0.05). A positive correlation observed between L. sialkotense and the body length of hosts. There was a positive interspecific association between L. sialkotense and 2 other dominant vectors, L. deliense and L. scutellare.
High-speed Encryption & Decryption System Based on SM4 Algorithm

Nowadays, the network transmission and video encryption areas have urgently needed high-speed encryption systems for SM4 algorithm. To speed up the SM4 system in small area, three aspects in existing system is analyzed and optimized. Firstly, aiming at the prior encryption must wait long until completing all 32 rounds key expansion, a method is proposed for outputting round key in each key expansion to accelerate encryption response. Secondly, considering most user passwords are unchanged, we adopt additional memory for comparing old and new keys, so that key expansion can be cancelled sometimes. Thirdly, the paper analyses the relationship between key expansion and encryption/decryption algorithm in SM4. Using module reused technology, the designed key expansion module can also encrypt and decrypt, and the designed another two modules can both encrypt and decrypt. Therefore, the system can achieve three tasks’ synchronous encryption/decryption, which greatly improves the system's processing speed. This paper presents a hardware design scheme for the high-speed system. At last, the optimized design is realized in FPGA. The experimental results show that the design is feasible, and the SM4 encryption speed can increase fourfold.
Functional Analysis of the Inhibitor of Apoptosis Genes in Antheraea pernyi Nucleopolyhedrovirus

The inhibitor of apoptosis proteins (IAP) plays an important role in cell apoptosis. We cloned two novel IAP family members, Ap-iap1 and Ap-iap2, from Antheraea pernyi nucleopolyhedrovirus (ApNPV) genome. Ap-IAP1 contains two baculoviral IAP repeat (BIR) domains followed by a RING domain, but Ap-IAP2 has only one BIR domain and RING. The result of transient expression in Spodoptera frugiperda (Sf21) showed that Ap-iap1 blocked cell apoptosis induced by actinomycin D treatment and also rescued the p35 deficient Autographa californica nucleopolyhedrovirus (AcNPV) to replicate in Sf9 cells, while Ap-iap2 does not have this function. Several Ap-IAP1 truncations were constructed to test the activity of BIRs or RING motif to inhibit cell apoptosis. The results indicated that BIRs or RING of Ap-IAP1 had equally function to inhibit cell apoptosis. Therefore deletion of above both of the above domains could not block apoptosis induced by actinomycin D or rescue the replication of AcMNPV△p35. We also screened two phage-display peptides that might interact with Ap-IAP1.
Short-Term Forecasting for Harbor Waterway Currents Speeds

The ocean currents speeds in the harbor waterway are directly related to the ability of the ship to in or out the harbor. Accurately predict the speeds can assist the ship to choose the right time for sailing. To solve this problem, we chose two models of linear and non-linear prediction. We had set sensors in Qinhuangdao for a long time, then using the collected data for training. Our test is using a lot of random data to train and predict with different steps and orders. The results show that both methods can use less original data to train the model, and finally achieve preferably prediction. According to the characteristics of Qinhuangdao harbor, Auto-Regressive (AR) model is more appropriate than Support Vector Regression (SVR) model.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy of liver transplantation (LT) and liver resection (LR) for hepatocellularcarcinoma (HCC) patients with portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT) and to investigate risk factors affecting prognosis. Materials and Methods: A total of 94 HCC patients with PVTT type I (segmental PVTT) and PVTT type II (lobar PVTT) were involvedand divided into LR (n=47) and LT groups (n=47). Recurrence-free survival (RFS) and overall survival (OS) were comparedbefore and after inverse probability of treatment weighting (IPTW). Prognostic factors for RFS and OS were explored. Results: Two treatment groups were well-balanced using IPTW. In the entire cohort, LT provided a better prognosis than LR. Among patients with PVTT type I, RFS was better with LT (p=0.039); OS was not different significantly between LT and LR(p=0.093). In subgroup analysis of PVTT type I patients with α-fetoprotein (AFP) levels >200 ng/mL, LT elicited significantly longermedian RFS (18.0 months vs. 2.1 months, p=0.022) and relatively longer median OS time (23.6 months vs. 9.8 months, p=0.065). Among patients with PVTT type II, no significant differences in RFS and OS were found between LT and LR (p=0.115 and 0.335,respectively). Multivariate analyses showed treatment allocation (LR), tumor size (>5 cm), AFP and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) levels to be risk factors of RFS and treatment allocation (LR), AFP and AST as risk factors for OS. Conclusion: LT appeared to afford a better prognosis for HCC with PVTT type I than LR, especially in patients with AFP levels>200 ng/mL.
