A strict aerobic Acinetobacter baumanniiYNWH 226, isolated from an activated sludge reactortreating textile wastewater, was able to grow on Congo redas the sole carbon source under aerobic conditions. Thedecolorization and TOC reduction efficiency were 99.1 and93.72%, respectively. The effects of the Congo redconcentration were studied. The environmental factors (i.e.,pH, temperature and agitation speed) on the biodegradationof Congo red in aqueous phase were studied and evaluatedusing response surface methodology. The results indicatedthat when the Congo red concentration was 100 mg/L, theoptimal decolorization conditions were as follows: 37°C,pH 7.0 and 180 rpm. The single A. baumannii YNWH 226was able to form aromatic amines by reductive breakage ofthe azo bond and then oxidize them into non-toxicmetabolites.
Melt-electrospinning of Polyphenylene Sulfide

Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) superfine fiber is a promising high efficient material for high temperature dedusting. In this paper, the PPS superfine fiber was prepared by melt-electrospinning for the first time. In order to produce the finer fibers, the polypropylene (PP) was added to PPS and the effects of blending ratio, spinning voltage, spinning temperature, and spinning distance on resultant fibers were investigated systematically. The superfine fibers of PPS with an average diameter of 4.12 μm were successfully prepared at the optimized condition, which was one third of that by melt-spinning method. With the decrease of 76.21 % fibers diameter, the filter efficiency increased from 87.03 % to 98.05 %. The presented method provides a new way for the scalable and green fabrication of PPS superfine fibers.

This paper investigated the relationships between individual innovative behavior and its antecedents(problem solving style, core self evaluation, supervisor support), and also examined the moderating effect of core self evaluation and supervisor support on the base of trait activation theory. To achieve this research purpose, data were collected from surveys of 228 employees in an large state-owned enterprise in China. The results shows as follows. Firstly, only intuitive problem solving style among two problem solving styles, core self evaluation, and supervisor support showd statistically significant positive effects on individual innovative behavior. Secondly, only supervisor support except core self evaluation moderated significantly the relationships between intuitive problem solving style and innovative behavior. with these findings, we discuss the theoretical and practical implications of these findings.

A SMT mounter is a kind of equipment that mounts SMD parts quickly on the printed circuit board. By using linear motors, it is controlled with high speed and precision, which is similar to semi-conductor and display process equipment. It is necessarily used in an assembly process of an electronic device. Mobile devices such as a mobile phone and PDA are required to reduce mount areas due to the demands for high performance and small size. Hence, super small sized and complex mobile devices have been developed. To improve the productivity of the corresponding equipment, designs with large sized, high speed, and multidisciplinary functions have been consistently performed. Meanwhile, a design trend of large size and light-weight on SMT mounter causes a low natural frequency of systems and vibration problems at the high speed operation. In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of the SMD mounter system were investigated through a modal test and transmissibility test, and verified by finite element method. Also, various design improvement was performed to avoid the resonance phenomena.
Anomalous magnetization jumps in granular Pb superconducting films

In granular superconductors, the grain boundaries are closely related to the vortex dynamics and the macroscopic superconducting properties. In our research, Pb films with different grain sizes were prepared by tuning the substrate temperature. With the grain size decreasing, Pb films are prone to feature the anomalous magnetization jumps in the M − T curves, while in the M − H curves flux avalanche happens. Both phenomena appear in the same region of the H − T phase diagram and thus are considered to have the same origin. The further theoretical analysis shows that with grain size decreasing the pinning mechanism evolves from a mixed δTc and δl pinning to the δl pinning mechanism. The results shed light on the study of pinning mechanism for granular superconductors and is beneficial to the potential application of manipulating vortex pinning by regulation of intrinsic defects.

이 연구는 과경민족집단의 가치관 정향을 분석하는데 연구의 중점을 두고 그 연구대상으로 중국조선족 취업여성에 주목하였다. 특히 과경민족으로서의 중국 조선족, 그중에서도 조선족 취업여성들의 가치관 성향이 원주민 성격을 띠고 있는 중국의 한족, 한국 취업여성들에 비해 어떠한 차이를 띠고 있는지에 대해 알아보고자 했다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위해 설문조사를 토대로 888부 유효설문지를 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국의 조선족, 한족과 한국 취업여성들은 근로가치관에 있어서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다 둘째, 세 집단 취업여성들은 가족가치관 측면에서 대체로 전통적 성향을 나타냈다. 특히 조선족 취업여성들은 가족가치관에 있어서 가장 전통적인 성향을 나타냈다. 셋째, 문화적 성향과 가치관은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. Taking Korean-Chinese female worker as the study object, the research has analyzed the value orientation of transnational ethnics group. Specifically, it has tried to understand the difference on the value orientation between transnational Korean Chinese, especially the Korean-Chinese female worker, and the local female workers in China and Korea. In order to realize the mentioned objective of this research, the author has conducted a survey and 888 usable questionnaires have been used in the process of analysis. And here are final conclusions from the analysis. Firstly, on the issues of working value, certain difference does exist among Korean-Chinese female workers, Chinese and Korean ones. Secondly, all the three groups of female workers have showed traditional family value. Among them, family value of the Korean-Chinese female workers was most traditional. Finally, it was found out that there was certain relationship between culture and value.

It is well established that mitochondrial genome is strictly maternally inherited in mammalian, despite the fact that paternal mitochondria enter into oocyte during fertilization. To date, although some mechanisms have been extrapolated to interpret the elimination of paternal mitochondria, the exact mechanism still is unclear. Recent studies suggest that autophagy process and the ubiquitin-mediated degradation pathway may be involved in elimination of paternal mitochondria. However, the dynamic profiles of autophagy and ubiquitination associated with paternal mitochondria degradation have not been determined in mouse model. Through immunostaining with specific antibody LC3 and Ubiquitin and confocal microscopy, we investigated the dynamic profiles of LC3 and Ubiquitin signals in mouse embryos during preimplantation development. In addition, embryos were stained with MitoTracker Red for tracking the degradation process of paternal mitochondria. Our results showed that paternal mitochondria gradually degraded during postfertilization development, and sporadic paternal mitochondria were found at least in 16 cell embryos. LC3 and Ubiquitin signals appeared in the midpiece of sperm at 3 h postfertilization, and they were strictly colocalizated with paternal mitochondria from zygote to 2 cell embryo. Nevertheless, the colocalization became loose at 4 cell embryos, and gradually disappeared beyond 4 cell embryos. Our results confirmed that autophagy process and the ubiquitin-mediated degradation pathway may take part in the postfertilization remove of paternal mitochondria.
