        As the World Tourism Organization points out that cruise tourism is the best tour product for people to enjoy the diverse experience within the shortest terms. With the constant development of cruise tourism through the years, it has gained the attention of the South Korea. This study analyzes the general information of the cruise ports in South Korea, Chinese cruise tourists to South Korea. To solve problems in the development of cruise tourism of South Korea, this study brings forward to the countermeasures including the developing specialized cruise ports, increasing variety of tour products and strengthening train programs.

        Leaky Gut in IBD: Intestinal Barrier–Gut Microbiota Interaction

        Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a global disease that is in increasing incidence. The gut, which contains the largest amount of lymphoid tissue in the human body, as well as a wide range of nervous system components, is integral in ensuring intestinal homeostasis and function. By interacting with gut microbiota, immune cells, and the enteric nervous system, the intestinal barrier, which is a solid barrier, protects the intestinal tract from the external environment, thereby maintaining homeostasis throughout the body. Destruction of the intestinal barrier is referred to as developing a “leaky gut,” which causes a series of changes relating to the occurrence of IBD. Changes in the interactions between the intestinal barrier and gut microbiota are particularly crucial in the development of IBD. Exploring the leaky gut and its interaction with the gut microbiota, immune cells, and the neuroimmune system may help further explain the pathogenesis of IBD and provide potential therapeutic methods for future use.

        유도 기원설 진원윤(陳元贇)을 통한 중·일 무술교류 비교연구

        본 연구는 중국과 일본에서 이루어진 진원윤과 관련된 실제적인 문헌분석을 통하여 유도 기원설에 대한 진위를 파악하고, 유도의 근대적 발전과정에서 진원윤의 영향력에 대해 연구를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 문헌고찰을 통해 기술된 자료를 정리하고 해석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 유술의 시조설에서 공통된 점은 유술을 에도시대에 확립된 새로운 유형의 격투기로 정의하고 있는 점이다. 이 부분에 대해서는 일본 고유의 무술이었던 스모에서 비롯되어 시대적 배경에 따라 격투술의 모양새를 갖다가 에도시대에 각 유파가 등장한 것으로 해석할 때에 왕도원(王道元) 시조설을 제외한 각 시조설은 나름대로의 유파에서 원조격에 해당한다고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 진원윤은 1587년 중국 절강성 여항현에서 명문가의 아들로 태어난 중국학자이며, 1626년에 일본에 가서 중국 권법을 전수한 것으로 알려져 있다. 그의 생애사를 살펴보았을 때 무인보다는 문인의 삶을 영위했으며 무도보다는 예술과 한문에 뛰어났음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 지금까지 대부분의 진원윤과 관련된 선행연구를 살펴보면 실증적인 사실에 입각했다기 보다는 구전과 단순 인용에 근거한 재생산 자료들이 많아 실질적으로 그가 과연 권법에 얼마나 정통했으며 구체적으로 어떤 영향을 주었는지 등의 자료를 찾아보기가 어려웠다. 이러한 점에 미루어보았을 때, 일본 유도사에서 진원윤의 존재는 유술발전 과정의 중요한 시기에 등장한 근대 유술의 중흥의 조력자였다고 볼 수 있다. In order to understand the development process and origin of Judo, this research compares Chinese and Japanese materials about “Chen Yuan-Yun”, a Chinese scholar who is said to have had a great influence on the development process of Jujutsu. The purpose of this study is to understand the truth of the founder theories Judo through the analysis of documents related to him conducted in China and Japan, and to provide basic materials for studying the influence of him in the development process of Judo. After comparing the materials so far, we were able to obtain the following conclusions. First, what is common to the founder theories of Jujutsu is that Jujutsu is defined as a new form of martial arts established in the Edo period. However, considering that Sumo wrestling, which was a martial art unique to Japan, developed into a combative martial art through the changes of the times, and then, and that various schools were born on the Edo period, it can be said that each founder theory is worthy of being the originator of each school. Second, Chen Yuanyun was a Chinese scholar born in 1587 as the son of a prestigious family, and went to Japan in 1626. And it is said that he taught Chinese martial arts there. Looking back on his life, we find that he lived a life of a literary artist rather than a martial artist. Third, most of the research that has been done on him so far is not based on proven facts, and much of the material has been reproduced by word of mouth or simple quotations. As a result, I have found very little documentation on how proficient he was in martial arts and specifically what kind of influence he had on Jujutsu. Therefore, it can be said that Chen Yuanyuns position is the assistant of the modern Jujutsu revival, which appeared in an important period of development of Judo.

        Flexural Behavior of RC Beams with NSM Prestressed Helical Rib Steel Wire

        The reinforcement technique of near-surface mounted?NSM?prestressed helical rib steel wire (PHRSW) with wide raw material sources, lower in price and high application value can significantly enhance the flexural behavior of reinforced-concrete (RC) structures. Based on 8 flexural RC beams reinforced with NSM PHRSW, performance of test beams under different groove widths (10 mm, 15 mm and 20 mm) and concrete strengths (C30 and C40) was analyzed, including load-deflection, ductility, flexural capacity, strain of longitudinal steel bar and HRSW, failure mode and crack propagation. The results show that the overall flexural behavior RC beams reinforced with NSM PHRSW was significantly improved. There is a good entirety bearing capacity between the longitudinal reinforcement and PHRSW of reinforced beam with suitable groove size. The comprehensive performance of reinforced beams increases first then decreases, with the increase of groove size. The higher the strength of concrete, the more significant the influence of groove size. There is an optimal match between groove width and concrete strength for RC beams reinforced with NSM PHRSW. Considering comprehensive property of reinforced beams, groove width with 15mmwas best in this research. The results can make the research of RC beams reinforced with NSM PHRSW more comprehensive and in-depth, and provide design basis for its engineering application.

      • Synthesis of Porous Carbon Supported Palladium Nanoparticle Catalysts by Atomic Layer Deposition: Application for Rechargeable Lithium–O<sub>2</sub> Battery

        <P>In this study, atomic layer deposition (ALD) was used to deposit nanostructured palladium on porous carbon as the cathode material for Li–O<SUB>2</SUB> cells. Scanning transmission electron microscopy showed discrete crystalline nanoparticles decorating the surface of the porous carbon support, where the size could be controlled in the range of 2–8 nm and depended on the number of Pd ALD cycles performed. X-ray absorption spectroscopy at the Pd K-edge revealed that the carbon supported Pd existed in a mixed phase of metallic palladium and palladium oxide. The conformality of ALD allowed us to uniformly disperse the Pd catalyst onto the carbon support while preserving the initial porous structure. As a result, the charging and discharging performance of the oxygen cathode in a Li–O<SUB>2</SUB> cell was improved.         Prediction of Cellulose Crystallinity in Liquid Phase Using CBM-GFP Probe

        Carbohydrate-binding modules (CBMs) have been developed to investigate the presence of crystalline and amorphous regions of cellulose. However, systematic and quantitative assessment of cellulose crystallinity using such non-hydrolytic fusion proteins in liquid phase has not been reported. In this work, cellulose directed CBM probes containing a green fluorescent protein (GFP) were constructed and named CG17, CG28, and CG2a. The probe binding condition was determined as incubating 30 μg/mL probes in 10 mM phosphate buffer at 30oC for 60 min. Under the optimized condition, the linear correlations between CBM probe binding capability and X-ray diffraction (XRD) crystallinity were well established. Using linear regression equations, the crystallinity of several cellulosic materials was well calculated. Amorphous component and cellulosic surface area probably had a less effect on binding capability of CG2a than that of CG17 and CG28. Therefore, crystalline-region specific probe CG2a should be an efficient tool for interpreting the crystallinity of cellulosic materials.

        FPGA‑based real‑time simulation of LCC‑HVDC systems with C‑NAM method

        The real-time simulation of a line-commutated converter-high voltage direct current (LCC-HVDC) system based on a field programmable gate array (FPGA) is proposed to meet the increasingly complex dynamic characteristics and real-time simulation requirements of HVDCs. In addition, a real-time simulation platform based on a CPU + FPGA is established forsimulation verification. First, a simulation model of the 12-pulse rectifier of an LCC-HVDC is established using the compact nodal analysis method (C-NAM). When compared with the traditional node analysis method, C-NAM reduces the number of multiplication executions in a single simulation step, and the degree of program serialization is signifi cantly reduced,which greatly improves the real-time simulation speed of a FPGA. Then, this simulation model is programmed in a FPGA, and the optimization algorithm further shortens the simulation step size. Finally, a 12-pulse LCC-HVDC is compared and verified with a 1 μs simulation step on a FPGA real-time simulation platform, and a simulation analysis verifies the accuracy of the model. This method can improve the simulation scale of an LCC-HVDC system, and enhance the versatility of the LCC-HVDC real-time simulator based on a FPGA.

      • Compatibility of lithium salts with solvent of the non-aqueous electrolyte in Li–O<sub>2</sub> batteries

        <P>The stability of lithium salts, especially in the presence of reduced oxygen species, O<SUB>2</SUB> and H<SUB>2</SUB>O (even in a small amount), plays an important role in the cyclability and capacity of Li–O<SUB>2</SUB> cells. This combined experimental and computational study provides evidence that the stability of the electrolyte used in Li–O<SUB>2</SUB> cells strongly depends on the compatibility of lithium salts with solvent. In the case of the LiPF<SUB>6</SUB>–1NM3 electrolyte, the decomposition of LiPF<SUB>6</SUB> occurs in the cell as evidenced by <I>in situ</I> XRD, FT-IR and XPS analysis, which triggers the decomposition of 1NM3 solvent due to formation of HF from the decomposition of LiPF<SUB>6</SUB>. These reactions lead to degradation of the electrolyte and cause poor cyclability of the cell. The same reactions are not observed when LiTFSI and LiCF<SUB>3</SUB>SO<SUB>3</SUB> are used as the lithium salts in 1NM3 solvent, or LiPF<SUB>6</SUB> is used in TEGDME solvent.</P> <P>Graphic Abstract</P><P>We provided evidence that the stability of the electrolyte used in Li–O<SUB>2</SUB> cells strongly depends on the compatibility of lithium salts with solvent. <IMG SRC='http://pubs.rsc.org/services/images/RSCpubs.ePlatform.Service.FreeContent.ImageService.svc/ImageService/image/GA?id=c3cp50500f'> </P>
