Peiyuan Dong,Yue Han,Xiaobo Guo,Feng Xie 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Security and Its Applicat Vol.9 No.1
Cyber-Physical System (CPS) is a system of systems which integrates physical system with cyber capability in order to improve the physical performance [1]. So far, it is being widely applied in areas closely related to national economy and people’s daily lives. Therefore, CPS security problems have drawn a global attention and an appropriate risk assessment for CPS is in urgent need. According to the researches and discussions in recent years, we believe that most researchers have already established a comprehensive understanding about CPS. This paper systematically introduced CPS’s conception, development and applications assisted. In addition, concerning about its aspects of safety and security, we also analyzed CPS’s risks and new requirements as an up-to-date technique brings. We elaborate the existing work and propose a research focus that has not been paid enough attention to, and proposed a security framework for CPS. At last, after providing a classic modeling and simulation method of CPS, we bring forward a new idea for accessing the experimental results into existing systems.
Multistage Pulse Jamming Suppression Algorithm for Satellite Navigation Receiver
Xiaobo Yang,Jining Feng,Ying Xu 한국정보처리학회 2022 Journal of information processing systems Vol.18 No.1
A novel multistage pulse jamming suppression algorithm was proposed to solve the anti-pulse jammingproblem encountered in navigation receivers. Based on the characteristics of the short duration of pulsejamming and distribution characteristics of satellite signals, the pulse jamming detection threshold was derived. From the experiments, it was found that the randomness of pulse jamming affects jamming suppression. Onthis basis, the principle of the multistage anti-pulse jamming algorithm was established. The effectiveness ofthe anti-jamming algorithm was verified through experiments. The characteristics of the algorithm includesimple determination of jamming detection threshold, easy programming, and complete suppression of pulsejamming.

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) have recently been recognized to have a role in human orthopedic disorders. The objective of our study was to explore the expression profile and biological function of miRNA-17-5p (miR-17-5p), which is well known to be related to cancer cell proliferation and invasion, in osteoblastic differentiation and in cell proliferation. The expression levels of miR-17- 5p in the femoral head mesenchymal stem cells of 20 patients with non-traumatic osteonecrosis (ON) and 10 patients with osteoarthritis (OA) were examined by quantitative reverse transcription-PCR (qRT–PCR). Furthermore, the interaction between miR-17-5p and SMAD7 was observed. We found that in non-traumatic ON samples the level of mature miR-17-5p wassignificantly lower than that of OA samples (P¼0.0002). By targeting SMAD7, miR-17-5p promoted nuclear translocation of b-catenin, enhanced expression of COL1A1 and finally facilitated the proliferation and differentiation of HMSC-bm cells. We also demonstrated that restoring expression of SMAD7 in HMSC-bm cells partially reversed the function of miR-17-5p. Together, our data suggested a theory that dysfunction of a network containing miR-17-5p, SMAD7 and b-catenin could contribute to ON pathogenesis. The present study prompts the potential clinical value of miR-17-5p in non-traumatic ON.

Hang Liu,Yujun Feng,Xiaobo Yang,Yao Wang,Hongming Yu,Jue Wang,Wanjing Peng,Yanshan Wang,Yinhong Sun,Yi Ma,Qingsong Gao,Chun Tang 한국광학회 2024 Current Optics and Photonics Vol.8 No.1
We present a Yb-doped narrow-linewidth polarization-maintaining (PM) all-fiber amplifier that achieves a high mode-instability (MI) threshold, high output power, and 9.7-GHz spectral linewidth. Six wavelength-multiplexed laser diodes are used to pump this amplifier. First, we construct a high-power fiber amplifier based on a master oscillator-power amplifier (MOPA) configuration for experiments. Subsequently, we examine the MI threshold by individually pumping the amplifier with wavelengths of 976, 974, 981, 974, and 981 nm respectively. The experimental results demonstrate that the amplifier exhibits a high MI threshold (>3.5 kW) when pumped with a combination of wavelengths at 974 and 981 nm. Afterward, we inject an optimized phase-modulated seed with a nearly flat-top spectrum into this amplifier. Ultimately, laser output of 3.2 kW and 9.7 GHz are obtained.

Ye Wang,Wenhui Zhang,Xiaobo Li,Feng Ling 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Multimedia and Ubiquitous Vol.11 No.7
This paper provides the implementation mechanism of the pmipv6-based partially distributed mobility management (DMM) and performs extensive simulations under various traffic environments for verification and evaluation of the proposed scheme. The simulation results indicated that Mobility Anchor and Access Router (MAAR) could distribute and manage all IP data packet flow between a corresponding node (CN) and mobile node (MN). Therefore, the implementation and performance analysis of proposed mechanism is essential to understand the fundamental features of DMM, which includes a method of detecting MN and managing MN’s location.
Optimal Scheduling of Electric Vehicles Charging in low-Voltage Distribution Systems
Xu, Shaolun,Zhang, Liang,Yan, Zheng,Feng, Donghan,Wang, Gang,Zhao, Xiaobo The Korean Institute of Electrical Engineers 2016 Journal of Electrical Engineering & Technology Vol.11 No.4
Uncoordinated charging of large-scale electric vehicles (EVs) will have a negative impact on the secure and economic operation of the power system, especially at the distribution level. Given that the charging load of EVs can be controlled to some extent, research on the optimal charging control of EVs has been extensively carried out. In this paper, two possible smart charging scenarios in China are studied: centralized optimal charging operated by an aggregator and decentralized optimal charging managed by individual users. Under the assumption that the aggregators and individual users only concern the economic benefits, new load peaks will arise under time of use (TOU) pricing which is extensively employed in China. To solve this problem, a simple incentive mechanism is proposed for centralized optimal charging while a rolling-update pricing scheme is devised for decentralized optimal charging. The original optimal charging models are modified to account for the developed schemes. Simulated tests corroborate the efficacy of optimal scheduling for charging EVs in various scenarios.
Cross-Linked Sulfonated Poly(arylene ether nitrile)s with Low Swelling and High Proton Conductivity
Jingchun Liu,Penglun Zheng,Mengna Feng,Renbo Wei,Xiaobo Liu 한국고분자학회 2017 Macromolecular Research Vol.25 No.12
A series of cross-linked composite membranes were prepared from sulfonated poly (arylene ether nitrile) (SPEN) and 2, 5-diaminobenzensulfonic acid (DABSA) via a direct cross-linking method aiming to obtain low-swelling and excellent proton conductivity membrane. This experiment had two advantages: expectant low-swelling in the extreme temperatureand excellent proton conductivity. Besides, all cross-linked membranes showed excellent thermal stability which exhibiting a temperature of initial decomposition about 250 °C. The membranes showed the IEC values varying from 1.449 to 1.675 mmol·g-1. The result suggested that the SPEN-DABSA membranes are potential candidates as PEM in DMFCs.
Mitochondrial quality control in intervertebral disc degeneration
Yu Song,Saideng Lu,Wen Geng,Xiaobo Feng,Rongjin Luo,Gaocai Li,Cao Yang 생화학분자생물학회 2021 Experimental and molecular medicine Vol.53 No.-
Intervertebral disc degeneration (IDD) is a common and early-onset pathogenesis in the human lifespan that can increase the risk of low back pain. More clarification of the molecular mechanisms associated with the onset and progression of IDD is likely to help establish novel preventive and therapeutic strategies. Recently, mitochondria have been increasingly recognized as participants in regulating glycolytic metabolism, which has historically been regarded as the main metabolic pathway in intervertebral discs due to their avascular properties. Indeed, mitochondrial structural and functional disruption has been observed in degenerated nucleus pulposus (NP) cells and intervertebral discs. Multilevel and well-orchestrated strategies, namely, mitochondrial quality control (MQC), are involved in the maintenance of mitochondrial integrity, mitochondrial proteostasis, the mitochondrial antioxidant system, mitochondrial dynamics, mitophagy, and mitochondrial biogenesis. Here, we address the key evidence and current knowledge of the role of mitochondrial function in the IDD process and consider how MQC strategies contribute to the protective and detrimental properties of mitochondria in NP cell function. The relevant potential therapeutic treatments targeting MQC for IDD intervention are also summarized. Further clarification of the functional and synergistic mechanisms among MQC mechanisms may provide useful clues for use in developing novel IDD treatments.

Purpose: This study investigated multidrug-resistant (MDR) pathogens and antibiotic strategies of culture-positive spontaneousascitic infection (SAI) in patients with acute decompensated cirrhosis. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 432 acute decompensated cirrhotic patients with culture-positive SAI from11 teaching hospitals in China (January 2012 to May 2018). A Cox proportional hazards model analysis was conducted to identifyindependent predictors of 28-day mortality. Results: A total of 455 strains were isolated from 432 ascitic culture samples. Gram-negative bacteria (GNB), gram-positive bacteria(GPB), and fungi caused 52.3, 45.5, and 2.2% of all SAI episodes, respectively. Episodes were classified as nosocomial (41.2%), healthcare-related (34.7%), and community-acquired (24.1%). Escherichia coli (13.4%) and Klebsiella pneumoniae (2.4%) were extendedspectrumβ-lactamase producing isolates. The prevalence of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus was 1.1%. Ceftazidime, cefepime, aztreonam, and amikacin were recommended as first-line antibiotics agents for non-MDR GNB infections; piperacillin/tazobactam and carbapenems for MDR GNB in community-acquired and healthcare-related or nosocomial infections, respectively;and vancomycin or linezolid for GPB infections, regardless of drug-resistance status. Multivariate analysis revealed days ofhospital stay before SAI, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, white blood cell count, alanine aminotransferase, serum creatinine concentration, total bilirubin, and international normalized ratio as key independent predictors of 28-day mortality. Conclusion: MDR pathogens and antibiotic strategies were identified in patients with acute decompensated cirrhosis with culture-positive SAI, which may help optimize therapy and improve clinical outcomes.
