      • Investment Climate Analysis of China and South Korea: Based on Grading Method

        Purpose - This study analyzes the investment environment of South Korea by using the rating scale of Robert B Stobaugh, Jr, and draws conclusion implication. Research design, data, and methodology - The study conducted a survey on according to the political stability, capital repatriation, foreign ownership allowed, discrimination and controls, foreign vs domestic businesses, currency stability, willingness to grant tariff protection, availability of local capital, and annual inflation for last 5 years. The score of these eight aspects will be given based on the current situation in South Korea and the sum of the scores will be calculated. Result - China-Korea economic and trade relations are in a stage of transformation and upgrading, and the level of economic and trade cooperation in various fields is reaching a new level. It is hoped that Chinese enterprises will grasp business opportunities, strengthen research and analysis of the Korea market and achieve mutually beneficial cooperation. Conclusion - The investment environment of South Korea is superior according to the political stability, capital repatriation, foreign ownership allowed, discrimination and controls, foreign vs domestic businesses, currency stability, willingness to grant tariff protection, availability of local capital, and annual inflation for last 5 years.

        Droplet transient migration and dynamic force balance mechanism on vibration-controlled micro-texture surfaces

        In this paper, forced vibration was used to regulate the droplet migration, fully recording the transient migration of droplets on a micro-textured substrate under the resonance frequency by a high-speed camera. The influence of resonance frequency and dynamic migration characteristics of droplets on the solid micro-texture surface under lateral vibration were researched. The experiment demonstrates that the driving force is caused by the difference between the left and right contact angles made the droplet oscillate and migrate, and as time t increases, the left and right contact points are periodically shifted and the amplitude of migration increases. Therefore, based on the droplet migration behavior and its force balance mechanism, a spring vibration model of migration behavior of the vibrating droplet micro unit was set up to predict the complete trajectory of its migration on a solid surface. The calculation results show that the theoretical displacement is less than the experimental displacement, and the longer the time, the larger the difference. Affected by the vibration, part of the droplet permeates through the micro-texture, resulting in the droplet losing height and the contact angle becoming smaller as well. While the other part of droplet overcomes the internal surface tension to migrate.

        Endothelial Progenitor Cells’ Classification and Application in Neurological Diseases

        The therapeutic effects of endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) on ischemic stroke have been extensively studied in recent years. However, the differences in early EPCs and endothelial outgrowth cells (EOCs) are still unclear. Clarifications of their respective properties and specific functioning characteristics contribute to better applications of EPCs in ischemic diseases. In this review, we discuss cellular origin, isolation, culture, surface markers of early EPCs and EOCs and relevant applications in neurological diseases. We conclude that EOCs possess all characteristics of true endothelial progenitors and have potent advantages in EPC-based therapies for ischemic diseases. A number of preclinical and clinical applications of EPCs in neurological diseases are under study. More studies are needed to determine the specific characteristics of EPCs and the relevant mechanisms of EPCs for neurological diseases.

        인플루언서 특성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Nowadays, the e-commerce live broadcast has created a lot of attention. Especially with the rapid development of self-media, there are many influencers in the live commerce. In the sharing and popularization of product information, these influencers will have an impact on the consumers' choice and purchase intention. This study focuses on the effect of influencer' characteristics on consumers' consumption choices of goods in live commerce. Therefore, this study clarifies the concept of influencer and consumers' purchase intention by sorting out the prior studies of influencer, selects four characteristics of influencer: professionalism, credibility, attractiveness and interaction, introduces two mediating variables, immersion and perceived value. Samples were collected through questionnaires and empirical analysis was conducted using SPSS 22.0 and Smart PLS 2.0 (Structural Equation Package) to test the hypotheses. Therefore, the following conclusions are drawn in this thesis. First, professionalism has no effect on immersion thus, H1-1 and H1-3 are rejected; attractiveness has no effect on immersion. H1 is partially adopted. Second, professionalism has no effect on perceived value. H2 is partially adopted. Third, immersion positively influences purchase intention. H3 is adopted. Fourth, perceived value positively influences purchase intention. H4 is adopted. 생방송과 전자상거래가 공동으로 만든 라이브 커머스는 많은 관심을 불러일으켰다. 특히, 셀프 미디어의 빠른 발전과 함께, 라이브 커머스에는 많은 인플루언서가 나타났다. 제품정보의 공유와 보급에 있어서 이러한 인플루언서는 소비자의 선택에 영향을 미칠 것이며, 소비자의 구매의도에도 영향을 미칠 것이다. 본 연구는 라이브 커머스에서 소비자의 상품 선택에 인플루언서가 미치는 영향에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 인플루언서에 대한 선행연구를 바탕으로 인플루언서의 개념과 소비자의 구매의도를 명확히 한다. 인플루언서의 4가지 특성요인으로 전문성, 신뢰성, 매력성 및 상호작용성을 선정하여 몰입과 인지된 가치라는 두 가지 매개변수를 선정하였다. 본 연구는 인플루언서의 특성요인이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 설문조사를 통하여 표본을 수집하고 통계팩키지 SPSS 22.0과 구조방정식 도구로 Smart PLS 2.0을 통해서 가설을 검증한다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인플루언서의 특성요인과 몰입은 부분 채택되었다. 전문성과 매력성은 몰입에 유의한 영향이 없다는 것이다. 둘째, 인플루언서의 특성과 인지된 가치는 부분 채택되었다. 전문성은 인지된 가치에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 셋째, 몰입은 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 인지된 가치는 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

        Ferilnic Nirate Produces Delayed Preconditioning Against Myocardial Ischemia and Reperfusion Injury in Rats

        To determine whether ferilnic nirate (FLNT) can precondition the rat heart against myocardial ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) damage and its mechanism, two groups of experiments were conducted. In the first group of experiments, rats were divided among four treatment groups: sham group; solvent with I/R (I/R control group); FLNT pretreatment with I/R (I/R FLNT group); and late ischemic preconditioning group (LPC group). In the second group of experiments without I/R, rats were divided into two treatment groups: control group and FLNT group. The results indicated that myocardial infarct size and the levels of creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase in the sera of the I/R FLNT group were significantly lower and the level of nitric oxide molecule and Mn-containing superoxide dismutase were significantly elevated in the heart tissue compared with I/R control group. The protein expression ratio of Bcl-2/Bax in heart tissue was significantly elevated in the I/R FLNT group. These results demonstrate FLNT is able to precondition rat hearts against myocardial ischemia/reperfusion damage to a similar level as that achieved via the late phase of ischemic preconditioning. The mechanism may involve the up-regulation of nitric oxide and the strengthening of anti-oxidant and anti-apoptosis cellular functions.

        One-Step Implementation of Two-Qubit Quantum Logic Gates

        We propose a simple scheme for realizing basic two-qubit logic gates with an atom inside a bimodal cavity. In the scheme, a two-qubit quantum phase gate (QPG) and a swap gate are performed by only one step. In addition, the controlled-NOT gate (CNOT) can also be implemented from a QPG. Our scheme is based on resonant interaction of an atom with cavity modes. In consideration of atomic spontaneous emission and cavity decay, the quantum logic gates still operate successfully, thus our scheme is insensitive to decoherence.C

        Efficient extraction and separation of vanadium and chromium in high chromium vanadium slag by sodium salt roasting-(NH4)2SO4 leaching

        A novelty process based on sodium salt roasting-(NH4)2SO4 leaching was proposed to extract vanadiumand chromium in high chromium vanadium slag (HCVS). V2O5 and Cr2O3 was then prepared. The effectsof roasting and leaching conditions on vanadium and chromium extraction behavior were studiedsystematically and completely. Vanadium precipitation conditions and chromium reduction conditionswere optimized further. 94.6% vanadium and 96.5% chromium were extracted when HCVS and Na2CO3were mixed in the molar ratio of n(Na2CO3)/n(V2O3 + Cr2O3) of 2.5, then leached in 30 g/L (NH4)2SO4solution. 94.8% vanadium was precipitated as ammonium polyvanadate (APV) just by adjusting theleaching liquid pH at 4.5, almost all chromium was remained in liquid, achieving the efficient separationof vanadium and chromium. Chromium was then recovered by reduction and precipitation. More than99% chromium was reduced when Na2S2O5 was added in m(Na2S2O5)/m[Cr(VI)] above 3. By roasting thedeposits of vanadium and chromium respectively, 91.49% V2O5 and 89.89% Cr2O3 were obtained. Thesupernatant after vanadium and chromium extraction containing NH4+ could be recycled as the newleaching medium with some new (NH4)2SO4 added, which greatly reduced the discharge of ammonianitrogenwastewater and made the whole process more environmentally friendly.

      • Improvement of a Fingerprint-Based Remote User Authentication Scheme

        Password authentication has been adopted as one of the most commonly used solutions in network environments to protect resources from unauthorized access. Recently, Khan et al. proposed an efficient fingerprint-based remote user authentication scheme with smart cards [15], in which a password/verification table is not required on the remote server, and users are allowed to choose and update their passwords freely. In this paper, we show that their scheme is vulnerable to the parallel session attack. Furthermore, their scheme is susceptible to the impersonation attack provided that the information stored in the smart card is disclosed by an adversary. We also propose an improved scheme which is immune to the presented attacks.
