Shuxiu Wang,Jinsong Zeng,Zheng Cheng,Zhe Yuan,Xiaojun Wang,Bin Wang 한국공업화학회 2022 Journal of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Vol.106 No.-
As a new type of biomass-based molecular material, nanocrystalline cellulose (NCC) has become aresearch hotspot in many fields. In present work, a novel microfluidic technology was employed to produceNCC from microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) via sulfuric acid hydrolysis. The microfluidic chip wasdesigned and made with complete load-bearing reaction according to flow characteristics. A closed reactionenvironment and fully automated operations can ensure the safety of experimenters. NCC (MN-60)with high yield and uniformity was obtained via acid hydrolysis in microfluidic system by 60 % sulfuricacid solution at 35 C for 40 min. The characteristics of MN-60 and conventional method NCC (N-60)under the same reaction conditions were compared. It was found that the yield of MN-60 reached48.13%, while it was only 17.30 % in the absence of microfluidic chip. Although the results showed thatMN-60 and N-60 exhibited similar rod-like structures, the size distribution of MN-60 was narrower thanthat of N-60. Furthermore, the width, length, and height of MN-60 were 15 ± 5 nm, 150 ± 75 nm, and5 ± 2 nm, respectively. The main functional groups and crystal forms of MN-60 were similar to MCC,but the crystallization index of MN-60 was higher than MCC. In conclusion, microfluidic technology couldrealize the preparation of high-yield and uniform NCC.

A system of nonlinear variational inclusions involving general H-monotone operators in Banach spaces is introduced. Using the resolvent operator technique, we suggest an iterative algorithm for finding approximate solutions to the system of nonlinear variational inclusions, and establish the existence of solutions and convergence of the iterative algorithm for the system of nonlinear variational inclusions.
A Novel Natural Dye Derivative for Natural Fabric Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Dyeing Technology
Jinsong Wu,Hongjuan Zhao,Mingyue Wang,Weiru Zhi,Xiaoqing Xiong,Laijiu Zheng 한국섬유공학회 2019 Fibers and polymers Vol.20 No.11
The supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) dyeing technology is a green dyeing technology, and the usage ofnatural dye makes SC-CO2 dyeing technology safer and more environment-friendly. Nevertheless, after using natural dye inSC-CO2 dyeing, the color depth and fastness of dyed natural fabric are poor. In this study, alkyl and hydroxyalkyl groupswere grafted onto alizarin, which is a natural dye, to elevate the color depths and fastness of alizarin-derivative-dyed naturalfabric. The results demonstrate that the color depths of alkyl-alizarin-dyed and hydroxyalkyl-alizarin-dyed natural fabricswere increased. This has to do with the increase in the solubilities of alkyl alizarin and hydroxyalkyl alizarin in SC-CO2. Thehydroxybutyl-alizarin-dyed wool displayed the best color depth (K/S value: 6.44). And the hydroxyalkyl-alizarin-dyednatural fabric showed good washing fastness and rubbing fastness (about 4-5 level), because that hydroxyalkyl alizarin couldbe linked by a covalent bond to the natural fabric.
Research on Key Problems of Channel Estimation Based on Plural RBF Neural Network
Nan Wang,Bo Hu,Junyang Zhang,Jinsong Liu,Xinyu Zhang 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Hybrid Information Techno Vol.8 No.10
A new channel estimation method of neural network based on complex radial basis function (CRBF) is proposed to enhance the anti-interference ability of traditional pilot frequency estimation algorithm in power line communication (PLC). This method builds up a new channel model of complex field signals in PLC. The complete response model was established by using transmitting terminal’s pilot signal as input sample data, pilot signal’s frequency response as output sample data, and pre-setting mean square error (MSE) and diffusion constant. Computer simulations show that compared with the traditional algorithm the channel estimation was more accurate and had lower MSE and bit error rate (BER).

Shucai Wang,Jinsong Pang,Hongwei Xun,Zhibing Zhang,Yunxiao Zhou,Xueyan Qian,Yingshan Dong,Xianzhong Feng,Bao Liu 한국식물학회 2018 Journal of Plant Biology Vol.61 No.2
In Arabidopsis, trichome formation is regulatedby a MYB-bHLH-WD40 (MBW) transcriptional activatorcomplex, which can activate the expression of GLABRA2(GL2) and R3 MYB genes. GL2 is required for trichomeformation, whereas R3 MYBs inhibit trichome formation byblocking the formation of the MBW complex, thus inhibitingthe expression of GL2. By using the amino acid sequence of theArabidopsis R3 MYB transcription factor TRICHOMELESS1(TCL1) to BLAST the soybean (Glycine max) protein database,we found that there are a total of six R3 MYB genes insoybean, namely Glycine max TRICHOMELESS1 through 6(GmTCL1-GmTCL6). By generating transgenic plants, wefound that trichome formation in soybean plants overexpressingeach of the GmTCLs remained largely unchanged, and theexpression of putative GL1 and GL2 genes in the transgenicplants was unaffected. However, all the GmTCLs interactedwith GLABRA3 (GL3) in transfected Arabidopsis protoplasts, expression each of the GmTCLs in Arabidopsis inhibitedtrichome formation, and the expression levels of GL1 andGL2 were greatly reduced in the Arabidopsis transgenicplants. Moreover, phenotypic complementary analysis showedthat GmTCL1 is functionally equivalent to TCL1. Takentogether, these results suggest that GmTCLs are functionalR3 MYBs, however, they do not regulate trichome formationin soybean.

Analysis of the muzzle dynamic response interval based on the bond space method
Fu He,Jinsong Dai,Shengye Lin,Maosen Wang 대한기계학회 2023 JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Vol.37 No.10
Accurate analysis of the dynamic response of the muzzle shows a vital role in improving the accuracy of small-caliber artillery burst fire. However, the complex small-caliber artillery system and the uncertainty of parameters make the muzzle dynamic response analysis more difficult. To solve the problem that it is difficult to analyze the dynamic response of smallcaliber artillery containing uncertain parameters by traditional methods, the critical uncertain parameters are regarded as interval variables, and the bonded space theory is used to establish the muzzle dynamic response model of small-caliber artillery with continuous firing, and combined with Chebyshev polynomial expansion method to solve it, and finally the muzzle dynamic response interval is obtained. Through computational analysis and experimental testing, 84.6 % and 95 % of the tested muzzle dynamic response curves in the horizontal and vertical directions fall into the simulation interval, respectively. Meanwhile, the error of the mean, the variance, the most value, and the amplitude of the test and simulation are less than 10 %, which verifies the method’s accuracy. In addition, by adjusting the optimized parameters, the amplitude of the dynamic response of the muzzle was reduced by 78.67 %. We conclude that the muzzle dynamic response interval method works well for analyzing and controlling the muzzle dynamic response problem with the desired accuracy.
A Granular Classifier By Means of Context-based Similarity Clustering
Wei Huang,Jinsong Wang,Jiping Liao 대한전기학회 2016 Journal of Electrical Engineering & Technology Vol.11 No.5
In this study, we propose a granular classifier (GC) with the aid of a context-based similarity clustering (CSC) method and applied it for network intrusion detection. The proposed CSC supporting the design of information granules is exploited here to determine the so-called contexts. Unlike the conventional similar clustering method, here the CSC built clusters by taking into consideration of both input data and output data. The design of granular classifier is realized based on the if-then rules, which consists two parts: namely premise part and conclusion part. The premise part is developed by using the CSC, while the conclusion part is realized with the aid of supported vector machines. In contrast to typical rule-based classifier, the underlying principle exploited here is to consider a robust classification with the adequate use of output data. In particular, rule-based classifiers or supported vector machines can be regarded as a special case of the proposed granular classifier. Numeric studies show the superiority of the proposed approach.
