This study to explore and examines the factors affecting 4.0 industrial adoption in enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City. The research model based on the two main research theories is the Technology Adaptation Model (Davis, 1989) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (Ajzen, 1991), and previous literature on technology 4.0 to build conceptual models which appropriate to the research content. Both qualitative and quantitative research methods are applied in the study. Qualitative research is conducted first in the form of in-depth interviews to adjust the conceptual model. Quantitative research was then used to verify the conceptual model. Samples taken by the non-probability method and convenience sampling technical through the official questionnaire for 380 small and medium enterprises have been applying elements of industry 4.0. The results show that in addition to the effect of Intent to Use on Use decision, in the group of independent variables affecting Perceived Usefulness of the business, turning Perceived Saving Cost has the strongest impact, and in the group of independent variables which influence Intent to Use, the Business Resource variable has the strongest impact.

The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the Vietnamese economy. In the midst of a complex disease that compelled people to limit their interaction, customers’ shopping habits shifted from “offline” to “online” transactions. Mobile payments have also grown in popularity. The goal of this study is to figure out what factors influence the use of mobile payments by hotel clients in Can Tho after COVID-19. The research team also examines how those factors influence customers’ willingness to use mobile payment and makes recommendations to better the current situation. Primary data was collected from 227 persons using online surveys and processed with SPSS software for this study. To analyze the correlation relationship between the elements determining the intention to use, the Cronbach alpha, EFA, Correlation, and Regression methods used to assess the scale are applied. Perceived Trustworthiness, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Ease of Use all have positive effects on customers’ propensity to use, according to the findings. Perceived Security, on the other hand, has no bearing. The findings of this study have significant theoretical and practical implications for the development of mobile payment services in Can Tho, particularly following the implementation of COVID-19.

Numerical simulation was performed to study the flow fields and temperature distribution of steel pipes inside the basic and three kinds of modified annealing furnaces. The ANSYS FLUENT 18.2 software was used to perform 3D numerical simulation in this study. Effect of flow field variation within annealing furnace by changing the inlet configurations on the temperature distribution during annealing process was investigated. Three modified models were designed and proposed to reduce temperature difference of bundle of steel pipes. Uniform flow distribution was also enhanced by swirl flow generated within modified annealing furnace.
Factors Affecting Intention to Purchase Green Products in Vietnam
NGUYEN, Thi Kim Chi,NGUYEN, Dat Minh,TRINH, Van Thien,TRAN, Thi Phuong Diu,CAO, Tuan Phong Korea Distribution Science Association 2020 The Journal of Asian Finance, Economics and Busine Vol.7 No.4
The study aims to assess factors affecting intention to purchase green products in Vietnam. The study employs samples from customers who have actually experienced green consumption in Vietnam. The samples were collected by convenient sampling methods. The survey obtained 206 responses with full information. The survey was conducted from October 2019 to January 2020. The measurement scale was a 5-point scale with 1- completely disagree and 5- strongly agree. This study employs factor analysis and structural equation modelling analysis. The results showed that the social and environment sustainability awareness have positive effects on altruism of customers who are interested in green consumption. Altruism also has the same direction on green purchase intention. Besides, the attitude toward buying green and health consciousness affects green purchase intention. At the same time, the altruism and attitude towards buying green products also influence positively on green purchase intention. Besides, the health consciousness positively affects attitude towards buying green products. The results show that the health consciousness has a negative impact on intention to purchase green products. The findings suggest that it is necessary to raise customers' health consciousness, customers' altruism from disseminating knowledge about environmental protection as well as society to enhance the green consumption in Vietnam.
An Accurate ConvNet-Empowered Modulation Classification For OFDM Systems
Thien Huynh-The,Toan-Van Nguyen,Quoc-Viet Pham,Dong-Seong Kim(김동성) 한국통신학회 2021 한국통신학회 학술대회논문집 Vol.2021 No.2
In this paper, we propose a deep learning (DL)- based method to automatically classify modulation of orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) signals in wireless communication systems. To this end, an efficient convolutional neural network is developed with a novel densely residual structure which incorporates skip-connection and dense connection for convolutional block-wise association. Besides the prevention of vanishing gradient, this structure has the ability to selectively learn the high-level radio features, i.e., the component correlation within a sample and the relation of multiple local samples in time. For performance evaluation, we create a synthetic dataset of OFDM signals under the channel impairment of multipath Rician fading channel and additive Gaussian noise. In the experiments, the proposed network achieves superior performance in terms of classification accuracy against several other DL models while maintaining low computational cost.

This paper proposes a novel fault-tolerant synchronous sliding mode control for a 4-DOF parallel manipulator against uncertainties such as modelling error and actuator faults. The proposed control is developed with the consensus approach, sliding mode control, and extended state observer to manage the tracking objective and guarantee the synchronous requirements. The consensus approach combines the tracking and synchronous errors, which helps to integrate both the tracking and synchronous requirements into cross-coupling errors. Firstly, the kinematics and dynamics of the parallel manipulator are described according to the geometric and Euler Lagrange approaches with the challenges. Secondly, the Lyapunov approach is implemented to verify the stability and robustness of the proposed control in theory. Then, some simulations are conducted in MATLAB Simulink with the robotic dynamics generated by converting the design model in SOLIDWORKs into SIMSCAPE. The comparisons between the proposed control and other controllers are made by creating simulations to evaluate the advantages of the proposed approach.

The purpose of the research is to identify antecedents of mobile wallet continuance intention in Vietnam. A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to collect data from a total of 276 respondents. Partial least squares structural equation modeling was employed for analyzing the data. Five mobile wallet features - mobile application quality, mobile wallet familiarity, situational normality, payment security, and feedback mechanism - are introduced as fundamental elements, which influence customer' continuance intention to use mobile wallet in Vietnam. The results indicate that mobile quality application and familiarity can significantly influence perceived ease-of-use (PEOU) and perceived usefulness (PU), but situational normality has an impact only on PEOU. PEOU and PU are positively related to satisfaction. On the other hand, payment security and feedback mechanism affect positively customer' trust. As a result, the positive effects that satisfaction and trust have on electronic wallet continuance intention are confirmed. The findings can be used to advise mobile wallet providers to improve their platform design and services to retain users. As a theoretical contribution, this study combines the Technology Acceptance Model, Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology to investigate the key determinants on continuance intention in the context of electronic wallet in Vietnam.
