분산 데이터베이스 환경에서의 빠른 트랜잭션 처리를 위한 분산 확장형 이타적 잠금 기법을 이용한 스케쥴러의 설계

분산 데이터베이스에서 장기 트랜잭션 발생시 과도한 장기간 데이터 점유로 인한 트랜잭션 처리 성능의 저하를 초래하게 된다. 따라서 단기 트랜잭션은 장기 트랜잭션으로 인한 지연이 없이 데이터베이스를 빨리 접근하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 분산데이터베이스 환경에서 동시성 제어를 위한 향상된 트랜잭션 스케쥴링 프로토콜을 제안한다. 좀 더 확장된 직렬성(Selializability) 표기를 가진 이타적 잠금기법(Altruistic Locking)을 사용하여 분산 데이터베이스 시스템에서 적용하였다. 이타적 잠금기법은 기부를 통하여 트랜잭션이 더 이상 그 객체를 요구하지 않을 때 다른 트랜잭션들이 객체를 로크할 수 있도록 미리 객체에 대한 로크를 해제함으로써 트랜잭션들의 대기시간을 줄이기 위해서 제안된 것이다. 확장형 이타적 잠금기법은 처음에 기부되지 않는 객체까지도 처리하는 좀 더 완화된 기법이다. 본 논문에서 제안한 새로운 트랜잭션 스케쥴링 기법은 확장형 잠금 기법을 기초로 분산 데이터베이스 내에서 트랜잭션 처리 전에 분산 데이터베이스 시스템의 외부에 별도의 트랜잭션 스케쥴러(External Scheduler for Distributed Database System(EsDDS))를 두어 단기 트랜잭션과 장기 트랜잭션을 구분하여 각각의 특성에 맞게 다른 데이터베이스 접속을 허가하게 되어 직렬성과 동시성 제어를 동시에 만족한다. 그리고 분산 데이터 시스템 장기 트랙잭션에 인해 유발 가능한 단기 트랜젝션의 장기적 대기현상을 최소화하도록 줄임으로써 동시성 제어의 정도를 높일 수 있는 새로운 확장형 이타적 잠금기법을 이용한 외부 스케쥴링 기법을 연구한다. We propose an advanced transaction scheduling protocol for concurrency control of Distributed databases in Distributed. Performance declension has arise to long-time possession of Long-lived Transaction. So short-lived transaction must quickly access database without any delay by long-lived one. We adapted Altruistic protocol, namely more extended syntax-oriented serializability notions, to Distributed Databases in Distributed Network Environment. Altruistic locking, as an advanced protocol, has attempted to reduce delay effect associated with lock release moment by use of the idea of donation. An improved form of altruism has also been deployed for extended altruistic locking. This is in a way that scope of data to be early released is enlarged to include even data initially not intended to be donated. Our protocol is based on extended altruistic locking, but a new Scheduling method, namely External Scheduler for Distributed Database System(EsDDS), is additionally used in order to satisfy serializability requirements and concurrency. With we research external scheduling method of extention with regard to XAL in a way that short-lived transaction are not also vulnerable to tolerate long-duration waiting
폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET)의 內部摩擦損 및 誘電損의 溫度特性에 關한 相關性 硏究

This paper investigated comparatively the temperature dependence of dielectric α relaxation process and dynamic mechanical α relaxation process. Dynamic mechanical and dielectric loss data on a given polythylene terephthalate (PET) are generally viewed as being directly comparable. This is based on the notion that, if each exhibits a loss peak at about the same temperature and frequency, they must be manifestations of the same process. This supposes that the process couples in the exact same manner with both mechanical and electrical stress fields. That this need be so may be seen from the fact that not only non polar process give rise to dynamic mechanical losses, but also dipolar losses. The results obtained are as follows. 1) Dielectric α peak and dynamic mechanical α peck in PET are observed at almost same temperature correspondently. 2) The elongated sample exhibits the higher α peck at the almost same maximum temperature. 3) The magnitude, location and breadth of the α relaxation in PET are strong function of the degree of crystallinity and also the manner in which a particular degree of crystallinity is attained. And the degree of crystallinity is changed with external conditions, that is, density, annealing. quenching, drawing, orientations and irradiation etc. 4) In the results of observation the absorption peak at 1,788 ?? on infrared spectra, the more bigger concentration of carbonyl dipole group was observed on the elongated sample.

대마의 저 마약형 신품종을 육성하고자 대마초의 환각성분에 대한 국내의 문헌을 수집하여 고찰하여 저마약형 대마 신품종 "청삼(Cheungsam)"을 육성하였던 바 이것들을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 가. 목포시험장에서 1997년 네덜란드 CPRO에서 도입한 44품종의 저 마약형 유전자원중 IH3이 THC 함량이 낮고 개화일수도 한국재래종과 비슷하여 경장과 섬유수량도 다른 도입품종들에 비해 크고 많아 육종재료로 유망시 되었다. 나. 저 마약형인 IH3를 모본으로 하고 한국 재래종을 부본으로 교배한 1대잡종 품종을 육성하여 무안 등 4개 지역에서 지역적응시험을 실시한 결과 특성이 우수하고 저 마약형으로 분류되어 이를 "청삼"으로 명명하여 신품종으로 등록하였다. 다. "첨상" 품종은 섬유수량은 190kg/10a로 재래종의 177kg/10a에 비하여 7% 중수되었고, 환각성분인 THC(Δ-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol)함량이 0.34%로 재래종의 1.74%보다 적고 환각억제성분인 CBD(Cannabidiol)함량은 1.34%로 재래종의 0.57%보다 많아 저 마약형으로 분류할 수 있다. 라. "청삼" 종자를 IH3의 자웅이주종자를 이용하여 채종하면 종실수량이 103kg/10a이지만 자성종자 채종기술을 이용하여 채종하면 146kg/10a로 채종량이 42% 증가하였다. In order to develop a new variety of fiber hemp(Cannabis sativa L.) with non-drug type, the authors reviewed several literatures about marihuana or hemp, and bred a new variety with non-drug type. This variety was named as "Cheungsam" and resitered as a recommening variety in Korea. This paper introduce the breeding history and characteristics of the fiber hemp variety "Cheungsam" with non-drug type. Among the 44 introduced germplasms from CPRO, Netherland, only IH3 was suitable variety because of it's good traits including low THC content, similar flowering days to Korean local variety and good fiber yield. IH3 and Korean local variety were crossed to develop a new non-drug type hemp, and we developed a new variety named "Cheungsam". This variety have good plant characteristics and fiber yield with low THC content. The average fiber yield of "Cheungsam" was 190kg/10a in regional fiber yield trials, which was 7% higher than that of "Korean local variety". "Korean local variety" contains 1.74% of THC which is the psychoactive ingredient and 0.57% of CBD the anti-psychoactive ingredient, thus that cultivar was sorted to drug type hemp. But "Cheungsam" contains 0.34% of THC and 1.34% of CBD so that sorted as a non-drug type hemp. If farmers want to harvest more seed of "Cheungsam", using female seed of IH3 is better than that of the dioecious seed because of the high seed yield.
秋播型 primary 8倍體 triticale의 後期世代에 있어서 染色體 變異

This experiment was carrid out to study the relationship between the seed size and chromosome number in winter primary octoploid triticale. Total of 147 plants of advanced winter primary octoploid triticale have various chromosome numbers from 2n=40 to 57. The frequency of euploid was 38.1%, whereas the frequency of various aneuploids was much higher ; 2n=55 (22.4%), 2n=54 (13.6%), 2n=53 (10.9%) and 2n=52 (9.6%) including 2 hyperaneuploids (2n=57 ; 1.3%). Of 91 aneuploid plants, 89 plants were the hypoaneuploids, and it was 98.7% of a total aneuploids. Most of hypoaneuploids had 2n=52 to 55 chromosomes and it covered 82.0% of a total hypoaneuploid plants. The relationship between seed size and chromosome numbers were indicated that the long size of seeds generally had more chromosome numbers than that of the short size, while the intermediate showed a wide range from 45 to 56.

GIST is a rare neoplasm, the majority of GISTs are located in the stomach and small intestine. Most GISTs are diagnosed histopathologically after resection because of submucosal location. A 37-year-old female patient presented with a 2-weeks history of generalized weakness, nausea accompanied by intermittent passage of black, tarry stools. Esophagogastroduodenoscopy and ERCP showed a large round mass measuring 5 cm in diameter in the ampulla of Vater with ulcer crack. Endoscopic multiple biopsies from the mass including ulcer base were taken. Light microscopic findings showed spindle-shaped and epitheloid tumor cells having high cellularity and frequent mitotic figures. On immunohistochemical stainings, the tumor cells were positive for CD34 and smooth muscle actin. Based on these preoperative findings, a diagnosis of malignant GIST of the ampulla of Vater was made probably. After operation, immunohistochemical studies revealed positive reaction for c-kit and vimentin, as well as focally reactive for CD34 and smooth muscle actin. We report a case of GIST in the ampulla of Vater presenting with melena that was diagnosed preoperatively and postoperatively. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2004;43:66-70)
