O2O 플랫폼의 환경에서의 온라인상에서의 우산 효과(Umbrella effect)

정보통신기술의 발전으로 온라인과 오프라인이 결합하여 하나의 판매 플랫폼을 형성하는 O2O(Online to Offline)비즈니스가 출현하게 되었다. 이에, 본 연구는 O2O 플랫폼의 이미지, 가치, 신뢰성 등이 협력하는 쇼핑몰에게도 전가되는 현상인 ‘우산 효과’에 대해서 연구하고자 하였으며, 대표적인 O2O 플랫폼인 네이버 온라인 쇼핑을 한 소비자를 대상으로 연구 모델을 검증하고자 하였다. 네이버 온라인 쇼핑을 이용한 230명의 소비자들을 대상으로 구조방정식 모델을 검증한 결과, 브랜드 효과와 기대된 기술적 지원으로 대표되는 우산 효과는 지각된 가치와 사용의도 간의 관계에 매개효과가 있음을 밝혀내었다. 또한, 지각된 가치에 미치는 선행요소로는 인지된 유용성, 인지된 용이성, 신뢰임을 확인하였으며, 사용 의도가 충성도에 미치는 영향도 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 O2O 비즈니스에 관한 실무적, 학문적 시사점을 도출하였다. The advancement of information and communication technology led to the emergence of O2O (Online to Offline) businesses which combine the online and offline to form a sales platform. This study aims to investigate how the umbrella effect, which occurs when a popular brand is linked with a new brand to transfer its image, value, and trustworthiness to the new brand, takes place on O2O platforms. Based on 230 consumers who use Naver shopping window, a representative O2O platform in Korea, as an empirical study, we verify the structural equation model on the umbrella effect represented by the brand effect and the technical support. As a result, our study confirmed the mediating effects on the relationship between perceived value and intention to use. We also found that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and trust are antecedent variables of perceived value, and that the intention to use significantly affects loyalty. Based on our findings, we discuss their practical and academic implications on O2O businesses.

Encephalopathy caused by maternal deficiency of vitamin A in a calf

Blindness was observed in five calves born from cattle fed only a commercial feed of growing stage and dried rice straws for about two years in a farm in Gyeongsangbuk-do province. Three of them died within a month after birth, and a body and sera of his mother and other 19 cattle were submitted for diagnosis. At necropsy, the calf was very weak and filled with cerebrospinal fluid in the cerebrum. Any histopathological lesion including atrophy of death of optic nerve cells was not observed, but the irregular proliferation such as lace pattern of choroidal cells and lymphocytic infiltration just below choroid was observed. No pathogen was detected as a result of the etiological tests on the internal organs of calves and bloods. In addition, the levels of serum vitamin A in different affected and his mother cattle were all lower than normal. Finally, we determined this case as an encephalopathy caused by maternal vitamin A deficiency in a calf. This report is an extreme example of how important it is to supply adequate s diets and a good quality of hay for each stage of growth in cattle.

Reliability and Validity of the Korean Version of Gerry’s Assertiveness Scale for Nurses

Aim: Assertiveness, the ability to express one’s rights, thoughts, and feelings while respecting the rights of others, is an essential skill for a nurse to maintain professional boundaries and provide appropriate nursing care in healthcare settings. This study evaluated the validity and reliability of the Korean version of Gerry’s Assertiveness Scale (K-GAS) for nurses. Methods: The K-GAS was developed using a committee translation method: 1) translation by two bilingual translators, 2) back-translation by two bilingual translators, and 3) review of the accuracy and consistency of the K-GAS in the Korean cultural context by six nursing experts and two linguists. Data were collected from 252 nurses from secondary and tertiary hospitals in South Korea. Descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and Cronbach’s alpha were used to evaluate the psychometric properties of the K-GAS. Criterion validity was evaluated using Rathus’ Assertiveness Schedule. Correlations with nurses’ general characteristics and empathy competency were also examined. Results: In the item analyses, all items were retained in the final scale. For the total of 30 items, item-total correlation ranged from 0.257-0.626. Skewness (0.000-0.726) and kurtosis (0.009-0.756) for each item were acceptable and met the assumption of normal distribution. Internal consistency of the K-GAS was reliable and Cronbach’s alpha was .847. Criterion validity was identified with a high correlation with Rathus’ Assertiveness Schedule (r=.743, p<0.01). The level of assertiveness was positively associated with age (r=.167, p<0.01), professional experiences (r=.185, p<0.01), and education level (r=.128, p<0.05). Meanwhile, it was negatively associated with previous communication education (r= -.163, p<0.05) and empathy competence (r = -199, p<0.01). Conclusion: The Korean version of Gerry’s Assertiveness Scale is a valid and reliable tool for measuring the assertiveness of nurses working in hospitals. The scale could be widely used to assess assertiveness among nurses.

GSLV-I을 위한 비행 소프트웨어 및 통신 시스템 구축

이 연구에서는 GSLV-I을 위한 통신 시스템 및 비행 소프트웨어의 구축 및 성능 향상을 목표로 하고 있다. 우선 FSW에서는 10-DOF IMU 센서를 활용해 필요한 알고리즘을 구성하였다. 그리고 전력과 무게가 제한되어 있는 아마추어 로켓 특성상 Zigbee module을 활용하여 저전력 메시 네트워크를 구축하고, Raspberry Pi를 이용하여 통신을 하도록 자체적인 in-house 통신 체계를 구성하였다. 또한, Zigbee 네트워크의 구성과 통신 과정에서 생길 수 있는 자원 관리 문제를 해결하기 위해 멀티스레딩을 통한 효과적인 자원 관리에 대한 추가적인 연구도 진행하였다. 해당 연구를 통해 향후 개발될 GSLV-II 로켓에 더 나은 무선 통신 시스템과 FSW를 제공할 수 있는 중요한 초석을 마련한 것이라고 생각한다. This study aims to establish and enhance the communication system and flight software for GSLV-I. Initially, in the Flight Software (FSW), algorithms were developed using a 10-DOF IMU sensor. Due to the constraints of power and weight inherent in amateur rockets, a low-power mesh network was implemented using Zigbee modules, and an in-house communication system was established with Raspberry Pi. Additionally, to address potential resource management issues in the configuration and communication processes of the Zigbee network, further research was conducted on effective resource management through multithreading. This research is considered a crucial foundation for providing a better wireless communication system and Flight Software (FSW) for future GSLV-II rocket.

COVID-19 안전안내 문자 픽토그램 디자인 및 Rule Based 키워드 추출 알고리즘 개발

코로나 19 의 확산으로 인해 국내 재난문자 수신 빈도가 증가하였지만, 한글 텍스트를 기반으로 서비스가 이루어지고 있어 해당 서비스의 보편성이 제한되어 있다. 긴급재난 문자/안전안내 문자의 가독성을 높이고, 동시에 한글 텍스트의 수신 및 이해가 어려운 이들이 해당 텍스트의 정보를 전달받을 수 있도록 특수 픽토그램을 개발, 재난문자의 보편성을 제고하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 코로나 19 이후 발송된 안전안내 문자 텍스트 4,568 건을 수집하여 텍스트를 분류, 키워드 요약을 수행하고 이 과정을 자동화하는 Rule-Based 알고리즘을 개발하여 Human-study 를 통해 Open 언어처리 API 와의 성능 비교 평가를 수행하였다. 최종적으로, 추출한 키워드를 바탕으로 기본 심볼을 설계하여 키워드-심볼 매핑을 수행한 후 픽토그램으로 조합함으로써 확장성 높고 효율적인 픽토그램 디자인 방안을 제시한다.
