Zinc acetate를 precursor로 사용한 ZnO막의 제조 및 습도감지 특성

Anhydrous zinc acetate [Zn(CH_(3)COOH)_(3)] has been used as a novel precursor for the growth of ZnO in a conventional thermal evaporator. Zinc acetate was directly heated in the laboratory made brass boat. Zinc acetate was sublimed at the boat temperature of about 220℃. Oxygen has been flowed into the deposition chamber to change the partial pressure of oxygen. X-ray diffraction patterns showed all the films to be amorphous. The films deposited at high oxygen pressure exhibit higher resistivity than films at low pressure. Energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) and rutherford backscattering spectrometry(RBS) were conducted on the films to reveal the composition of the ZnO films. The ZnO films deposited at the high oxygen pressure were extremly sensitive to the humidity of higher than 70%.

A prominent mandibular angle produces a characteristic quadrangular, coares and muscular appearance. Reduction of a prominent mandibular angle and partial resection of hypertrophic masseter muscle were frequently performed for cosmetic reasons. We discussed the complications and their causes and methods of prevention through the experiences of 87 patients of mandibular angle reduction from March, 1984 to September, 1989. The complications were divided into aestheic(asymmerty 3, undercorrection 1, secondary angle formation 2) and surgical(infection 2, subcondylar fracture 2, transient facial palsy 1, massive hemorrhage 2, trismus 10)
Structural and spectroscopic studies of alkali-metal exchanged stilbites

<P>The structural, infrared (IR) and Raman spectroscopic properties of alkali-metal exchanged (Na+, K+, Rb+, Cs+) zeolites with the stilbite (STI) framework have been studied by Rietveld analysis of high-resolution synchrotron X-ray powder diffraction data, micro-Raman and synchrotron IR spectroscopy at ambient conditions. Ordered arrangements of the extra-framework cations (EFCs) and H2O molecules were found at the intersection of the 10- and 8-ring channels as well as framework distortions and deformations of the channel system caused by the EFCs distributions. The T(5)-T(5) distances along the chains of the structural building units range from 8.921(1) to 8.979(5) angstrom and scale with the size of EFCs in Na-, K-, Rb-, Cs-STI. Furthermore, our spectroscopic studies show a systematic increase of characteristic band frequencies for the 4- and 5-ring breathing vibration modes in the far-IR spectral region with the size of the EFCs. The frequencies of the ring vibrational bands in the IR and Raman spectra are very sensitive to the presence of specific EFCS, and framework distortion. (C) 2016 Elsevier Inc. This study aimed to investigate the effect of the ratio of non-fibrous carbohydrates to neutral detergent fibre (NFC/NDF) and undegraded dietary protein (UDP) on rumen fermentation and nitrogen metabolism in lambs. Four $Dorper{\times}thin-tailed$ Han crossbred lambs, averaging $62.3{\pm}1.9kg$ of body weight and 10 mo of age, were randomly assigned to four dietary treatments of combinations of two levels of NFC/NDF (1.0 and 1.7) and two levels of UDP (35% and 50% of crude protein [CP]). Duodenal nutrient flows were measured with dual markers of Yb and Co, and microbial N (MN) synthesis was estimated using $^{15}N$. High UDP decreased organic matter (OM) intake (p = 0.002) and CP intake (p = 0.005). Ruminal pH (p<0.001), ammonia nitrogen ($NH_3-N$; p = 0.008), and total volatile fatty acids (p<0.001) were affected by dietary NFC/NDF. The ruminal concentration of $NH_3-N$ was also affected by UDP (p<0.001). The duodenal flow of total MN (p = 0.007) was greater for lambs fed the high NFC/NDF diet. The amount of metabolisable N increased with increasing dietary NFC:NDF (p = 0.02) or UDP (p = 0.04). In conclusion, the diets with high NFC/NDF (1.7) and UDP (50% of CP) improved metabolisable N supply to lambs.

<P></P> <P>The CCQM-K97 key comparison was organized by the inorganic analysis working group (IAWG) of CCQM as a follow-up to completed pilot study CCQM-P96 and P96.1 to test the abilities of the national metrology institutes to accurately quantitate the mass fraction of arsenobetaine (AsB) in standard solution and in fish tissue. A pilot study CCQM-P133 was parallelized with this key comparison. National Institute of Metrology (NIM), China and National Metrology Institute of Japan (NMIJ) acted as the coordinating laboratories.</P> <P>Six NMIs participated in CCQM-K97 and two institutes participated in CCQM-P133, and all of them submitted the results. Some NMIs submitted more than one results by different methods. The results were in excellent agreement with each other, and obviously better than those of previous P96 and P96.1. Therefore the calibrant which each NMI used was comparable. Effects of Reflectors and Receivers on the Thermal Performance of Dish-Type Solar Power Systems

The thermal performance comparisons of the dish solar collector system are numerically investigated with mirror arrays and receiver shapes. In order to compare the performances of the dish solar collector systems, six different mirror arrays and four different receiver shapes are considered and the radiative heat flux distribution on the inside of the receiver is analyzed. A parabolic-shaped perfect mirror of which diameter is 1.5 m is considered as a reference of the mirror arrays. Five different mirror arrays of twelve identical parabolic -shaped mirror facets of which diameter are 0.4 m are proposed in this study. Their reflecting areas, which are 1.5 m², are the same. Four different receiver shapes are a dome, a conical, a cylindrical and a unicorn type. The solar irradiation reflected by mirrors is traced using the Monte-Carlo method. In addition, the radiative properties of the mirror surface can vary the thermal performance of the dish solar collector system so that the effects of the surface reflectivity and the surface absorptivity are considered. Based on the calculation, the design information of dish solar collector system for producing the electric power can be obtained. The results show that the dome type has the best performance in receiver shapes and the 2AND4INLINE has the best performance in mirror arrays except the perfect mirror.
