Examining the Influence of Leisure Involvement and Experience Quality on Behavioral Intentions

이 논문은 중국 정주의 도시 공원을 중심으로 여가 관여도, 체험의 질 그리고 행동의도간의 관계를 연구하였다. 총 335개의 설문지를 8개의 정주의 도시공원에서 수집하였다. 조사에 참가한 335명의 주민을 대상으로 설문지를 수집하였고, 데이터 처리과정에서 부분 응답과 일관성 없는 (불일치) 39개의 설문지를 제거하여 분석목적으로 296개의 설문지를 코드화하였다. 연구 분석을 위해서 SPSS 24.0을 이용하였으며 기술분석, 빈도분석, 요인분석, 다중회귀 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과 주민들의 도시공원에서의 체험의 질은 여가 관여도의 자기 체험의 질보다 여가 관여도의 매력요인(유인요소)과 중심성 요인에 더 많은 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 체험의 질을 구성하는 모든 요인들이 도시공원에서 행동의도에 긍정적 영향을 유의미하게 미치는 것은 아니라는 점을 이 연구의 결과는 보여주고 있다. 교육의 질 요인, 심미요인, 회피체험 요인이 행동의도를 예측하는데 중요하다는 점이 연구결과 도출되었다. 반면, 오락 체험의 질은 행동의도와 유의미한 긍정적(+)인 관계를 나타내지 않았다. 도출된 연구결과를 바탕으로 몇 가지 중요한 연구시사점이 제안되었다. This study focused on relationships among leisure involvement, experience quality and behavioral intention in the urban parks. A total of 335 were collected, and during the data refinement process, 39 questionnaires were eliminated from the study due to partial and inconsistent responses. thus leading to 296 usable questionnaires out of 335. In the final result, 296 questionnaires were coded for the analysis purpose. The hypothesized conceptual model was used to analyze the Descriptive Analysis and Frequency Analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS 24.0. The result indicated this: residents’ experience quality in urban parks depends on more attraction and centrality of leisure involvement than on the self-experience quality of leisure involvement. The results of this study also indicate that not all experience dimensions are important for resulting in positive behavioral intentions to urban parks. The quality of education, esthetic, and escape experience showed a significant predictor of behavioral intentions, while the quality of entertainment experience did not show a significant positive relationship with behavioral intentions.

<P><B>Background</B></P> <P>Little is known regarding oncoproteins other than platelet-derived growth factor subunit B in dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP). Moreover, the risk factors for worse prognosis are controversial.</P> <P><B>Objective</B></P> <P>We sought to determine the clinicopathologic features and key factors for adverse outcome in DFSP, including the implication of expression of protein kinase B (Akt)/mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR), signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3), extracellular signal regulated kinase (ERK), cyclin D1, and programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1).</P> <P><B>Methods</B></P> <P>Clinicopathologic and immunohistochemical analyses were performed for 44 DFSPs having wide local excision and 92 dermatofibromas as controls.</P> <P><B>Results</B></P> <P>Compared with the 35 nonrecurrent DFSPs, the 9 recurrent DFSPs exhibited larger tumor size, deeper invasion beyond the subcutis, and more diverse histologic subtype. The fibrosarcomatous subtype revealed frequent mitotic figures and a high cyclin D1–positive index. The 2 metastatic DFSPs (1 each of the fibrosarcomatous and myxoid subtypes) demonstrated 4 and 11 instances of local recurrence, respectively, as well as larger tumor size, deeper invasion beyond the subcutis, and high expression of cyclin D1. Expression of Akt/mTOR, STAT3, ERK, and PD-L1 ranged from none or low in the primary skin lesions to high in the corresponding metastatic sites. Akt/mTOR and ERK were expressed more frequently in DFSP than in dermatofibroma.</P> <P><B>Limitations</B></P> <P>Lack of information on patients before hospital evaluation.</P> <P><B>Conclusion</B></P> <P>Complex factors beyond fibrosarcomatous subtype may portend local recurrence or metastasis. Akt/mTOR, STAT3, ERK, and PD-L1 may be associated with development and/or progression of DFSP.</P>

Background: A variety of hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers demonstrate unique physical characteristics, which affect the quality of the HA filler products. The critical factors that affect the degradation of HA gels have not yet been determined. Objective: Our objective was to determine the characteristics of HA gels that affect their resistance to the degradation caused by radicals and enzymes. Methods: Three types of HA fillers for repairing deep wrinkles, Juvederm Ultra Plus (J-U), Restylane Perlane (Perlane), and Cleviel, were tested in this study. The resistance of these HA fillers to enzymatic degradation was measured by carbazole and displacement assays using hyaluronidase as the enzyme. The resistance of these fillers to radical degradation was measured by the displacement assay using H2O2. Results: Different tests for evaluating the degradation resistance of HA gels can yield different results. The filler most susceptible to enzymatic degradation was J-U, followed by Perlane and Cleviel. The HA filler showing the highest degree of degradation caused by H2O2 treatment was Perlane, followed by J-U, and then Cleviel. Cleviel showed higher enzymatic and radical resistances than J-U and Perlane did. Furthermore, it exhibited the highest resistance to heat and the lowest swelling ratio among all the fillers that were examined. Conclusion: The main factor determining the degradation of HA particles is the gel swelling ratio, which is related to the particle structure of the gel. Our in vitro assays suggest that the decrease in the swelling ratio will lead to a retarding effect on the degradation of HA fillers. (Ann Dermatol 26(3) 357∼362, 2014)

In this study, the Watch Dog monitoring system was designed by installing ROS Melodic based on Ubuntu 18.04. Watch Dog is a system that detects programatic errors in autonomous driving controllers and manages sensors such as LiDAR, Camera, GPS, and Imu in real time. First, Watch Dog checks the sensor for power and lan connections by default. It also analyzes the reliability of the data obtained from NDT and GPS and the speed difference between GPS and encoder to determine whether localization and mapping are going well. Visual monitoring is performed to recognize the part of the problem in the event of an error, and the control command is passed on to the control PC after determining whether it is possible to drive.
