We know paranasal sinusitis is one of the most common disease in the field of otolaryngology. Especially in the case of chronic paranasal sinusitis, patient is sufferred from recurrence. So we prescribed Bojungikgitang(補中益氣湯) to the patients who were suffered from chronic paranasal sinusitis, and we witness some noticeable improvement. Here are the findings of my experience 1. The addition and subtraction temperament drugs of Bojungikgitang(補中益氣湯加減方) are effective to the patient of chronic and feeble paranasal sinusitis by the effect of removing wind(祛風), unnecessary metabolite(祛痰), and draining pus(排膿) and strengthening digestive organs(健碑) and enriching the lung yin(益肺陰) and alleviation of pain(止痛). 2. In the symptom of chronic paranasal siunutitis, nasal obstruction, postnasal drip, sputum, headache were quick to disappear, and dysosmia, internasal polyp, etc got better slower. 3. The most quick improvement appeared within two weeks and most symptoms improved within one month, and disappeared within two months.

The environmental damage caused by river-improvement and slope of incision cliff can dest habitations of animate nature and it takes long time for restoration. River system constructed with stability of flood control, fine biotope, harmony with surroundings should be need to protect and restore nature. Therefore, in this study, conduct comparative experiment in various methods which are stable hydraulically and develop vegetation on revetment of bank, stream bed protection and disaster prevention aspect.

連翹敗毒散加味方이 炎症狀態의 面胞에 미치는 影響

In the age of puberty or 20-30th young people who are sensitive to outward appearance, acne is serious problem at beauty and has social and psychological influence on that people. So this experiment is carried out for test whether the addition temperament drugs of Yungyopaedock-san(YP) have an anti-inflammatory effect and have suppression effect on immunocyte in the state of inflammation which induced by acne. The results was as follows. 1. YP has suppress inflammatory reaction induced by carageenan. 2. YP has suppress increasing activation of abdominal cavity macrophage in the carageen and zymosan induced inflammation. 3. YP has suppress increasing activation of spleen cell in the carageenan and zymosan induced inflammation. Based on the above result, YP was improved its suppression effect to the inflammatory reaction through the suppression of spleen cell and macrophage activation. So we concluded that YP is prospected as a anti-inflammatory agent to cure inflammation induced by ance.

모바일 인터넷에 대한 소비자 선호도의 탐구와 진화방향에 대한 탐색적 연구

The objective of this paper is to clarify current consumer preferences for mobile Internet and to predict the evolution of mobile Internet. This research contributes to planning mobile Internet service and developing a mobile device for mobile Internet service. To respond and link methods to practical research purposes, these studies have adopted a longitudinal mixed method. A focus group interview using NVivo 9 explores consumers’ perceptions, comparisons to stationary Internet, and dimensions of the quality of mobile Internet service. A diary study explores different usage patterns of mobile Internet compared to stationary Internet. An online survey in 2007 verified individual consumers’ preferences for each category. An online survey conducted in 2010 detected changes in consumer preferences and investigated the relationship between networks and mobile devices.

ADHD 아동 어머니의 양육스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향 - 양육태도의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 ADHD 아동 어머니 127명의 양육스트레스, 우울, 양육태도의 관계에서의 영향력을 살펴보기 위해 실시되었다. 또한 ADHD 아동 어머니의의 양육스트레스와 우울의 관계에서 양육태도의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, ADHD 아동 어머니의 양육스트레스는 우울과 정적인 높은 상관관계가 나타났다. 그리고 양육스트레스와 양육태도, 우울과 양육태도는 부적인 상관관계를 나타내었다. ADHD 아동 어머니의 양육스트레스가 높을수록 우울은 높아지며, 양육태도가 높을수록 우울은 낮아지는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, ADHD 아동 어머니의 양육스트레스가 단독으로 우울에 미치는 영향보다, 양육스트레스와 양육태도가 함께 영향을 미칠 때 양육태도가 매개변인으로 작용하여 우울을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, ADHD 아동 어머니의 양육스트레스와 우울의 관계에서 양육태도는 매개효과를 나타내었다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating effect of child-bearing attitude on the relationship between parenting stress and depression of the mothers with ADHD child. The studying of previous research and theories found that variables in depression, parenting stress, child-bearing attitude and their relations were set for the study target. The subjects for the study were 127 mothers with ADHD child. And they were given a questionnaire which was later collected for analysis. In order to verify the mediating effect, the stepwise multiple regression analysis was conducted and a sobel test was performed. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a negative corelationship between parenting stress and child-bearing attitude. And also there was a negative corelationships between depression and child-bearing attitude. But there was a positive corelationship between parenting stress and depression. Second, parenting stress of mothers with ADHD child had a direct impact on the depression. Third, parenting stress of mothers with ADHD child had a direct impact on the child-bearing attitude. Fourth, the child-bearing attitude of mothers with ADHD child directly affected the depression. Fifth, child-bearing attitude partially mediated the parenting stress and depression of mothers with ADHD child.

대학생의 EBD 중재프로그램 개발을 위한 기초연구: RC대학생의 생활 스트레스와 스마트폰 중독의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과

본 연구는 EBD 대학생 209명의 생활스트레스, 스마트폰 중독, 사회적 지지의 상호관계에서의 영향력을 알아보고자 실시되었다. 또한 EBD 대학생의 생활스트레스와 스마트폰 중독의 관계에서 사회적지지의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, EBD 대학생의 생활스트레스는 스마트폰 중독과 정적인 높은 상관관계가 나타났다. 그리고 생활스트레스와 사회적지지, 스마트폰 중독과 사회적지지는 부적인 상관관계를 나타내었다. EBD 대학생의 생활스트레스가 높을수록 스마트폰 중독은 높아지며, 사회적지지가 높을수록 스마트폰 중독은 낮아지는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, EBD 대학생의 생활스트레스가 단독으로 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향보다, 생활스트레스와 사회적지지가 함께 영향을 미칠 때 사회적지지가 매개변인으로 작용하여 스마트폰 중독을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, EBD 대학생의 생활스트레스와 스마트폰 중독의 관계에서 사회적지지는 매개효과를 나타내었다. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of social support on the relationship between life stress and smartphone addiction in EBD students living in dormitories. The subjects of this study were 209 college students living in residentional college in ‘A’ university located in ‘B’ City. Life stress, social support, and smartphone addiction scale were used as research tools to investigate psychological changes of participating college students. Based on the relevant theories and previous studies, we examined the mediating effect by setting life stress as an independent variable, social support as a mediator, and smartphone addiction as a dependent variable. Data analysis was conducted through correlation analysis, soble test, and structural equation modeling approach. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a statistically significant correlation between life stress, smartphone addiction, and social support in college students living in residentional college. Second, social support partially mediated the life stress and smartphone addiction of residentional college students. The mediating effect of the identified social support was suggested by suggesting the necessity of constructing a system in the university which can provide the social support for the depressive related to the life stress and to keep it stable.

ADHD 아동을 담당하는 통합학급 초등일반교사의 완벽주의와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과

본 연구는 ADHD 아동을 담당하는 통합학급 초등일반교사 211명의 완벽주의, 심리적 소진, 회복탄력성의 관계에서의 영향력을 살펴보기 위해 실시되었다. 또한 교사의 완벽주의와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, ADHD 아동을 담당하는 통합학급 초등일반교사의 완벽주의는 심리적 소진과 정적인 높은 상관관계가 나타났다. 그리고 완벽주의와 회복탄력성, 심리적 소진과 회복탄력성은 부적인 상관관계를 나타내었다. ADHD 아동을 담당하는 통합학급 초등일반교사의 완벽주의가 높을수록 심리적 소진은 높아지며, 회복탄력성이 높을수록 심리적 소진은 낮아지는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, ADHD 아동을 담당하는 통합학급 초등일반교사 완벽주의가 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향보다 ADHD 아동을 담당하는 통합학급 초등일반교사의 완벽주의와 회복탄력성이 함께 영향을 미칠 때 심리적 소진을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, ADHD 아동을 담당하는 통합학급 초등일반교사의 완벽주의와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 회복탄력성은 매개효과를 나타내었다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Mediation Effect of resilience on the relationship between perfectionism and burnout of elementary school teachers, teaching ADHD students. The studying of previous research and theories found that variables in teacher burnout-adverse perfectionism, resilience and their relations were set for the study target. The subjects for the study were 211 teachers, teaching ADHD students in elementary school. And they were given a questionnaire which was later collected for analysis. In order to verify the Mediation Effect, the stepwise multiple regression analysis was conducted and a sobel test was performed. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a negative corelationship between perfectionism and resilience. And also there was a negative corelationships between burnout and resilience. But there was a positive corelationship between perfectionism and burnout. Secondly, perfectionism of elementary school teachers had a direct impact on the burnout. Third, perfectionism of elementary school teachers had a direct impact on the resilience. Fourth, the resilience of elementary school teachers directly affected the burnout. Fifth, resilience partially mediated the perfectionism and burnout of elementary school teachers.
