대청호에서 세균군집의 생태학적 역할을 조사하기 위하여 대청호 본 댐과 대전 취수탑의 중간 지점인 대청호의 만입부 지점에서 1998 9월~1999년 8월까지 DAPI 염색법으로 수심에 따른 총 세균수를 조사하였다. 조사지점의 수표면, 수심 5m, 10m, 15m, 및 25m에서 각각 채수하여 총 세균수를 측정하고 이화학적 수질요인과 총 엽록소 α의 농도를 측정하였다. 총 세균수는 표층수에서 1.6~17.0x10^(6) cells/ml, 수심 5m에서는 2.3~11.0x10^(6) cells/ml, 수심 10m에서는 1.2~1.4.0x10^(6) cells/ml, 수심 15m에서는 1.4~15.0x10^(6) cells/ml, 그리고 수심 25m에서는 1.4~13.0 x10^(6) cells/ml이었으며, 본 조사에서는 4월경부터 수온 증가에 따라 표층수의 총세균수는 증가하기 시작하여 7월경에 최대에 도달하였고, 이때 수심이 깊어질수록 총세균수는 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 각 수심에서 총세균수와 총엽록소 α량 및 이화학적 수질요인과를 관계를 논의하였다. To define the ecological roles of bacterial community in Daechung Reservoir. Vertical variation of total bacterial numbers were estimated at MAN site for one year with DAPI staining.The bacterial numbers were counted, environmental factors were monitored at the surface, -5m, -10m, -15m and -25 m of MAN site and tried to explain the vertical bacterial numbers with environmental factors. The bacterial number was 1.6~17.0 x10^(6) cells/㎖ at the surface, 2.3~11.0 x10^(6) cells/㎖ at 5 m depth, 1.2~14.0 x10^(6) cells/㎖ at 10m depth, 1.4~15.0 x10^(6) cells/㎖ at 15m depth and 1.4~13.0 x10^(6) cells/㎖ at 25m depth. The Mean bacterial number at the surface was more that those at any other depth. The explanation of the vertical total bacterial numbers with environmental factors were suggested.
Application of Optimal Combination Weights in Supplier of Ship Industry

Manufacturers of ship industry always have more than one supplier evaluation index systems, which are still not standard in China. Based on the principle of observation, through the theoretical research and field investigation, we build a supplier evaluation index system made up of 21 tertiary indicators of ship industry. We adopt the optimal combination weight which composes of G1, G2, entropy value weight and deviation to investigate the case study. We find that the lead indicators of ship industry to choose suppliers are technology design, research and development, technical service and support, competitive price and quick response ability.

Based on the perspective of innovation ecosystem, the paper studies the relationships between openness and absorptive capacity of leading firms’, and how they make effects on innovation performance. Based on a survey of 126 high-tech firms’ in China, we found both the openness and absorptive capacity have a positive impact on innovation performance. A finding shows that the scope of openness is wider, the knowledge acquisition capability contributes more to the innovation performance; also, the depth of openness is deeper, the knowledge exploitation capability is more helpful to improve the innovation performance.
The Impact of Enterprise Heterogeneity on the Diffusion of Technological Innovation

In order to explore the impact of enterprise heterogeneity on technology diffusion, this paper puts forward the hypothesis that the impact factors of enterprise heterogeneity on technology diffusion, using structural equation methods to build the structural equation model of the influence factors to technology diffusion. The results show that the enterprise's own nature, the access to the enterprise technological innovation, the enterprise technology exchange activities and the cooperation degree of the enterprises have a significant effect on the diffusion of technological innovation, which proves that the enterprise heterogeneity has a significant effect on the diffusion of technological innovation.

A novel PDMS-PTFE/PVDF hollow fiber composite membrane using PTFE-PDMS as the top active layerand PVDF hollow fiber as the support layer was prepared for the pervaporation of chloroform from water. Sorptionand diffusion behaviors of chloroform and water in PDMS-PTFE membranes, which had different PTFE content, wereinvestigated. The results showed that with increasing PTFE content from 0 wt% to 40 wt%, chloroform/water idealseparation factor first increased and then decreased, and permeabilities of both chloroform and water increased. Forthe 30% PTFE-PDMS membrane, when feed temperature ranged from 40 oC to 60 oC, permeabilities of both chloroformand water increased, but ideal separation factor for chloroform/water first increased and then decreased. Effects of op-erating conditions, such as feed flow rate, active layer thickness, feed concentration and feed temperature, on PV per-formances of the 30% PDMS-PTFE/PVDF hollow fiber membrane for the pervaporation of chloroform-water mixtureswere studied. Examination showed that concentration polarization on the membrane surface occurred when feed flowrate was less than 3,000 mL/min. With the increase in active layer thickness from 13.8 to 78.0 µm, chloroform fluxand water flux dropped from 21 to 13 g·h−1·m−2and from 93 to 22 g·h−1·m−2, respectively, but the separation factorincreased from 1494 to 3949. With an increase of feed concentration from 55 to 850 ppm, chloroform flux increasedlinearly but water flux remained constant, and separation factor decreased. With an increase of the feed temperaturefrom 40 to 60 oC, both flux and separation factor increased, the variation of permeation flux followed the Arrheniusrelationship, and the activation energy values were 21.65 and 9.6 KJ/mol for water and chloroform, respectively.

Seasonal change of total bacterial numbers were estimated in Daechung Reservoir from September, 1998 to August, 1999 and environmental factors which affects total bacterial numbers were estimated. Total bacterial numbers ranged between 1.2 and 19.0×10 exp (6) cells/㎖ and averaged 6.9 ×10 exp (6) calls/㎖. Bacterial numbers changed dynamically with season. The bacterial numbers were highest in July and showed peaks in April and July in sites studied except for the HOE(Hoenam site). In the HOE(Hoenam site), total bacterial numbers increased ove the period of March∼August. The correlation coefficient between bacterial number and chlorophyll a(<200㎛) was r=0.72(p<0.05) at the MAN(man site). Total bacterial numbers in Daechung Reservoir was diversely changed by the seasonal variation of several environmental quality parameters.
