        CM전문회사의 현장관리조직 운영실태 분석

        This study is aimed at offering basic data for enhancing the organizational structure and productivity of on-site construction management (CM) employees. To accomplish the objective, the organizational operation system and employee evaluation of domestic CM companies were analyzed by site scale to promote efficient operation. The findings are as follows. First, in terms of CM workforce, the employees handling architecture, electricity, and machines represented the highest proportion. As for qualification, top engineers were dispatched to both large-scale and small-scale CM sites more than any other employee. Second, the results on CM organizational productivity are as follows. The per capita sales increased as the service payment increased. In terms of scale, the site worth less than a billion won had per capita sales of 76 million won, about 5 times less than the site worth 5 billion won or more whose per capita sales were 371 million won. The monthly per capita sales also increased as the service payment increased. However, the difference was minimal, about a half of the difference in per capita sales. These findings would be useful for companies that have no systematic criteria for CM organization selection and evaluation.

        Forest therapy program reduces academic and job-seeking stress among college students

        Background and objective: Recreation or activities in forest are regarded as therapy. Many forest therapy programs have been developed and assessed in the domestic. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of the forest therapy program on academic and job-seeking stress in college students. Methods: Thirty five subjects were selected as the experimental group and 25 as the control group, and 29 subjects in the experimental group and 11 in the control group participated in the follow-up test to verify the persistence of stress reduction effects. The forest therapy program was carried out once a week for 2 hours each from September 4 to December 4, 2018, adding up to total eight sessions. Results: The experimental group showed statistically significant reduction in both academic stress and job-seeking stress, whereas the control group did not. For the persistence of the forest therapy program, the experimental group did not show a statistically significant difference between the posttest and the follow-up test, and thus the stress reduction effect was maintained. Conclusion: This study proved the reduction of academic and job-seeking stress in forest therapy programs and the persistence of the stress reduction effect of the forest therapy program. The result is consistent with the Stress Recovery Theory (SRT) that shows the stress reduction effect of nature. In addition, it has significance in that it has verified that the program using the forest on campus can reduce stress of most college students.

        Purpose : The aim of this study was to identify the relation of cognition and visuospatial perception in stoke patients. Methods : A total of 16 stroke patients recruited from two hospital located in Donghae, Kang-won participated in this study(Right hemiplegia : twelve, Left hemiplegia : four). All participants scored higher than 20 point on the MMSE-K. To assess the cognitive function, we performed the Korean version of Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE-K), spatial perception domain of Lowenstein Occupational Therapy Cognition Assessment(LOTCA), Figure Color Copy(FCC), Linebisection Test(LBT) and Albert's test in stoke patients. Results: The Korean version of Mini Mental State Examination and spatial perception domain of Lowenstein Occupational Therapy Cognition Assessment were the highest points in sixty ages, Figure Color Copy is difference between Right hemiplegia and Left hemiplegia. Linebisection Test(LBT) and Albert's test had much relation, visuospatial perception had not relationship. Conclusion: Aging was cognition function and visuospatial perception had an interrelationship. visuospatial perception according to affected side in brain had an interrelationship but cognition function and visuospatial perception had not any interrelationship.

      • Direct growth of doping controlled monolayer WSe<sub>2</sub> by selenium-phosphorus substitution

        <P>Although many studies have been carried out on the doping of transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs), introducing controllable amounts of dopants into a TMD lattice is still insufficient. Here we demonstrate doping controlled TMDC growth by the replacement of selenium with phosphorus during the synthesis of the monolayer WSe2. The phosphorus doping density was precisely controlled by fine adjustment of the amount of P2O5 dopant powder along the pre-annealing time. Raman spectroscopy, photoluminescence (PL), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and high-angle annular bright field scanning tunneling electron microscopy (HAADF STEM) provide evidence that P doping occurs within the WSe2 crystal with P occupying the substitutional Se sites. With regard to its electrical characteristics, the hole majority current of P-doped WSe2 is 100-times higher than that of the intrinsic WSe2. The measured doping concentration ranged from ∼8.16 × 10<SUP>10</SUP> to ∼1.20 × 10<SUP>12</SUP> depending on the amount of P2O5 dopant powder by pre-annealing.</P>

        Bioresorbable silicon electronic sensors for the brain

        <P>Many procedures in modern clinical medicine rely on the use of electronic implants in treating conditions that range from acute coronary events to traumatic injury(1,2). However, standard permanent electronic hardware acts as a nidus for infection: bacteria form biofilms along percutaneous wires, or seed haematogenously, with the potential to migrate within the body and to provoke immune-mediated pathological tissue reactions(3,4). The associated surgical retrieval procedures, meanwhile, subject patients to the distress associated with re-operation and expose them to additional complications(5-8). Here, we report materials, device architectures, integration strategies, and in vivo demonstrations in rats of implantable, multifunctional silicon sensors for the brain, for which all of the constituent materials naturally resorb via hydrolysis and/or metabolic action(9-12), eliminating the need for extraction. Continuous monitoring of intracranial pressure and temperature illustrates functionality essential to the treatment of traumatic brain injury(2,13); the measurement performance of our resorbable devices compares favourably with that of non-resorbable clinical standards. In our experiments, insulated percutaneous wires connect to an externally mounted, miniaturized wireless potentiostat for data transmission. In a separate set-up, we connect a sensor to an implanted (but only partially resorbable) data-communication system, proving the principle that there is no need for any percutaneous wiring. The devices can be adapted to sense fluid flow, motion, pH or thermal characteristics, in formats that are compatible with the body's abdomen and extremities, as well as the deep brain, suggesting that the sensors might meet many needs in clinical medicine.</P>

        Glycine induces enhancement of bactericidal activity of neutrophils

        Severe bacterial infections are frequently accompanied by depressed neutrophil functions. Thus, agents that increase the microbicidal activity of neutrophils could add to a direct antimicrobial therapy. Lysophosphatidylcholine augments neutrophil bactericidal activity via the glycine (Gly)/glycine receptor (GlyR) α2/TRPM2/p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway. However, the direct effect of glycine on neutrophil bactericidal activity was not reported. In this study, the effect of glycine on neutrophil bactericidal activity was examined. Glycine augmented bactericidal activity of human neutrophils (EC<sub>50</sub> = 238 μM) in a strychnine (a GlyR antagonist)-sensitive manner. Glycine augmented bacterial clearance in mice, which was also blocked by strychnine (0.4 mg/kg, s.c.). Glycine enhanced NADPH oxidase-mediated reactive oxygen species (ROS) production and TRPM2-mediated [Ca<sup>2+</sup>]<sub>i</sub> increase in neutrophils that had taken up E. coli. Glycine augmented Lucifer yellow uptake (fluid-phase pinocytosis) and azurophil granule-phagosome fusion in neutrophils that had taken up E. coli in an SB203580 (a p38 MAPK inhibitor)-sensitive manner. These findings indicate that glycine augments neutrophil microbicidal activity by enhancing azurophil granule-phagosome fusion via the GlyRα2/ROS/calcium/p38 MAPK pathway. We suggest that glycine could be a useful agent for increasing neutrophil bacterial clearance.

      • Droplet-Guiding Superhydrophobic Arrays of Plasmonic Microposts for Molecular Concentration and Detection

        <P>Droplet-guiding superhydrophobic SERS substrates are created by a combinatorial lithographic technique. Photolithography defines the pattern of a micropillar array with a radial density gradient, whereas colloidal lithography features a nanotip array on the top surface of each micropillar. The nanotip array renders the surface superhydrophobic, and the pattern of micropillars endows the radial gradient of the contact angle, enabling the spontaneous droplet migration toward the center of the pattern. Water droplets containing target molecules are guided to the center, and the molecules dissolved in the droplets are concentrated at the surface of the central micropillar during droplet evaporation. Therefore, the molecules can be analyzed at the predefined position by Raman spectra without scanning the entire substrate. At the same time, the SERS-active nanotip array provides high sensitivity of Raman measurement.</P>

        <P>A single treatment of I-131-rituximab in patients with B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) showed a modest rate of response (29 %) in a relatively short duration (median 2.9 months). On the basis of this result, we investigated whether repeated treatment with I-131-rituximab could improve the response. Thirty-one patients with relapsed or refractory B cell NHL received unlabeled rituximab (70 mg) immediately prior to the administration of a therapeutic dose of I-131-rituximab. The tumor response was evaluated 1 month later by contrast-enhanced F-18-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography. Radioimmunotherapy (RIT) was repeated at 4-week intervals. A total of 87 cycles of RIT were administered. Repeated RIT yielded twofold increases in response rate (68 %) and in median response duration (8.6 months). This protocol also induced a favorable response in patients with an aggressive histology compared to that induced by a single treatment (50 vs. 9 %, respectively, p = 0.063). The toxicities were principally hematologic with grade 4 thrombocytopenia occurring in 12 % and neutropenia occurring in 17 % of the 85 assessable cycles. Compared to a single treatment, repeated RIT with I-131-rituximab increased the response rate and duration for patients with relapsed or refractory B cell NHL, including those with an aggressive histology.</P>

        CASE REPORT : A Case of Antiphospholipid Syndrome Refractory to Secondary Anticoagulating Prophylaxis after Deep Vein Thrombosis-Pulmonary Embolism

        Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is an acquired systemic autoimmune disorder characterized by a combination of clinical criteria, including vascular thrombosis or pregnancy morbidity and elevated antiphospholipid antibody titers. It is one of the causes of deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism that can be critical due to the mortality risk. Overall recurrence of thromboembolism is very low with adequate anticoagulation prophylaxis. The most effective treatment to prevent recurrent thrombosis is long-term anticoagulation. We report on a 17-year-old male with APS, who manifested blue toe syndrome, deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary thromboembolism, and cerebral infarction despite adequate longterm anticoagulation therapy.
