약물을 환자에게 장시간 주입할 때 주입량과 속도를 적절히 조절하는 것이 중요하다. 부적절한 약물투여는 환자의 회복에 악영향을 미칠 수 있으므로 인퓨전 점프시스템의 신뢰도 확보는 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 수액주사세트에 의존하지 않는 인퓨전 점프 시스템과 제어 알고리즘을 제안한다. 드롭센서로 포토어레이가 선택되었다. 실험 결과에 따르면 포토어레이가 다른 종류의 센서에 비해 높은 신뢰도를 보였다. 개발된 시스템은 인퓨전 펌프 시스템의 국산화에 기여할 수 있으며 제안한 알고리즘은 다른 유량 제어 시스템에도 이용될 수 있을 것이다. When we inject drug^tuffs to a patient for a long time, it is important to control proper injection amount and flow rate. Since inproper injection amount and a flow rate would cause bad to recove of a patient, the relience of infusion pump system is important. In this research, we've developed an infusion pump system and control algorithm not dependable to Ⅳsets. We chose photo array for drop sensors. According to the experiments, the photo array showed the higher reliance than any other the three types of sensors. The developed systems could be the foundation of beginning home production of infusion pump system and available for flow rate control systems.

The object of this paper is to automate the digital data acquisition and the boundary detection in liver scintigram using the inexpensive input equipments. The digital data acquisitition and the conversion of visual information to an electrical signal were performed with a system of conventional vidicon camera, a video tape recorder and a scan conversion memory. The threshold decision based on statistical principles was developed to detect boundary in liver scintigram. A image of liver scintigram was divided the entire picture into 64 small regions. The kurtosis and variances for each small region were used as factor select the histogram do occur mear the boundary. For these selected density histograms the thresholds were computed according the method of maximum-likelihood ratio which minimizes the probability of misclassification. Therefore, first the author demonstrated the applicability of boundary detection, and second, proved good agreement with human recognition, and were considered to be useful for diagnoses. Finally, the author demonstrated the dynamic study performed using with dynamic image processing system. Counts falling within the selected area can be defined and the data therein can be recorded as a transit time activity histogram.

Injuries to the extemal male genitalia are increased because of rising number of traffic accidents, industrial casualties and warfare. Acquired total loss of the penis is rear of these traumatic origins and may be the result of the radical surgery for cancer, gangren, self-amputation in mental patients, punitive ablation and accidents in children while playing games. Hence, reconstruction of the total penis is indicated in these amputated patients and in transsexual case with seeking a sex change. According to Noe, Birdsell and Laub, the objective of any method is satisfactory cosmetically, psychologically and functionally but achievement of thess objective is a formidable task. However, there are many surgical metnods available for reconstruction of penis. We report a case of traumatic amputation of penis treated with abdominal tubed flap and brief review of literature.
시간 지연을 갖는 쌍전파 신경회로망을 이용한 근전도 신호인식에 관한 연구

In this paper a new neural network model, time delayed counterpropagation neural networks (TDCPN) which have high recognition rate and short total learning time, is proposed for electromyogram(EMG) recognition. Signals the proposed model increases the recognition rates after learned the regional temporal correlation of patterns using time delay properties in input layer, and decreases the learning time by using winner-takes-all learning rule. The ouotar learning rule is put at the output layer so that the input pattern is able to map a desired output. We test the performance of this model with EMG signals collected from a normal subject. Experimental results show that the recognition rates of the suggested model is better and the learning time is shorter than those of TDNN and CPN.

In this paper, we proposed a method which predict the verb by using the neural network in order to enhance communication rate in augmentative communication system for Korean language disorders. Each word is represented by an information vector according to syntax and semantics, and is positioned at the state space by being partitioned into various regions different from a dictionary-like lexicon. Conceptual similarity is realized through position in state space. When a symbol was pressed, we could find the word for the symbol at the position in the state space. In order to prevent verb prediction's redundancy according to input units, we predicted the verb after separating class using the neural network. In the result we can enhance $20\% communication rate in the restricted space
Implementation of Abdominal Displacement Measuring Device

To indirectly check internal organs movement, the researcher implemented displacement measuring system that can measure abdomen and chest movements. In this paper, the abdominal movements due to necessary living body activities like respiration, etc were used as signal sources. To extract the physical quantity from abdominal expansion or contraction, a spring belt was mounted on the abdomen of the subject and the changes in the spring belt by intestinal organs movement was recorded. The abdominal displacement measuring device implemented using displacement sensor, with a mark attached on the abdomen, was compared with displacement measurement system implemented through trace-back method using CCD camera. As a result, for displacement detection, the two system showed similar pattern. However, the displacement measurement using carmera overcome the inability to mreasure real time due to lapse of time for video processing as the experiment time gets longer. Consequently, it appears that the abdominal data of quanitized abdominal displacement data acquired using the abdominal displacement measurement device implemented as such will give an estimation of the movement inside the intestine.
