This article is to investigate the possibility that project-based classes introducing mobile phones can replace the monotony of traditional classes led by teachers as well as they can encourage students to take active part in the classes to some extent. The students in groups choose a genre for their own video projects (e.g., movie, drama, news, documentary, and commercial) and produce the video contents using a mobile phone for presentation made at the end of a semester. In the sense that the students are allowed to do video-based mobile phone projects, they can work independently outside of class, where time and space are more flexible and students are free from the anxiety of speaking or acting in front of an audience. A mobile phone project consists of around five stages done both in and outside of the classroom. All of these stages can be graded independently, including genre selection, drafting of scripts, peer review and revision, rehearsals, and presentation of the video. Feedback is given to students. After the presentation, students filled out a survey questionnaire sheet devised to analyze students’ responses toward preferences and level of difficulty of the project activity. Finally, proposals are made for introduction of a better mobile phone-based project classes.

The black soldier fly, Hermetia illucens, has a worldwide distribution in the tropics and warm temperate regions and is active in the Korea from May through October. This species colonize a wide variety of decomposing vegetable and animal matter and oviposits in a variety of decomposing materials. In this study, how the black soldier fly pupation, adult emergence and mating rate changed with season at the artificial rearing system was investigated. The black soldier fly larvae and pupae were reared under laboratory condition ($27^{\circ}C$, 60% R.H.). In this study, under the laboratory condition, pupation and adult emergence were not influenced by season, but the data shows definitely different mating numbers throughout whole year. The time of the day is changed with seasons and it influence to mating on artificial rearing. To culture the black soldier fly throughout the year in Korea needs a more deep study under the artificial rearing system.

대사증후군 기준에 해당하는 75세 이상의 후기고령여성 20명(운동 10명, 대조 10명)을 대상으로, 유산소운동, 저항운동, 요가 등으로 구성된 복합트레이닝(유산소+저항운동)을 1회 60분씩, 주 4회, 12주간 실시하였으며, 30분간의 유산소운동으로 1~4주는 Heart rate reserve(HRR)의 40~55%, 5~8주는 55~65%, 9~12주는 65~75%로 실시하였고 저항운동은 Westcott & Baechle(1999)의 방법에 의한 8~12회의 동작반복을 1RM의 75%로 추정하였다. 그러나 대상자가 고령자임을 감안하여 중등도 운동 강도보다 낮은 수정된 Westcott et al(1999)의 방법으로 3~10회를 적정수준의 반복횟수로써 설정하였다. 요가의 아사나는 자각적 운동강도의 12~14로 약간 힘들다는 강도로 Anderson & Sovik(2000)의 수정된 요가프로그램과 호흡법을 실시하였으며 아사나 중에는 신체부위에 의식을 집중하고 호흡과 서로 조화를 이루도록 하였다. 호흡법으로는 교호호흡을 실시하였으며 흡기와 호기의 비율을 1:1에서 점증적으로 1:2의 비율로 실시(Tara, 2001) 실시하고, 대사증후군 위험성을 검토하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 운동집단에서 제지방량, 최고산소섭취량, HDL-C이 유의하게 증가하였으며, 허리둘레와 혈압, 중성지방, 혈당이 유의하게 감소되어 대사증후군의 위험인자가 모두 개선된 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같이 75세 이상의 후기고령여성에 있어서 복합트레이닝은 체지방률을 감소시키고 제지방량을 증가시켜, 대사증후군 위험인자 5가지 중 허리둘레, 중성지방, 혈당, 수축기 혈압, 이완기 혈압이 유의하게(p<.01) 감소되었고, HDL-C을 유의하게(p<.01) 증가시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료되며, 한편 12주간의 복합트레이닝 프로그램이 후기고령여성들의 신체구성과 자립활동체력 및 대사증후군을 유발하는 위험인자들을 동시에 개선시키는데 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
Rotational Accuracy Measurement of Scroll Compressor with D-type Sectional Shaft

This paper presents the measurement process of the rotational accuracy and the comparison with the theoretical results in the main bearing of scroll compressor. The main bearing is cylindrical oil journal bearing, but there are straightly cut used for oil supply. Therefore the roundness error is not a negligible quantity compared with the rotational accuracy. For this reason, three-point method is used in the experiment. The result of three-point method coincides with the theoretical value. So if the theory in this paper is used to the bearing design of scroll compressor, the efforts for testing and designing can be reduced.
