A synthetic method for bis-carbonylation of bromo(bromomethyl)benzenes was described. Alkyl carboalkoxyphenylacetates were easily prepared by the carbonylation of benzylic and arylic bromide moieties in bromo(bromomethyl)benzenes with alcohols in the presence of $K_2CO_3,\;CH_3I$, and a catalytic amount of cobalt carbonyl under the atmospheric pressure of carbon monoxide at room temperature in good to excellent yields. The base played a decisive role in the selectivity of product and $K_2CO_3$ was the best one among bases used.
주행 차량의 진동ㆍ소음 전달경로 해석 및 실내소음 예측

주행 차량의 실내 소음은 노면에서 발생되는 소음과 차체 및 구동부에서 발생하는 진동ㆍ소음에 의해 발생한다. 이러한 차실 소음을 저감하기 위해서는 소음 및 진동원의 특성과 함께 전달경로에 대한 해석이 필요하다. 주행 차량의 진동ㆍ소음 전달경로 해석을 위해 신호처리 기법인 다차원 스펙트럼 해석법을 사용했으며, 부분기여도함수를 이용하여 목적 주파수 별 입력원의 기여 순위를 판별하였다. 그리고 벡터합성법을 이용하여 입력원 및 위상 변경에 따른 실내 음압을 예측 시뮬레이션 하였다.

To control of the speed of induction Motor, a variable frequency power supply is needed. But this New type induction Motor Constitute stator and Rotor with New principle, its speed can be easily and widely Controlled by changing phase of the stator, and start at low current than rating without starter. Also, its no load current is same as shart current, and speed increase in proportion to current. On this points this induction Motor for speed control is different from induction Motor using Now.

As higher reliability and accuracy on production facilities are required to detect incipient faults, a diagnostic system for predictive maintenance of the facility is highly recommended. In this paper, we present a study on the application of vibration signals to diagnose faults for a Rotating Machinery using the Mahalanobis Distance-Taguchi System. RMS, Crest Factor and Kurtosis that is known as the Statistical Methods and the spectrum analysis are used to diagnose faults as parameters of Mahalanobis distance.

Background: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quantitative association between the degree of reduction and the position of the blade of the proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA) in intertrochanteric hip fractures. Methods: From March 2009 to April 2015, 530 patients treated with PFNA for intertrochanteric hip fractures were retrospectively reviewed. Patients were divided into a valgus reduced group (group 1) and a non-valgus reduced group (group 2), and the “valgus reduced” was defined as valgus reduction over 5°. We compared the calcar referenced tip-apex distance (calTAD) and the area between the blade of PFNA and the medial cortex of the femoral neck between the two groups. Results: The calTAD was measured as 22.5 ± 4.1 mm in group 1 and 24.8 ± 3.8 mm in group 2 (p < 0.05). The area between the blade and the medial femoral neck was measured as 135.5 ± 49.8 mm2 in group 1 and 145.1 ± 54.8 mm2 in group 2 (p = 0.074). The area corrected for the length difference in the femoral neck was 0.55 ± 0.16 in group 1 and 0.79 ± 0.19 in group 2 (p < 0.05). Conclusions: Valgus reduction resulted in less calTAD and inferior position of the blade at the femoral neck in the treatment of intertrochanteric hip fractures with PFNA.

Treatment of benzal chloride, alcohol, $K_2CO_3$, and a catalytic amount of $Co_2(CO)_8$ at $80^{\circ}C$ for 24 hours under 30 atm of CO gave the corresponding alkyl phenylacetate in good yield.
