다양하고 방대한 양의 정보가 산재해 있는 웹의 정보 소스들 중 특정 도메인에 해당하는 문서를 판단하는 방법과 효과적인 검색을 지원하기 위한 웹 문서 순위 결정 방법을 제안하다. 웹에 산재되어 있는 정보들은 특정 도메인에 적합한 문서들만을 저장하기 위해 특정 지식 베이스를 기반으로 하는 지식 정보를 이용하여 문서의 평가 작업을 한다. 또한 효과적인 검색을 지원하기 위한 웹 문서 순위 결정 방법으로 두 단계의 처리를 거친다. 첫째, 사용자로부터 주어진 질의에 대해 그 질의를 이루고 있는 각 단어들에 대한 상대적인 중요도를 반영한 P-norm 모델을 적용하여 문서의 순위를 결정하다. 두 번째 단계로 관련 문서들간의 유용한 링크 정보를 이용한 재조정 작업에 의해 문서의 순위를 결정하는 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 방법에 의해 적절한 문서의 판단과 더 나은 정보의 제공을 수행할 수 있는 효과적인 정보 검색 기능을 가진다. 정보 탐색자에게 정확하고 효과적인 정보를 제공할 수 있게 되었고, 일반적인 웹 검색 방법과의 비교에 의해 검색 효율이 향상됨을 보인다.

주역 점(占)의 실제 체험-죽음, 신 그리고 사랑: 아버지의 영전(靈前)에서

동시성 현상으로서 이해되는 주역 점(占)을 체험하기 위해서는 사람이 곤경에 처했을 때, 즉 의식이 한계에 도달했을 때 진지한 마음으로 물음을 던지는 종교적 자세(religo)가 전제되어야 한다. 그것은 단지 수동적인 자세가 아니라 지금 내가 무엇을 할 수 있는지를 묻는, 겸손하지만 적극적인 자세이다. 초의식과 접속하여 신탁을 얻는 주역 점의 체험은 의식의 자아가 무의식의 원형과 대화와 토론을 시도하는 적극적 명상과 일맥상통하며, ‘무의식의 절대지, 자기 원형의 리듬을 찾아가는 과정’이다. 나는 부친상을 당하기 1달 전, 대화가 불가능한 아버지를 간병하면서 ‘지금 아버지와 나를 위해 무엇을 할 수 있습니까?’라는 질문을 던지고 주역 점을 쳐서 주역의 19번째 괘, 지택 임괘(地澤 臨卦) 초구 ‘함림정길(咸臨貞吉), 지행정야(志行正也)’를 점괘로 얻었다. 이 점괘를 통해 자연의 섭리에 ‘기쁘게 순종’하면서 겨울 뒤에 찾아올 봄을 기다리는 심정으로 죽음 이후 생을 기다리는 자세, 그리고 통속적인 이해타산을 넘어서는 인간 마음 속에서 우러나오는, 무한한 것(분석심리학적 용어로는 ‘자기[Self]’)과의 만남에서 얻은 감동을 굳건한 마음으로 지켜가는 것이 인생의 참뜻을 바르게 행하는 것임을 나는 배울 수 있었다. 그리고 부친상 6개월 전에 꾼, ‘저승’에 대한 꿈에서 ‘죽음 뒤에도 이어지는 것이 있다는 것이 진실’이라는 직접적인 메시지의 충격 이외에도 확충의 과정을 통해 드러난 폐쇄 병동과 황천의 유사성-내향화를 통한 정신의 재생, 하얀 철문-, ‘영원을 향한 창문’을 통해 통과의례를 거쳐 새로운 것을 받아들이려는, 열린 태도의 중요성을 배웠다. 그리고 천주교의 교리 ‘성인의 통공’-산 자와 죽은 자가 서로를 도우며 나선형으로 순환하는 과정-이 우리의 정신 내에서 의식과 무의식이 상호작용하는 개성화 과정의 상징으로서 뿐만 아니라 실제일 수도 있다는 조그마한 희망을 아버지의 장례식에서 진행된 ‘연도(煉禱)’의례를 통해 어렴풋이 품게 되었다. 그리고 인생에서 만난 많은 인연들의 조문을 통해 받은 위로 속에서 무한한 것과 접촉하여 맺어지는 길은 바로 눈 앞에 있는 존재들과 사랑하는 것이 그 시작이라는 답을 나는 우선 얻었다. 이러한 연속적인 체험을 분석심리학적 입장에서 이해하고자 했다. The oracle of the I Ching, divination can be understood as ‘synchronicity phenomenon’ in analytic psychology. In order to experience divination actually, it requires a religious attitude that asks questions with a serious mind when a person is in trouble that consciousness reaches its limit. It is not just a passive attitude, but a modest, active attitude to ask what I can do now. The experience of the oracle of the I Ching connected to supra-consciousness is similar to ‘active imagination’-talking with the archetype of collective unconsciousness-and is ‘the process of finding the rhythm of Self-archetype, the absolute wisdom of unconsciousness.’ One month before my father's death, I took care of him who couldn't communicate verbally and I divination with a question ‘What can I do for my father and me now?’ The I Ching’s answer was hexagram 19 Lin 臨, nine at the beginning. It’s message was ‘咸臨貞吉 joint approach. perseverance brings good fortune.’ 志行正也 we must adhere perseveringly to what is right.' Through this phrase, I learned the attitude of waiting for life after death as if ‘joyful obedient’ to the providence of nature that spring comes after winter. And I found that keeping the touching emotion of meeting infinity (in analytical psychological terms, ‘Self’) with perseveration is to do the true meaning of life beyond popular money-mindedness. And six months before my father's death, I had a dream about the afterlife. In the process of interpreting that dream, I learned not only from the shock of the direct message that ‘it is a truth that there is something after death,’ but also the regeneration of the mind through introversion from the similarity between the closed ward and ‘黃泉’-chinese underworld through amplification. And I learned the importance of an open attitude to accept new things through the ‘window to eternity’ symbolized by the white iron gate. In my father's catholic funeral ritual, I had hope that the catholic doctrine ‘Communio Sanctorum’-A spiral cycle in which the living and the dead help each other may be real as well as a symbol of the individuation process in which consciousness and unconsciousness interact in our minds. Through the consolation received through the funeral visit of many people I met in my life, I found the answer that the path to contact with infinity begins with loving the beings in front of me. I tried to understand this continuous experience by the perspective of analytical psychology.

Solar cars combine technologies typically used in the alternative energy and automotive industries. The design of a solar vehicle is severely limited by the amount of supplied solar energy input into the car. Currently, most solar cars have been built for the purpose of solar car racing or prototyping of solar energy usage. But in the present study, solar car designed with given solar cells was investigated in terms of daily irradiation, cell temperature and geometrical characteristics to improve the solar power generation and the driving efficiency. Mainly driving power of solar car depends on the performance of photovoltaic cells to convert sunlight into electricity. Unlike solar thermal energy which converts solar energy to heat for either household purposes, industrial purposes or to be converted to electricity, PV cells directly convert sunlight into electricity. Present solar car system``s power output was affected by module inclination and module temperature. Intensity of solar irradiation depending on time was also severely depending on the position of sun. Decreasing cell temperature leads to increase power generation.

새로운 정보검색 환경인 인터넷에서의 정보검색은 과거의 정보검색행위와는 여러 면에서 다르다. 인터넷 이용자들은 과거의 정보 이용자와는 다른 행동 양식을 보이고 있기 때문에 보다 나은 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 인터넷 검색 시스템은 새로운 이용자들의 특성을 제대로 반영하여야 한다. 정보 수요자인 인터넷 이용자들의 검색 행동 성향을 조사, 분석하는 과정을 통해 이용자들의 요구사항을 파악하고, 이를 통하여 인터넷 기반 정보검색시스템 설계를 위한 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다. Information retrieval on World Wide Web is very different from the one in traditional environment. Since Internet user's searching behavior shows it's own special search characteristics, a study of user's specific characteristics is necessary to offer better services. Through analysis and examination of Internet user behaviors, we suggest guidelines of design for developing Internet -based information retrieval systems.
