        ESSD 개념을 도입한 대구시 녹지보전등급 설정에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this research is to establish a green space conservation grade for sustainable urban development of Taegu metropolitan city using GIS and RS methods, together with the valuation items of green spaces centered around ecological, useful, and socio-cultural factors. The results of this study are as follows: 1. According to the ecological factor, the first grade is 81.4km² and then Kachag-myun, Dong-gu in order, have needs of sustaining conservation policy of urban environment improvement and protection of the wild habitats. 2. According to the usefulness of urban parks, the first and second grade which is over 150 persons/km² in population density of the catchment areas, were Talsung park, Sinam park, Yongsan park and etc., the areas of those parks consists of 0.7% of the whole urban parks. 3. According to the socio-cultural factor, the first grade is located in urban natural parks, and the second grade is which are composed of Green Belt and agriculture in Talsung-gun. 4. Analyzing these results synthetically, the first grade conservation is 18%, as the forest in the upper zone of Mt. Palgongsan, Mt. Bisul, and Mt. Daeduck, these regions needed to preserve absolutely. This research is a basic step to show the methodology for all-round evaluation of green space using GIS and RS. Hereafter, it is necessary to consider general evaluation index of green spaces, and to consider the quantitative and qualitative aspect.

        한국 탐사보도 기자들의 소명의식과 실천에 대한 문화기술지 연구

        이 연구는 탐사보도에서 소명의식은 필수조건인지, 탐사보도 기자들은 어떤 소명의식을 가지고 있는지, 가지고 있다면 소명의식을 구체적으로 어떻게 실천하는지 탐구했다. 이를 위해 막스 베버(Max Weber)가 주장한 ‘소명(Beruf)’ 개념을 이론으로 적용했다. 연구대상은 뉴스타파 취재팀이며, 연구방법은 참여관찰과 심층면담을 병행한 문화기술지이다. 연구 결과 첫째, 뉴스타파 기자들은 탐사보도에서 소명의식을 중요하다고 생각했다. 취재팀 내에서는 소명의식의 실재에서 차이가 발생했는데 아직 이렇다 할 소명의식을 형성하지 기자들은 직장에 대한 소속감 저하와 탐사보도 기자로서의 정체성에 혼란을 겪고 있었다. 둘째, 취재팀 내에서 ‘신념의 화신’으로 통하는 최경영과 한상진 기자의 경우 뉴스타파의 열린 뉴스 생산 방식 속에서 소명의식을 적극적으로 보도에 투영하고 있었다. 이들 보도의 특징은 ‘자신감을 바탕으로 한 집요함’이었다. 이들은 보도 건수나 취재력 등에서 취재팀 내에서 긍정적 평가를 받고 있었는데 성과의 원동력은 소명의식이었던 것으로 판단됐다. 셋째, 신념의 과잉으로 인한 오류가 관찰됐다. 최경영은 “가치저널리즘”을 추구하며 날카로운 비판 보도로 ‘선지자’의 모습을 보이기도 했지만, 때로는 자신의 시선이나 관점이 과다해 ‘광신도’의 모습도 보였다. 신념의 과잉은 사실의 과장, 적대적 공격, 그리고 ‘끼워넣기’ 등으로 나타났다. This research explored if the sense of calling is a necessary condition in investigative journalism, what kind of calling investigative journalists have, and how to carry out their calling if they have. The research subject was the news reporter team in Newstapa, and the research method was ethnography which concurrently performed participation observation and in - depth interview. Research results are as follows. First, news reporters thought that the sense of calling was important in investigative journalism. In news reporter team, there was a difference in the reality of the sense of calling, and the reporters who had not yet formed calling to do so were confused by the deterioration of belonging to the workplace and the identity of as investigative journalist. Second, Choi Kyoung-young and Han Sang-jin, who are considered ‘icon of calling’ in the team, were actively reflecting on their calling in their news stories using the open-minded news production system. The characteristic of these reports was ‘obstinacy based on confidence’. They were evaluated positively in the team in terms of the number of reports and coverage, and the driving force of the performance was judged to be the sense of calling. Third, errors caused by the excess of belief were observed. Choi Kyoung-young pursued “value journalism” and showed the appearance of ‘prophet’ through sharp criticism reports, but sometimes his gaze or perspective was excessive, and he also showed the appearance of ‘fanaticism’. The excess of belief appeared as the exaggeration of the facts, hostile attacks, and ‘embedding’.

        Antigenieity Study of CFA-001,Cefazolin,a Cephalosperin Derivative Produced by an Enzymatic Semisynthesis

        The antigenic potential of CFA-001, cefazolin, a cephalosporin derivative produced by an enzymatic semisynthesis, was determined in Hartley guinea pigs. A battery of tests employed consisted of active systemic anaphylaxis (ASA), passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA), and indirect hemagglutination test (IHA). The results were as follows: 1) In ASA, no signs attributable to anaphylaxis was observed in guinea pigs sensitized with CFA-001, whereas OVA-sensitized animals induced severe anaphylactic symptoms; 2) guinea pigs did not produce antibodies against CFA-001 when sensitized with or without Freund's complete adjuvant (FCA) in homologous PCA tests. Meanwhile, antibodies against ovalbumin (OVA) were clearly detected; 3) No CFA-001-specific hemagglutination was observed in the IHA using sera obtained from CFA-001-sensitized guinea pigs. These results suggest that CFA-001 has no antigenicity potential in guinea pigs.

      • Thixotropic behavior of clay colloid enhance green density of ceramic body

        Traditionally, ceramic products have been created using raw materials that require high firing temperature and energy intensive processing. The fast increase of ceramic tille production in the world has lead to a fast decrease of the available raw materials and energy sources, and also generate huge amount of the waste tils. These may also contain harmful materials as the heavy metal elements that can contaminate the soil. Therefore alternative ways to reuse of these kinds of waste materials have been studied for reducing environmental issues. The present work aims at developing a new process for fabricating extra large scaled tiles with uniform packing density using rheology of colloidal suspension. To prepare the vibrated casting slurries, colloids of the waste tiles were added as a binder materials, and a thixotropic agent to avoid segregation between large and fine grains. The plasticity of the slurries may be governed by the rheology of colloids of the waste tile. To give thixotropic behavior, the dispersion and coagulation behavior of the colloidal suspension of will be investigated by zeta potentiometer. The blending of discrete sized to achieve a high packing density is essential in formulating batches, which may cause a little dimensional change during sintering. To get the maximum green density, four different particle sizes were mixed as the case of refractories. To give thixotropic behavior, the dispersion and coagulation behavior of the colloidal suspension were investigated by the zeta potentiometer. The point of zero charge of the suspension was shown sear pH 5 and maximum zeta potential was -55[mV] near pH 11. Maximum agglomerate particles were appeared near to the point of zero charge. The bending strength and water absorption of sintered bodies were more than 8.35kgf/cm2, and less than 5.0% above 1100℃ respectively. In addition, crystalline phase of sintered bodies were quarts and mullite. The micro-structure of the sintered body has a uniform pore size and distribution.

        Promotion of hair growth by newly synthesized ceramide mimetic compound

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Based on the crucial roles of ceramides in skin barrier function, use of ceramides or their structural mimetic compounds, pseudoceramides, as cosmetic ingredients are getting more popular. While currently used pseudoceramides are intended to substitute the structural roles of ceramides in stratum corneum, development of bioactive pseudoceramides has been repeatedly reported. In this study, based on the potential involvement of sphingolipids in hair cycle regulation, we investigated the effects of newly synthesized pseudoceramide, bis-oleamido isopropyl alcohol (BOI), on hair growth using cultured human hair follicles and animal models. BOI treatment promoted hair growth in cultured human hair follicles <I>ex vivo</I> and induced earlier conversion of telogen into anagen. Although we did not find a significant enhancement of growth factor expression and follicular cell proliferation, BOI treatment resulted in an increased sphinganine and sphingosine contents as well as increased ceramides contents in cultured dermal papilla (DP) cells. Taken together, our data strongly suggest that biologically active pseudoceramide promotes hair growth by stimulating <I>do novo</I> synthesis of sphingolipids in DP cells.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> A potential involvement of sphingolipids in hair cycle regulation proposed. </LI> <LI> Suggests a new way of developing hair cycle regulating compounds. </LI> <LI> Sphinganine mimetic compounds can stimulate the dermal papilla cell proliferation. </LI> </UL> </P>

        The Effectiveness and Safety of Yi Shen Juan Bi Pill on Rheumatoid Arthritis: a Protocol for Systematic Review and/or Meta-Analysis

        Importance: The Yi Shen Juan Bi (YSJB) pill has been used to treat rheumatoid arthritis (RA), with several studies reporting its anti-inflammatory effects and ability to prevent bone destruction. However, the lack of evidence regarding the effectiveness and toxicity of individual components of YSJB limits its widespread use. Objective: This protocol outlines a systematic review and/or meta-analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of YSJB. Data Resources: We will search worldwide electronic databases, including MEDLINE, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang, CiNii, J-STAGE, KoreaMed, Korean Medical Database, Korean Studies Information Service System, National Digital Science Library, Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information, and Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System. In addition, we will conduct manual searches, and, if necessary, contact authors directly. The search will cover publications until June 2024. Study Selection: We will select randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that compare the use of YSJB for the treatment of RA against other treatments. Study Extraction and Synthesis: Data from the selected RCTs will be extracted, including sample size, patient characteristics, intervention details, and outcome measures. We will perform a meta-analysis using Review Manager software. Main Outcome(s) and Measure(s): The primary outcome measures will include disease activity scores such as effective rate, swollen joint count, tender joint count, and morning stiffness. Secondary outcome measures will include blood test results and adverse events. Results: The results will reveal the effectiveness and safety of YSJB for the treatment of RA. Conclusions and Relevance: The findings will provide an evidence-based review of the use of YSJB for RA.S.

        Synthesis and characterization of phosphorescent iridium complexes of 6-chloro-3-phenylpyridazine and 3-chloro-6-(3′-methoxy-phenyl)-4-methyl-pyridazine

        The preparation and photophysics of organometallic Ir(III) complexes with 3-phenylpyridazine (H6Clppdz) and its derivative arereported. IrCl3 ÆnH2O reacts with H6Clppdz, and 3-chloro-6-(30-methoxyphenyl)-4-methyl-pyridazine (MCOMppdz) to give thecorresponding chloride-bridged dimers, (6Clppdz)2Ir(l -Cl)2Ir(6Clppdz)2 and (MCOMppdz) 2Ir(l -Cl)2Ir(MCOMppdz)2 in goodyields. These chloride-bridged dimers are cleaved with 2-pyrazinecarboxylic acid (Hpyzc), 2-picolinic acid (Hpic), acetylacetone(Hacac), and 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-3,5-heptanedione (Htmd) to give the corresponding monomer, (6Clppdz)2Ir(pyzc), (6Clppdz)2-Ir(pic), (6Clppdz)2Ir(acac), (6Clppdz)2Ir(tmd), (MCOMppdz)2Ir(acac), and (MCOMppdz)2Ir(tmd), respectively. The complexesshow bright orange to red luminescence at room temperature and the emission wavelenghts are aected by the ancillary ligands aswell as cyclometalating ligands (593664 nm).
