        The College of Engineering was specialized to have a sole function for supplying technical high school teachers in 1977 and referred to as the College of Industrial Education according to the Government's policy. The economic impact mainly due to the oil-crises caused a severe problem to this college, namely discrepancy of supply to demand scale. Accordingly the number of student enrollment was to be fluctuated from 479 in 1979 through 800 in 1979 and 900 in 1980 to 430 in 1981. And the engineering departments have been attached to this Engineering Education College since 1981. These circumstanses met singnificant inefficiency in facility operation. This program aims at providing an overall relocation of the college facilities and preparing the practical system to make the joint-operation possible taking into account circulation, academic stream, budget, maintenance, etc. However this study could not get optimal spacing but some trade-off, considering the current situation.

        Analysis of chemical forms of heavy metals in contaminated soil by sequential extraction methods

        The samples collected from soils and sediments near the mouth of a river (samples A, B, and C), port (sample D), or shooting range (samples E and F) were investigated with Tessier’s sequential extraction method to design the remediation process for contaminated sites. This method was chosen to determine the chemical forms of heavy metal contaminants, which consists of five fractions such as ‘exchangeable’, ‘bound to carbonate’, ‘bound to oxide’, ‘bound to organic matter’, and ‘residue’. In the case of samples from sediments near the mouth of a river, zinc (Zn) distributes in the fractions ‘bound to oxide’ and ‘bound to organic matter’, while copper is observed in the fractions ‘bound to organic matter’ and ‘residue’, respectively. When the sample obtained from the sediment near a port was examined, most of Zn distributes in the fractions ‘bound to organic matter’ and ‘residue’. In sites E and F, lead, Zn, and copper distributed in the fractions ‘bound to carbonate’ and ‘bound to oxide’. On the basis of results, physical treatment followed by chemical leaching for sites A, B, and C, physical separation process for site D, and chemical treatment process for sites E and F would be required to remediate the contaminated sites.

        Ionic Conductivity in Lithium-Borate-Tantalate Compound Glasses

        We have investigated the ionic conductivity and dielectric relaxation in Li2B4O7 (LBO) and Li2OB 2O3-Ta2O5 (LBTO) glasses. The sample was synthesized by using the melt quenching method. The frequency dependence of the electrical data from the LBO and LBTO glasses has been analyzed in the frameworks of the impedance Cole-Cole formalism and the universal power-law representation driven by the modified fractional Rayleigh equation. The potential barriers in the LBO and the LBTO glasses turn out to be the same. Comparing with the dc and ac activation energies of the LBO glass, these energies of the LBTO glass decrease due to the increasing Coulomb interaction of inter-cationic interaction.

        Chemical Modification of Porcine Brain myo-Inositol Monophosphate Phosphatase by N-bromosuccinimide

        Myo-inositol monophosphate phosphatase is a key enzyme in the phosphoinositide cell-signaling system. Incubation of myo-inositol monophosphate phosphatase from porcine brain with N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) resulted in a time-dependent loss of enzyme activity. The inactivation followed pseudo-first-order kinetics with the second-order rate constant of 3.8 × 10³ M^(-1)min^(-1). The time course of the reaction was significantly affected by the substrate myo-inositol-1-phosphate, which afforded complete protection against the loss of catalytic activity. Spectrophotometric studies indicated that about one oxindole group per molecule of enzyme was formed following complete loss of enzymatic activity. It is suggested that the catalytic function of myo-inositol monophosphate phosphatase is modulated by the binding of NBS to a specific tryptophan residue at or near the substrate binding site of the enzyme.

        화장품 매장의 VMD요소가 브랜드 인지도, 브랜드 태도, 구매의도에 미치는 영향

        This study focused on the specific VMD factors in the store environment of cosmetic stores to discuss the evaluation of VMD factors perceived by cosmetic consumers, analyze the different effect of cosmetic stores' VMD factors on brand recognizability, brand attitude, and purchase intention, and identify the mutual correlation and major causes of each variable. As a result, it was found that the VMD factors of cosmetic stores have different effect on brand recognizability, brand attitude, and purchase intention. The findings of study are expected to provide a theoretical foundation for detailed marketing strategies to use the cosmetic stores as effective marketing spaces through systemized VMD strategies and stimulate cosmetic consumers' purchase psychology to increase revenues and reinforce competitiveness of brand in the cosmetic market environment where the importance of VMD is stressed as the consistent visual merchandise strategy to match a brand's message with consumers' emotional needs.

        미용서비스 종사자의 감성지능이 직무만족과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 미용서비스 종사자의 감성지능과 고객지향성과의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 알아보려는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 연구대상은 서울 및 수도권 지역의 미용서비스 산업에 종사하는 330명을 대상으로 2018년 2월 1일부터 2월 28일까지 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 표본으로 활용할 수 없는 6부를 제외한 324부를 최종 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 이를 분석하기 위해 SPSS Ver. 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰성분석 그리고 3단계 매개 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 종사자의 감성지능은 직무만족과 고객지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 감성지능과 고객지향성의 관계에서 직무만족은 간접적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 감성지능이 높은 종사자들은 자신의 직무에 대해서 유쾌하고 흥미, 성취감, 만족감 등을 찾는 직무만족이 높으며, 이러한 직무만족은 고객의 욕구를 충족시키기 위해 최선을 다하는 종사자의 경향인 고객지향성에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 미용서비스 종사자의 효율적인 인적자원관리를 위하여 감성지능의 향상과 직무만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 병행하여 제시한다면 고객의 만족도를 높이기 위한 능동적인 사고와 행동을 보일 것이며 또한 고객과의 장기적인 유대관계를 형성하여 조직의 경영성과에도 크게 기여할 수 있으리라 사료된다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 통하여 감성지능과 직무만족은 고객지향성에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변수임을 확인하였다. 또한 미용서비스 산업의 효율적인 인적자원관리에 기여할 수 있는 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이라 사료된다. This study investigated the mediating effects of job satisfaction in relationships between emotional intelligence and customer orientation among cosmetology workers. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed among a total of 330 beauty salon employees in Seoul and the capital region from February 1 to 28, 2018. Excluding six poorly answered questionnaires, 324 copies were used for final analysis. They were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 through frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and 3-step mediated multiple regression analysis. The results found the following: First, employees’ emotional intelligence revealed a positive influence on job satisfaction and customer orientation. Second, in an emotional intelligence-customer orientation relationship, job satisfaction showed an indirectly positive effect. Those with high emotional intelligence were more satisfied with their job, showing strong interest and a sense of accomplishment. Such satisfaction revealed a positive influence on customer orientation among the employees who work hard to meet diverse customer needs. If there is a plan to enhance such emotional intelligence and job satisfaction for efficient personnel management, therefore, the employees may show active thinking and behavior to improve customer satisfaction. They would also form a solid relationship with customers and make a large contribution to the improvement of management performances. The study results confirmed that emotional intelligence and job satisfaction are major variables having an influence on customer orientation. In addition, the study results can be basic data for the development of an efficient personnel management plan in the cosmetology industry.

        We have known that 『Chimgudaeseong(鍼灸大成)』 had been written by Yanggyeju(楊繼洲) in Ming(明) dynasty. And it had been the only text book of acupuncture & moxibustion for 300 years. This book is composed of 10 chapters dealing almost all the medical theories of that times. This book is so enormous that it is hard to understand essential ideas of author. The reading medical records is one of the best way to develop one`s abilities of curing a disease without clinical practice. so we can`t help dealing with medical records, because it is one of important method of understanding Oriental Medicine. On this study, we investigate a objective method on understanding medical records in 『Chimgudaeseong(鍼灸大成)』.

        미용서비스 종사자의 심리적 자본이 역할 내 행동에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 미용서비스 종사자의 심리적 자본과 역할내 행동의 관계에서 내재적 동기의 매개효과를 알아보려는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 연구대상은 서울 및 수도권 지역의 미용서비스 산업에 종사하는 400명을 대상으로 2017년 5월 2일부터 6월 1일까지 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 표본으로 활용할 수 없는 8부를 제외한 392부를 최종분석 자료로 사용하였다. 이를 분석하기 위해 SPSS Ver. 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰성분석 그리고 3단계 매개 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 종사자의 심리적 자본은 내재적 동기와 역할 내 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 심리적 자본과 역할 내 행동의 관계에서 내재적 동기는 간접적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 심리적 자본이 높은 종사자들은 자신의 직무에서 가치 지향적 사고와 즐거움 및 만족감을 찾는 내재적 동기를 가지며, 이러한 내재적 동기는 직무에 대한 능동적 사고를 유발하며 성취욕을 강화시켜 개인의 직무성과의 향상과 조직의 성과에도 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 미용서비스 종사자의 효율적인 인적자원관리를 위하여 심리적 자본의 향상과 내재적 동기부여를 강화하는 방안을 병행하여 제시한다면 조직의 성과를 향상시키기 위한 진취적이고 능동적인 역할 내 행동을 기대할 수 있으리라 사료된다. 이와같은 연구결과를 통하여 심리적 자본과 내재적 동기는 역할 내 행동에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변수임을 확인하였다. 또한 미용서비스 산업의 효율적인 인적자원관리방안에 기여할 수 있는 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이라 생각한다. This study looked at determining the mediating effects of intrinsic motivation in relationships between psychological capital and in-role behavior among cosmetology workers. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted among a total of 400 beauty salon employees in Seoul and the capital region from May 2 to June 1, 2018. Except for eight poorly answered questionnaires, 392 copies were used for final analysis. They were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 through frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and 3-step mediated multiple regression analysis. The results found the following: First, employees’ psychological capital revealed a positive influence on intrinsic motivation and in-role behavior. Second, in a relationship between psychological capital and in-role behavior, intrinsic motivation showed an indirectly positive effect. Those with high psychological capital tended to have intrinsic motivation to seek value-oriented thinking, pleasure and satisfaction at their work. Such intrinsic motivation had a positive influence on the improvement of personal job performances and organizational performances by inducing active thinking regarding their job and strengthening the desire to accomplish. If there is a plan to enhance such psychological capital and strengthen intrinsic motivation for the efficient management of beauty salon employees, therefore, aggressive and active in-hole behavior targeted to increase organizational performances are expected. The study results confirmed that psychological capital and intrinsic motivation are major variables having an influence on in-role behavior. In addition, the study results can be basic data for the development of an efficient personnel management plan in the cosmetology industry.
