        중국 고전 사가원림(私家园林)의 공간구성 특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 중국 고전 사가원림의 우수한 전통을 계승할 필요성을 기반으로, 과학적으로 분석할 수 있는 공간구문론을 이용하여 중국 남북방 지역을 대표하는 원림의 시각적 접근성을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 고전 사가원림 공간 구성의 기본 법칙을 발견하고, 전통적인 원림을 구축하는 지혜를 계승하기 위한 기초적인 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 논문의 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 남북방 사가원림이 각자의 지역에서 고유의 사회적·문화적 특색을 반영하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 선조들이 과학 기술이 발전되지 않았음에도 불구하고 전통원림의 공간구성 질서관(秩序觀)을 가지고 구축하였음을 발견하였다. 셋째, 북방 고전 사가원림 공간의 시각적 접근성이 남방보다 조금 더 높은 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 북방의 지리적 조건과 인문적 배경이 영향인 것으로 판단된다. 넷째, 남방과 북방 고전 사가원림 모두 국지적 통합도와 전체적 통합도가 상이하고 명료도가 낮게 나타난 것은 전체 원림 공간에 대한 인식 수준을 고려하기 했다기보다는 원림 속 예술적 경지의 창조와 표현을 통해 문화적 사고와 사회적 현실의 통일을 실현하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. Based on the necessity of inheriting the excellent traditions of Chinese classical private gardens, this article uses Space Syntax to analyze the visual accessibility of representative gardens covering China. This is to explore the gardening wisdom of the ancients and to discover the basic laws of the spatial organization of gardens. The results of the study are as follows. First, the private gardens can fully demonstrate their own characteristics in their respective regional spaces. Second, the results proved that the ancients could still maintain and inherit the space order concept of traditional gardens. Third, the visual accessibility of the private garden space in the north is slightly greater than that in the south. This is affected by the natural and geographical conditions, humanities and etiquette thoughts in the north. Fourth, the local spatial information and overall spatial information of the north-south and north-south classical private gardens are different, indicating that the level of understanding of the overall garden space is low and difficult to understand.

        연구노트 : 무 절임 제조 시 천일염과 스타터 첨가에 따른 품질특성 비교

        본 연구는 국내산 천일염(장판염, 토판염)의 성분 비교와 이를 이용하여 무 절임을 제조할때 첨가한 스타터와 함께 발효기간 동안의 변화를 알아보고자 수행하였다. 그 결과 두 소금간의 일반성분 중 수분함량은 차이를 보였지만 회분함량은 그룹간의 차이를 보이지 않아, 생산시기가 동일한 점을 고려할 때천일염 생산방식에 따른 차이라고 판단된다. 이들의 무기성분 함량은 소금의 주성분인Na 함량은 큰 차이를 보이지 않았고, Ca, K 그리고 Mg 함량은 장판염이 높게 측정된 반면, Fe 그리고 Zn 함량은 토판염이 높게 측정되었지만, Ca 함량을 제외하고 크게 차이를 보이지 않았다. 천일염의 당도 측정 결과 10.70 Brix로 높은 함량을 나타내어 어떤 종류의 당으로 구성되었는지에 대한 정성분석 연구가 요구된다. 무 절임 중 천일염과 스타터 첨가에 의한 발효 변화를 관찰하였을 때 스타터를 첨가한 그룹이 스타터를 첨가하지 않은 그룹보다 활발하게 유리당, 유기산 등 2차 대사산물을 생성하여, 우점종으로서 초기 미생물조절에 영향을 끼쳤다고 판단된다. 그리하여 실험에 사용된 Leuconostoc mesenteroides B-512F 균주의 스타터 첨가가 발효과정 중 미생물 균총 변화에 큰 영향을 주므로, 발효식품 제조 시 초기미생물 조절자로서의 명확한 역할 구명이 필요할 것으로 생각된다. In this study, the effects of the use of a starter on radish soaked at 4℃ for 28 days using two kinds of domestic sun-dried salt (white and gray salt) were determined. As a result, the moisture contents of the radish soaked with white and gray salt were 7.93 and 4.50%, respectively. The salinity levels were found to be equal (90%). No significant difference was found between the two groups in terms of the mineral contents of the salts therein (37812.41±1922.95 and 39755.13±1205.70 mg/100 g, respectively). However, iron and zinc contents of gray salt were higher than those of white salt while the calcium, potassium, and magnesium contents were lower than those of white salt. After the addition of the starter, the sugar content increased, the pH decreased, and the total acidity rapidly decreased compared with the non-starter group during fermentation. The total microorganism count of the two groups increased during the fermentation period of 28 days. From the initial fermentation for 7 days, the lactic acid bacteria in the non-starter group increased while those in the leuconostoc starter group steadily increased within the whole fermentation period. The Leuconostoc spp. in non-starter group increased, but that in the starter group decreased to pH 4.0 on day 14.

        Degradation and evaluation of myofibril proteins induced by endogenous protease in aquatic products during storage: a review

        Myofibril proteins degradation constitutes an important factor in quality deterioration, procedural activation or inhibition of endogenous protease potential regulates autolytic proteolysis-induced softening of post mortem fish muscle. Based on the brief introduction of myofibril proteins degradation in fish skeletal muscle, a detailed description of the main myofibril degradation properties and the distinct role played by endogenous proteases were proposed, which reflects the limitations and challenges of the current research on myofibril hydrolysis mechanisms based on the varied surrounding conditions. In addition, the latest researches on the evaluation method of myofibril proteins degradation were comprehensively reviewed. The potential use of label-free proteomics combined with bioinformatics was also emphasized and has become an important means to in-depth understand protein degradation mechanism.

        Dendritic porous SnO2/SiO2@polymer nanospheres for pH-controlled styptic drug release

        Dendritic porous tin oxide/silica (DTS) nanospheres (NSs) were prepared by emulsion-condensationroute. DTS NSs have an average diameter of 80 nm and possess accessible center-radial large porechannels, which endow them high surface area, less drug diffusion resistance and more mass transport. SnO2 quantum dots (QDs) embedded in silica skeleton can be used to track the drug release behavior. DTS NSs were coated by chitosan/polymethacrylic acid and polymer shell would make them achievegreat loading capacity and pH-sensitive release for aminomethylbenzoic acid (AMBA).

        Organic Acid Extraction of Fluoride from Antarctic Krill Euphausia superba

        The amount of fluoride removed from Antarctic krill via organic acid extraction depends on the extraction time, concentration, extraction volume, and the nature of the acid itself. The fluoride content in Euphausia superba was determined by measuring the concentration of fluoride ion in acidic extracts using an ion-selective electrode. The best results were obtained by adding 50 mL of 0.01 M citric acid to 0.3-0.5 g of krill and extracting for 5 min. Under these conditions, recoveries of fluoride from frozen whole krill and krill meat were 95.6-99.5% and 97.5-101.3%, respectively. The dry basis fluoride contents of krill by-product, krill meat and the boiled krill were 705, 298, and 575 ppm, respectively. These levels were significantly reduced by citric acid extraction.

        A Three-Stage Dynamic Risk Model for Metro Shield Tunnel Construction

        The complex construction process of the metro shield method often leads to safety accidents. The various construction stages of shield tunnel construction comprise different construction activities and are accompanied by different safety risk factors. However, traditional risk assessment often evaluates the risk factors as a whole before shield tunnel construction and does not evaluate the risk factors dynamically by construction stages and by construction activities. To fill this gap, this paper aims to construct a dynamic Bayesian-based safety risk assessment model for shield tunnel construction from the perspective of changing construction stages and activities. First, safety risk factors were identified using the work breakdown structure-risk breakdown structure (WBS-RBS) method. Then, a three-stage dynamic assessment model of safety risks was constructed to depict the shield launch, shield tunnel, and shield reach. The dynamic Bayesian network (DBN) was improved to address the model with triangular fuzzy numbers and the leaky noisy-or-gate extension model. Finally, a case study was conducted. The model proposed in this paper is able to reveal the dynamic evolution of safety risks triggered by different construction activities. It offers a new simulated model for the prevention of safety accidents in the construction of metro shields.

        Original Article : Quinone Reductase Lnduction Activity of Phlorotannins Derived from Eisenia bicyclis in Hepa1c1c7 Cells

        To assess the feasibility of phlorotannins from Eisenia bicyclis as cancer chemopreventative agents, we tested whether they induced quinone reductase (QR) in Hepa1c1c7 cells. The ethyl acetate (EtOAc) soluble fraction obtained from E. bicyclis exhibited a QR induction activity in Hepa1c1c7 cells. Successive column chromatography of the active EtOAc fraction resulted in the isolation of four phlorotannins. Their structures were elucidated using one- and two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopic techniques and characterized as phloroglucinol (1), dioxinodehydroeckol (2), dieckol (3), and fucofuroeckol-A (4). Among these compounds, fucofuroeckol-A (4) showed moderate QR induction activity, and dioxinodehydroeckol (2) exhibited potent QR induction potency with 2.05 ± 0.04 fold induction at a concentration of 50 μM compared to the dimethyl sulfoxide solvent-treated control cells. However, phloroglucinol (1) and dieckol (3) exerted no detectable QR induction activity in Hepa1c1c7 cells. These results suggest that dioxinodehydroeckol could serve as a useful cancer chemopreventive chemical.

      • Improving Test Efficiency through Prioritization Based On Testing Dependency

        During the various iterations of software development, test case prioritization generally schedules test cases in order to increase test efficiency as soon as possible without reducing the scale of the test. It is noted that currently, many prioritization techniques are usually based on the assumption that the test cases are independent so as to reduce testing effort. However in the actual test, the dependencies and relations exist between the test cases. In this paper, we propose a new type of prioritization technique based on the relationship of dependencies between test cases. We gather the dependency information of a test suite and then put forward a weighted depth-first search algorithm to determine the most effective order. To assess our approach, an academic feasibility study and three industrial experiments are conducted. Evaluation results indicate that our proposed method can be used to improve the fault detection effectiveness when compared with random ordering and some existed prioritization techniques which are based on function coverage.
