본 연구에서는 RF/DC 마그네크론 스퍼터링 시스템과 RTA를 이용하여 열처리를 하므로써 실리콘산화질화막(SiOxNy) 제조를 시도 하였다. 우선 상온에서 스퍼터로 실리콘(100) 기판 위에 실리콘산화막(SiO_2)을 제조한 후 900℃에서 질소분위기로 열처리를 하여 박막을 제조한 후 물리적, 화학적 특성들에 대하여 알아보았다. XRD 패턴을 확인해 본 결과 질소와 실리콘산화질화물의 피크가 관찰되지 않았다. 이는 EDX의 선분석과 XPS의 관찰에서도 같은 결과가 나타났다. AFM을 이용해 표면을 살펴 본 결과 실리몬(100) 기판의 영향으로 글라스 기판과는 달리 일정한 방향으로 증착되었으며 열러치 후 다소 부드러운 표면이 관찰되었음을 알 수 있었다. 암모니아(NH_3)와는 달리 스퍼터링의 플라즈마를 이용한 안정적인 질소가스의 이온화가 쉽게 이루어지지 않았던 것과 마찬가지로 RTA를 이용한 열처리에서도 질소가스의 반응성은 매우 낮은 것으로 사료된다. In this study, the grows of silicon oxynitride(SiOxNy) by using RF/DC sputtering method and RTA*rapid thermal annealing) method. Silicon oxynitride(SiOxNy) thin films were annealed at 900℃ in N_2 gas. From XRD results, It was not observed that the peak of the films enhance as the increase of annealing temperature and time. This result was certified by EDX and XPS analysis. From AFM results, the surface roughness were decreased with annealing. The results can be used as basic study for development of high ability insulator.

In order to investigate the effect of trypsin(TP) on the phage antigenicity, the Klebsiella phage-host cell system and sheep red blood cells were used, and the results were as follows. The neutralization velocity of Tp-treated phage(Tp phage) by anti-normal phage serum was faster than that of normal phage. And, the neutralization of normal phage by anti-Tp phage serum was remarkably worse than that of Tp phage. The normal phage - neutralizing activity of the anti-normal phage serum absorbed with Tp phage was very weak. However, the anti-Tp phage serum absorbed with normal phage still considerably neutralized the Tp phage. The cold phage hemagglutination(CPH) by normal and Tp phage was most favourable when the reactions are carried out with each phage-correspondig antiserum. The anti-normal phage serum absorbed with Tp phage and the anti-Tp phage serum absorbed with normal phage still formed, with each corresponding phage, the CPH. The neutralization of Tp phage, by anti-normal phage serum, Passed two times through host bacteria and that of Tp phage, by anti-Tp phage serum, Passed three times through host bacteria were similar to the neutralization of normal phage by each antiserum. If the Tp phage is passed two times or three times through host bacteria, the forming capability of CPH by each phage bacame similar, under the anti - normal and anti - Tp phage sera, to that of normal phage. The absorption of Tp phage to host bacteria was a little faster than that of normal phage. If the Tp tretment of phage is done for 48hours at 37℃, the surviving titer was reduced to around 40%.

<P>Papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) is the most frequent carcinoma of the thyroid gland and has a relatively good prognosis. However, it is important to identify PTC characteristics that indicate high risk for recurrence and metastasis. To date, overexpression of the membrane mucin, MUC1, has been investigated as a key molecular event in the pathogenesis of aggressive PTC. However, other membrane-associated mucins, matrix metalloproteinase-13 (MMP-13) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-13 (TIMP-3), have not been studied yet. The aim of this study was to evaluate the expression levels of MUC4, MUC15, MMP-13, and TIMP-3 and their prognostic significance in PTC.</P>

플래시 메모리는 기존 디스크 저장 장치에 비해 부피가 작고 소비 전력이 매우 낮으며 외부 충격 등에 대해서 높은 신뢰성을 보장하는 등의 장점을 가지므로 최근에 많은 모바일 장치에 사용되고 있다. 하지만 플래시 메모리는 하드웨어 특성상 특정 블록에 쓰기 연산을 하려면 해당 블록이 미리 소거되어야만 한다. 또한 플래시 메모리의 각 블록은 소거될 수 있는 횟수가 제한되어 있기 때문에 각 블록에 대하여 균등한 소거 횟수를 가질 수 있도록 하는 소거 횟수 평준화(wear-leveling) 기법이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 연결 리스트 구조를 이용한 그룹 기반 소거 횟수 평준화 기법을 제안한다. 이 기법은 소거 횟수를 평준화하기 위해 희생 블록을 선정할 때, 연결 리스트 구조를 이용하여 블록의 소거 횟수 비교를 최소화시킨 기법이다.

Purpose: During the past decade, various endoscopic thyroid surgeries have been conducted, each with its own benefits. The incorporation of robotic systems to endoscopic thyroid surgery has improved the visualization and precision of endoscopic techniques. We previously reported our initial experience with robotic modified radical neck dissection (MRND) of papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) with lateral neck node metastasis (LNM). The aim of this study was to compare surgical outcomes of robotic vs. conventional open MRND of PTC with LNM using propensity score matching. Methods: From January 2008 to February 2011, 515 patients with PTC with LNM were enrolled. One hundred patients underwent robotic MRND, and 415 patients underwent conventional open MRND. These two groups were retrospectively compared with respect to their clinicopathological characteristics, surgical outcomes, and surgical completeness. Furthermore, to avoid selection bias, propensity score matching analysis was used to compare surgical outcomes of each group without any compounding factors. Results: The operative time for the robotic MRND was longer than for the open MRND (297.9±60.2 min vs. 212.1±55.6 min, P=0.089). However, the mean numbers of retrieved lymph nodes and mean hospital stay after surgery were similar in the two groups (36.0±12.9 vs. 40.8±13.3, P=0.235), (6.1±1.6 days vs. 6.1±2.1 days, P=0.577). The complication rates were similar between the two groups, and there was no statistical difference in postoperative thyroglobulin levels between groups (0.51±0.83 ng/ml vs. 0.89±2.46 ng/ml, P=0.593). Conclusion: According to our study, robotic MRND shows similar surgical outcomes to conventional open MRND after case-matched analyses. We suggest that robotic MRND is an acceptable alternative as an operative method for PTC with LNM, resulting in excellent cosmesis and patient satisfaction.
