The current model aims to give homomorphic explanation on syntax as well as semantics with linear operaition, which is based on filled and to-be-filled categories. Filled categories are similar to slash categories of GPSG but with different effect. To-be-filled categories are provided as default value from ID rules. A sentence is not considered complete until to-be-filled categories are satisfied. The rules in this model are not only contex-free but also binary so that default value assignment becomes possible.

Geotextile containers for restoration of slopes form the interface between the containers during the restored to lost slopes, and therefore the relation displacements are developed including the sliding on the surface. Since, the shear strength on these interfaces is less than that of fill material in the container, the characteristics of shear strength on the interface governs the behavior of the restoration slopes. In general, a lot of natural properties of geotexiles is required to evaluate the safty of the geotextiles, Among the properties, the shear characteristics between geotextiles and soil is a important variable to assess the safety. From the results of full scale direct shear test, the residual shear strength is recommanded to use for design factors since a large deformation possibly occures on the geotextile containers.

Purpose: To determine the appropriate regimen of antibiotic prophylaxis for the prevention of bacterial infections in patients receiving percutaneous neph-rolithotomy (PCNL). Materials and Methods: Forty patients, who planned to undergo PCNL from October 2015 to August 2017, were assigned randomly into two groups. Patients in the single-dose group (n=20) were administered an intravenous single dose of 2 g ceftriaxone 30 minutes before PCNL, whereas those in the three-days regimen group (n=20) were administered a preoperative intravenous single dose of 2 g ceftriaxone and an additional postoperative oral cefpodoxime proxetil (100 mg twice a day) for three days. The incidences of infectious complications in the two groups, such as pyrexia, systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS), and sepsis, were compared. Results: Fever (axillary temperature >38.0oC) did not develop in any of the patients in the single-dose group but developed in one patient (5.0%) in the three-day regimen group due to pneumonia (p=0.3). SIRS developed in a total of eight patients (20.0%), four patients from each group. None of the patients in either group developed sepsis after PCNL.Conclusions: The three-day prophylactic antibiotic regimen did not demonstrate better efficacy for the prevention of bacterial infections in patients with PCNL compared to the single-dose prophylactic antibiotic regimen.

The objective of this study was to assess the strain-specificity of a DNA probe, Fu12, for Fusobacterium nucleatum subsp. nucleatum ATCC $25586^T$ (F. nucleatum ATCC $25586^T$), and to develop sets of strain-specific polymerase chain reaction (PCR) primers. Strain-specificity was tested against 16 strains of F. nucleatum and 3 strains of distinct Fusobacterium species. Southern blot hybridization revealed that the Fu12 reacted exclusively with the HindIII-digested genomic DNA of F. nucleatum ATCC $25586^T$. The results of PCR revealed that three pairs of PCR primers, based on the nucleotide sequence of Fu12, generated the strain-specific amplicons from F. nucleatum ATCC $25586^T$. These results suggest that the DNA probe Fu12 and the three pairs of PCR primers could be useful in the identification of F. nucleatum ATCC $25586^T$, especially with regard to the determination of the authenticity of the strain.
