        비만한 성인남성의 음주 및 식이습관의 특성연구

        The Case Study of Alcohol & Food Habits in Obese Adult Men Young-Jun Lee, O.M.D., Myeong-Jong Lee, O.M.D. Department of Oriental Rehabilitaion Medicine, College of Oriental Medicine, Dongguk University Objective : Obesity is closely related to several factors such as genetic factors, energy intake and energy expenditure. It was said that alcohol & food habits were important to formation of obesity. The purpose of this study are to find out the alcohol & food habitual characteristic of obese adult men and to promote the health of these men. Method: From May, 2000 to November, 2001, We collected 75 cases obese patients, who visited to the Health Examination Center Dept. of Kangnam oriental medicine hospital, Dongguk University who took the health examination, and control group who were matched by age and sex. We investigated the alcohol & food habits by questionnaire. Results and Conclusions: 1. The patients over BMI 25 were in excess of the standard of obesity such as Modified Broca s Index, Percent Body Fat, Abdominal Fat Distribution. But, the patients below BMI 20 were normal range of obesity degree. 2. Abdominal Fat Distribution was increased according to age and physical activity was decreased in obese group. 3. The mean of total calory by alcohol in a month was 4324.6kcal in obese group while control group was 2206.8kcal. 4. In the comparison of food habit, obese group is higher than control group in 7 articles of the 13 articles which influenced obesity.

        아드레날린 동작성 약물이 구강점막의 리도케인 Clearance에 미치는 영향

        Some adrenergic drugs have been used as vasoconstrictors in local anesthetics for prolongation of acting duration and minimization of side effects. But, the exact role of vasoconstrictors on the clearance of local anesthetics in oral mucosa was not investgated. This experiment was carried out to clarify the influences of some adrenergic drugs on the clearance of lidocaine in oral mucosa. Sprague-Dawley rats were devided into control(no vasoconstrictor) group, epinephrine(1:100,000)-contained group, norepinephrine(1:30,000)-contained group and phenylephrine(1:2,500)-contained group. In urethane(1.2g/㎏) anesthetized rats, 300μl of 2% lidocaine with or without vasoconstrictor injected in the palatal mucosa. According to time schedule, they were sacrificed by exsanguination immediately, 30 and 60 minutes later after injection, respectively. The palatal mucosa was removed and homogenized by mechanical force and ultrasonicated in 0.1N HCl(500μl). The samples were centrifuged after akalization. Aliquat of the supernatant was injected into HPLC. Also, systemic effects of vasoconstrictors were evaluated with recording arterial blood pressures in common carotid artery. In control animals, lidocaine clearances reached 85.4% and 89.3% at 30 and 60 minutes after injection, respectively. At 30 minutes after injection, lidocaine clearances of vasoconstrictor contained group were different from control group significantly(p<0.01), and lidocaine clearance of phenylephrine contained group appeared higher than those of the other vasoconstrictor contained groups(p<0.05). But, at 60 minutes after injection, only epinephrine contained group had lower lidocaine clearance than control group(p<0.01). Intraperitoneal injection of the same dosage of palatal mucosa injecton of these vasoconstrictors did not elicit the change of blood pressure and heart rate.

      • WWW기반의 C 원시 코드 분석 도구의 개발

        급격하게 발전하고 있는 웹기반의 환경에 맞추어 소프트웨어 공학기술은 변화하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 공학의 역공학과 UML 기술을 이용하고, 웹 프로그래밍 기술 중에서 자바 서블릿 및 애플릿을 사용하여, 웹상에서 C 원시 코드 파일을 분석하는 C 원시 코드 분석 도구의 설계 및 구현에 대해 논한다. C 원시코드 분석 도구는 사용자가 분석하기를 원하는 C 원시 코드를 웹 브라우저를 통하여 입력받아서 사용자에게 구조도(Structure Chart)형태로 보여준다. 이 도구는 크게 분석기와 생성기로 나눠진다. 분석기는 C 원시 코드 파일을 입력받아서 프로젝트 단위로 저장하고, 역공학 도구의 일종인 cflow 와 cxref를 사용하여 C 원시 코드를 분석하여 데이터베이스에 저장한다. 생성기는 데이터베이스에서 자바 서블릿을 이용하여 자료를 추출하고, 자바 애플릿으로 그 결과를 사용자의 웹 브라우저에 구조도 형식으로 보여준다. Due to the rapid growth and popularity of a WWW, the existing software engineering technologies are required to adapt to a new environment. In this paper we discuss the design and implementation of a documentation tool extracting automatically the design information from C source code files using reverse engineering technologies and UML. The tool's outputs include the information about relationships between files and functions, between functions and functions, and between functions and global variables. To implement this tool, we used cxref and cflow that are reverse engineering tools, and java applet and servlet.

      • Cyclohexanone-Cyclohexanol-Phenol系에서의 UNIFAC Parameter 推定 및 Fitting

        Even though a ternary system of cyclohexanone-cyclohexandol - phenol has a significant value in industrial applications, not enough reported references of the thermodynamic properties are available. Attempts are made to estimated necessary parameters for UNIFAC methods which are not vailable in the references. Then applicability or the UNIFAC method for this system is tested by fitting with phase responses. Also results of the fitting of experimental values and estimated values by UNIFAC are compared.

        혈소판 농축 혈장이 임플란트 주변 골형성에 미치는 효과에 대한 연구

        Various methods have been used to fill in the defects around the implants. Recently, researchs of developing and purifying various growth factors, and efforts to apply these growth factors in clinical situations have been carried out. Among those tries, platelet-rich plasma(PRP) containing abundant PDGF and TGF-β obtained by the sequestration and concentration of platelets by the gradient density centrifugation became one of the popular and preferred methods becuase of relatively simple procedure and abundant growth factor components. Bone morphogenic protein(BMP), platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF), and transforming growth factor-beta(TGF-β) are growth factors in the PRP that promote the bone formation. To elucidate the effects of PRP on the bone formation in peri-implant bone defects, twenty-seven Steri-Oss implants were inserted in the mandibular premolar areas of 8 adult dogs and artificial bone defects(3×4×4㎜) were prepared at the buccal side of the implants in 1st premolar, at the distal side of the implants in 3rd premolar. The control groups were filled with bovine bone grafts without PRP, and the experimental groups were filled with bovine bone grafts with PRP. Animals were sacrificed at 1, 2, 4, 8, and 12 weeks after the operation and speimens were observed by light and electron microscope. The results were as follows. first, the bone formation was observed at 1st week in the experimental groups, but at 2nd week in the control groups. second, the mature bone was observed at 4th week in the experimental groups. but 8th week in the control groups. the bone growth rate of experimental groups was more rapid than that of control groups. third, at 12th week, bone density ratio was higher in the experimental groups(71.65%) than that of the control groups(48.49%). fourth, Grafted bovine bone were almost completely absorbed at 1st week in experimental groups, but it was still present at 8th week in control groups. From the above results, PRP may accelerate the formation of new bone by promoting absorption of the graft material and increasing the growth rate of bone.

        This region was surveyed by some researcher but we tried to a survey thoroughly area of 6.25 ㎢ in this area which is one part of Hamrasan formation, and also we tried to estimate developing probability of coalbearing formation in this area. This area shows complicated geological structure due to serious diastrophism and intrusion of igneous rocks and so we consider that it influences recovery of coal mining seriously.

        초등학교 저학년을 대상으로 한 창의적 체험활동용 환경교육 프로그램의 개발 및 효과 분석

        The purpose of this study was to develop an environmental education program for creative activities in the lower grades of elementary school. The methods of this study were literature review, evaluation of elementary environmental education experts, and a field test. In addition, a qualitative analysis was also conducted to complement the quantitative analysis through portfolios, observations, and interviews. The results of this study are as follows. First, the development of the curriculum design model was based on a theory of an environmental education program which uses creative activities. Second, the post-test was more effective in prompting a pro-environmental attitude compared to the pre-test. Third, the students were concerned and interested in the environmental learning, and they demonstrated positive attitudes and participation toward the environment and environmental problems. The creative activities for this environmental education program indicated an ability to promote active learning participation and various positive actions. In conclusion, this environmental education program for creative activities had a positive effect on the pro-environmental attitude of the lower grade elementary school students. It is therefore suggested, as a follow-up activities, that more intensive research related this study be conducted, linking both teaching and learning methods. 본 연구는 창의적 체험활동용 환경교육 프로그램을 개발하고 초등학교 저학년 학생들의 환경친화적 태도에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 초등학교 2학년 1개 학급 28명을 대상으로 20차시에 걸쳐 창의적 체험활동용 환경교육 프로그램을 적용하였다. 실험집단을 대상으로 사전·사후 검사지를 이용하여 수집된 자료들을 SPSS 12.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 결과를 분석하였다. 그리고 정량적 분석을 보완하기 위하여 연구자의 참여 관찰, 학생들의 포트폴리오 및 면담을 통해 정성적 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 개발된 창의적 체험활동용 환경교육과정 모형은 1차원을 교육과정 유형, 2차원을 교육과정 접근, 3차원을 교육과정 내용으로 설정하였다. 둘째, 초등학교 저학년을 대상으로 한 창의적 체험활동용 환경교육 프로그램은 주제선정 및 교수·학습 지도안 및 활동지를 개발하여 현장교사에 대한 조사 연구와 전문가의 자문을 받아 수정·보완하였다. 셋째, 개발된 프로그램을 적용후, 학생들은 정의적 및 행동적 요소를 포함한 환경친화적 태도에 유의하게 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 정성적 분석 결과, 개발된 프로그램을 진행하는 동안 학생들은 자신의 삶과 주변 환경의 밀접한 관련성에 대해 인식하였을 뿐만 아니라 일상생활에서도 환경친화적 행동을 실천하고자 노력하는 모습을 보였다. 이러한 연구를 종합해 볼 때, 본 연구에서 개발된 창의적 체험활동용 환경교육 프로그램은 초등학교 저학년 학생들에게 환경친화적 태도를 향상에 효과적인 수업 방법이라 할 수 있으므로 초등학교에서 환경교육이 보다 활발하게 이루어지기 위해서는 창의적 체험활동용 프로그램을 체계적으로 실시하기 위한 심층적인 연구와 교수·학습 활동에 관한 후속 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다.

      • PAM-STAMP에 의한 정사각형 디프드로잉의 성형성 및 마찰의 영향에 관한 연구

        Numerical simulation of sheet metal forming for body panels as well as other components has wide acceptance in the automotive industry. Therefore this paper was focused in the formability and frictional effect on the square cup deep drawing by the explicit finite elements cod PAM-STAMP?. The computed results are compared with the experimental results to show the validity of the analysis. In order to compare the simulation results with the experiment results and predict the effect of μ?(which is the friction between die and blank) and μ?(which is the friction between punch and black), the relationships between punch load and punch stroke, and the relationships between thickness strain and distance, are used. According to this study, the simulation results show generally good agreement with the experimental results. So, the simulation results by using PAM-STAMP? will give engineers a good information to assess the formability and frictional effect of square cup deep drawing.
