The Effects of Anticipated Fiscal Policy Shock on Macroeconomic Dynamics in Japan
Hiroshi Morita 한국재정학회 2016 한국재정학회 학술대회 논문집 Vol.2016 No.-
This study investigates the effects of fiscal policy on macroeconomic dynamics in Japan with a particular focus on the effects of anticipated fiscal policy shock and the recent policies of Abenomics. We identify anticipated fiscal policy shock by combining excess stock returns for the construction industry and the VAR model with robust sign restrictions derived from a theoretical model. The primary result is that GDP and consumption respond positively to anticipated fiscal policy shock. Additionally, the result of historical decomposition that focused on the period of Abenomics reveals that anticipated fiscal policy shock positively contributes to consumption dynamics.
Field-induced Strain Memory with Non-180˚ Domain-reorientation Control
Yoichi Kadota,Hiroshi Hosaka,Takeshi Morita 한국물리학회 2010 THE JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY Vol.57 No.41
Using non-180˚ domain-reorientation control, we propose the strain memory effect in ferroelectric ceramics. Electric fields with asymmetric amplitudes were applied to soft-type lead zirconate titanate (PZT) ceramics, and the strain hysteresis and the polarization loop were measured. The butterfly curve became asymmetric under an electric field with a particular asymmetric amplitude. The asymmetric butterfly curve had two stable strain states at zero electric field. Thus, the strain memory effect was realized as the difference between the two stable strain states. An XRD analysis was carried out to verify the contribution of the non-180˚ domain reorientation to the strain memory effect. The non-180˚ domain reorientation was determined as the intensity ratio of the (002) to the (200) peak. The strain memory determined from macroscopic strain measurements had a linear relationship to the non-180 domain volume fraction. This result indicated the origin of the strain memory to be the non-180˚ domain reorientation.
Development of Ply-Lam Composed of Japanese Cypress Laminae and Korean Larch Plywood
( Yoshiyasu Fujimoto ),( Hiroshi Tanaka ),( Hideki Morita ),( Seog Goo Kang ) 한국목재공학회 2021 목재공학 Vol.49 No.1
In recent years, the use of cross laminated timber (CLT) has been evolving. In addition, CLT manufactured with various species such as Japanese cedar has been developed to utilize the local resources in each country. However most factories in Japan produce CLT by bonding the laminae in width direction for orthogonal layers, where grain of element is perpendicular to the grain of outer layer, and this process is considered to be one of the factors that reduce productivity. A new wood based material (hereinafter referred to as Ply-lam) using wooden panel such as plywood for the orthogonal layer was developed in order to improve productivity in CLT manufacturing and improve quality. Japanese cypress lamina was used for the parallel layer, where grain of element is parallel to the grain of outer layer, of CLT and Korean larch plywood was used for the orthogonal layer, in order to effectively use Korean larch and expand the utilization of Japanese cypress. The cross-sectional construction of the Ply-lam was 5-layers 5-plies, and the dimensions were 1000 mm (width) × 150 mm (depth) × 4000 mm (length). As a performance evaluation of the manufactured Ply-lam, strength tests such as out-of-plane bending, in-plane bending, out-of-plane shearing and in-plane shearing tests were carried out. As the result of this study, Ply-lam composed of Japanese cypress lamina panels and Korean larch plywood showed very higher out-of-plane bending strength compared to the standard strength of CLT. And the result obtained in other tests seems to show a sufficiently high value.

Hideji Itokawa,Osamu Shirota,Hiroshi Morita,Koichi Takeya,Yoichi Iitaka 한국자원식물학회 1994 한국자원식물학회지 Vol.7 No.1
The isolation and structure elucidation Of five new oligo-nicotinated sesquiterpene polyesters with a dihydroagarofuran core from Maytenus ilicifolia, named cangorins F, G,H,1 and J [1-5], is described. The strurtures of these compounds, which possessed nicotinyl, benroyl, and areryl groups as esterifying moieties, were elucidaied by $^IH- and ^{13}C$ 수식 이미지-nmrspectroscopic studies, inrlusive of hereronuclear correlation, long-range correlation, and nOespectra, along with mass and cd spectral dara, and the X-ray crystallographic analysis of 1.

Antileukemic tropoloisoquinoline alkaloids, pareirubine A (1) and gandirubrine (2), at first have been isolated from.Abuta concolor (Menisper-maceae). Methylation of 1 and 2, existing in solution as a mixture of tautomersgave the corresponding four methyl derivatives (3 -6). Thioimerubrine (7) andthioisoimerubrine (8) were prepared by the nucleophilic substitutions of themethoxyl groups at C-11 and -10, respectively. Acetylation of 1 and 2produced the corresponding mono-acetyl tautomers (9 and 10). Antileukemicactivity of these derived tropoloisoquinoline alkaloids is also reported.

Several prospective studies on laparoscopy-assisted distal gastrectomy for early gastric cancer have been initiated, but no prospectivestudy evaluating laparoscopy-assisted total gastrectomy or laparoscopy-assisted proximal gastrectomy has been completed to date. Anon-randomized confirmatory trial was commenced in April 2015 to evaluate the safety of laparoscopy-assisted total gastrectomy andlaparoscopy-assisted proximal gastrectomy for clinical stage I gastric cancer. A total of 245 patients will be accrued from 42 Japaneseinstitutions over 3 years. The primary endpoint is the proportion of patients with anastomotic leakage. The secondary endpoints areoverall survival, relapse-free survival, proportion of patients with completed laparoscopy-assisted total gastrectomy or laparoscopy-assistedproximal gastrectomy, proportion of patients with conversion to open surgery, adverse events, and short-term clinical outcomes. TheUMIN Clinical Trials Registry number is UMIN000017155.

Hideji Itokawa,Xu-Rong Qin,Hiroshi Morita,Koichi Takeya 한국자원식물학회 1994 한국자원식물학회지 Vol.7 No.1
Two new 1,2-seco-1-nor-6((5 $\mapsto$ 수식 이미지 10)abeo-picrasan-2,5-olideskeleton quassinoids, eurylactones A [1] and B [2], and two new $C_{19}$ skeleton quassinoids 3 and 4 were isolated from Eurycoma longifolia together with two known $C_{18}$ quassinoids 5 and 6. Their sttuctures were established by the spectral evidence. Many quassinoids have already been isolated (1-3) from the roots, wood, and leaves of Eurycoma longiolia Jack (Simaroubaceae) and have been used as a folk medicine insoutheast Asia. As part of a series of studies, we have further undertaken the chemicalinvestigation of the n-BuOH-soluble fraction of the MeOH extract and isolated two new1,2-seco-1-nor-6(5 $\mapsto$ 수식 이미지 10)abeo-picrasane skeleton quassinoids 1 and 2, which have beenknown only in shinjulactone B (4,5) and yadanfiolide (6), two new $C_{19}$ 수식 이미지-type quasslnolds3 and 4, and two known C18-type quassinoids 5 and 6. In this paper, the structureelucidation and biosenetic relation of these compounds are described.
