        There are two common problems that the mordern cities have. One is to how he citizens are effecially interested in the cultural remains in the cities. The other is to how the people who have the architectural treasure in the cities don't convert these into economical property values, but have a preserving awareness It is the tendency that the historical cultural environment is gradually incorporate into the area of the cities according to rapid increase in papulation and the diffuseness of the city. In this process some people think that the valuable historical architectural treasure is an obstacle in devising the city planning. This thesis is to how effecially preserve and applicate thet Taejon,s historical cultural environment. In this thesis it has made up questions to 1,134persons of Taejon citizents to what extent were rocognizing the local historical archtecural treasure. the questionnaires items were divided under five heads as follows. 1) the cognition about Taejon's historcal architectural treasure 2) The satisfaction to the preservation status 3) the opinion about the application plan The population characteristcs of effective answers were devided into sex, age, education level, occupation, occupation of architecture, duration of residence in Taejon, residential district, etc. The content of questionnaires were analyzed in chapter6 in detail. To preserve the historical cultural environment of cities is troublesome and complicated works right now, but it is our's duties and resposibilities to do necessaily. In this thesis (Ⅰ) it will be find the method to high up the recognition about the historical cultural environment on the basis of this recognition reserch and frame the architectural planning about the effective preservation and application plan.

      • 초등학교 수학수업에서의 소집단 협동학습 효과성 연구 : 수학 1-나 단계를 중심으로 in 1-B math stage

        현재 우리의 초등교육 현장에서 해결하여야 할 가장 큰 문제는 학급당 인원수가 많다는 것이다. 이로 인하여 아동 개개인에게 쏟아지는 교사의 보살핌이 적어질 수 밖에 없었던 것이다. 교사에 대한 의존도를 줄이면서도 아동 개개인의 참여와 흥미를 유발할 수 있는 교육 방법으로 현재 관심을 끌고 있는 것이 소집단 협동학습이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 부천시 소재 B 초등학교 1-나 단계의 한 학급의 아동을 대상으로 소집단을 구성하고, 협동학습으로 수학문제를 풀게 한 후, 담화 과정에 대한 근접 관찰과 더불어 협동학습 직전·직후의 문제에 대한 반응 비교를 통하여, 협동학습의 효과성을 나타내는 요인들을 분석하여 보았다. 교사중심에서 벗어나 동료들과 협동학습으로 수학문제를 해결하는 아동들 사이에서는 상위, 중위, 하위 아동이 협동학습 내에서 각자의 특징적인 역할을 보였고, 상위 아동 중심적이며 남자 아동 중심적인 협동학습 형태가 나타났으며, 반복 논의, 비판적인 태도, 관찰과 통찰이라는 세 가지의 특징적인 요인들이 확인되었다. 이상의 결과에서 연구자는 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하여 보았다. 첫째, 소집단 협동학습에서 나타나는 수학 풀이과정의 단순한 내용에 대한 반복된 논의는 아동의 학습효과를 증진한다. 둘째, 동료들의 문제 풀이 과정에 대하여 자유롭게 나타나는 비판적인 태도가 학습의 효과를 증진한다. 셋째, 동료들의 수학 문제 풀이와 문제해결 과정에 대한 흥미있는 관찰을 통해 학습의 효과가 증진된다. I think a large class size is the biggest problem that should be solved urgently in elementary education. The excessive number of students in a class virtually reduces teacher's care for individual children. The small-group cooperative learning is currently highlighted as a teaching method to lower dependence on teacher but raise individual child's involvement and interest. The purpose of this study was, accordingly, to examine what factor made cooperative learning effective. For the purpose, the children in a class of elementary school that stayed in 1-B math stage were divided into small groups, and they were asked to solve math questions by cooperative learning. And then their discourse processes were closely observed, and their responses to the given question immediately before and after cooperative learning were compared. When children solved math question in cooperative learning with peers, not by teacher-centered one, the high-ranking, middle-ranking and low-ranking children separately performed a unique, different role. The cooperative learning was led by the high-ranking children and boy children, and three distinct factors were observed: repeated discussion, critical attitude, observation and insight. The following conclusion was derived from the above-mentioned findings: First, the repeated discussion about a simple math matter in small-group cooperative learning improved children's learning effect. Second, the naturally appeared critical attitude to problem-solving process of peers elevated learning effect. Third, the observation of math problem-solving process of peers with interest led to better learning effect.

      • 구속운동을 받는 외팔보의 혼돈진동

        When the motion of vibrating structure is restrained by the adjacent objects, its vibration frequencies and mode shapes are changed. In general, the vibration characteristics of the system becomes unpredictable. Although the importance of the study on this type of vibration model increases in many engineering areas, most studies conducted to date were focused to the theoretical study on dynamic responses of the structure with stops, including a few experimental works. Specially, the study on the nonlinear phenomena due to the impact between a structure and stops have been mainly performed theoretically. It is, therefore, desired to find a way to have a better understanding on the vibration characteristics caused by the impact of a structure to stops. In the paper, both numerical analyses and experiments are conducted for a fixed-free beam that is restrained by the stops at the free end. The chaotic vibration characteristics of the nonlinear motion and the dynamic response of the system are investigated and presented for various magnetic forces between stops.

      • 日本의 GIS 展開沿革과 最近의 動向에 關한 硏究

        The history of GIS in Japan have been started from the Mesh-data at 1969 and the UIS(Urban Information System) at the middle of 1970's, and recently we can find the term of GIS in many fields and places in Japan. Specially after the Earthquake disaster of Kobe, the importance of the Emergency Management System and the Spatial Data Framework have been growing quickly and the studies and projects of GIS have been increased more and more. I hope that the study about the history and the recent situation of GIS in Japan can show the right way for many GIS projects in our county and so we can be escaped from the abusement of time and money, because the Land Regulation System and the Concept of Land Ownership of Japan are very similar to those of Korea. For that purpose, first, I try to trace the history and the present situation of GIS, UIS, FM/AM and Spatial Database Framework in Japan, second, to identify the advantages and disadvantages and problems of Japanese system and finally to suggest more propper way for the GIS projects in Korea.

      • 공간분석을 위한 지리정보체계의 활용방안

        Space plays a centrol role as an organizing concept in all space referenced science, Geography, Urban or Regional planning, Regional science, for example. So it has been expected that the analysis of spatial data and the specialized techniques that this requires have received considerable attention for a long time, but the tools that can be applied in spatial analysis are very limited to Paper Map analysis before 1960's Quantitative Revolution in Geography. The quantitative research methods can be used very powerfully when they want to find the numeric expression or statistic analysis, but to acquire the spatial data as their desire, and to presente the results of their research in spatial referenced form are still limited. Geographical Information Sysems(GIS) are capable of acquiring spatially indexed data from variety of sources, changing the date into useful formats, storing the data, retrieving and manupulating the data for analysis, and then generating the output required by a given user. So many spatial analyst who have been wished for new tools are very interested in GIS's function and availity. But the lack of analytical and modelling fuctionality will be some barrier to be available tools in spatial analysis and modelling. This paper will discuss about the advantages and limitation of the traditional map analysis methods, quantitative analysis methods and using GIS methods, and then suggest the direction and strategies to increase both the analytical and modelling capabilities.

      • DCT를 이용한 Motion-JPEG 과 MPEG 압축 Dynamic Video의 세분화 통합 연구

        The purpose of the image compression is to compress the data as best as we can, as well as to maintain the quality, the clarity and the brevity of the data admitted in the original image. Therefore, it can be used to compress the image data in the various proportion by removing the overlapping, which the image data involves, or by narrowing the bandwidth of correspondence channel in case of image transmission; to transmit and store the large amount of image data by making use of the minimum storage buffer. In recent, a number of algorithms were suggested for the compression of image data. But they chiefly focused on the improvement of compressibility, so that the restoration of original image had not a few problems. The image data, in this study, is processed on the DC sequence without decompression processing made on the JPEG, the MPEG dynamic graphic screen, which is the problem of the image compression making use of descrete cosine transform, the standard of JPEG, in case of the image restoration. And this thesis describes the algorithm trying to find out the screen which is changing abruptly and gradually on the JPEG and the MPEG compressed dynamic screen. The DC images (the small-changed part of the original image data) include almost all important data. The processing by DC images leads to thesaving of calculating time. The simulation experiment indicated that the algorithm suggested in this study was much more rapid and efficient to find out the abrupt, gradual changing screen than the former other algorithms.

      • ATM상의 서로 다른 LIS에 속한 IP 호스트간의 직접 연결

        The existing local area networks are primarily based on shared media interconnects, which are likely to become potential bottlenecks not only because of new multimedia applications but also because of the rapid growth of services employing simple data transfers. Asynchronous transfer mode(ATM) is viewed as an emerging technology capable of removing this bottleneck. Therefore it requires implementing the IP in the evolving ATM local area networks. Implementing IP directly over ATM require translating an IP address to an ATM address. This paper suggests a new path control server and one-to-one connection set-up type to minimize such limitations which come from connection set-up. The suggesting model, which has independent server on connection set-up required at each logical IP subnetwork, provides faster routing information by managing path control informations to establish direct connections across IP subnets in the ATM domain.

      • 도시계획 의사결정지원과 도시관리를 위한 GIS의 효용성과 한계에 관한 연구

        It is widely considered that GIS can be a powerful and helpful planning tool. And in a sense it is true. GIS have a powerful functions which can assist the planners or spatial analysts. The easiness in dat acquiring, data storage, data retrieval and manipulation, the effectiveness of the power of persuasion by visual display capability and the map production function are the parts of those helpful functions. But in a application area, (i. e. planning consultants or local government), they are not satisfied with the role of GIS to their wants. So the main purpose of this paper is to find the needs, the effectiveness and the limitation of GIS in urban planning and management. And alse I tried to show some applications of GIS as a Urban Planning Information System.

      • 대전시의 도시공간구조의 형성에 관한 연혁적 연구(1)

        The purpose of this paper is to trace the process of development and spatial change on urban structure of Taejun form the birth. For that purpose we reorganize the process of urban growth and city development project from the birth(1904) to present 1998. We select some factors as the elements what represents spatial change, Administrative District change, Population Growth, Development Project and Urban Planning By this study we want to identify the reasons which result the irregular and unsafe road system from the historical factor.

      • 도시내 타워건축에 따른 경관영향 분석방안에 관한 연구

        Tower architectures affect their city-scape by their size, shape and height among other buildings and natural elements. Therefore the tower become the landmark of the town and symbolic and cognition element of the city scape. In this thesis we suggest a way to analyze the influence of tower construction to the city scape and we explain the concept and processes of visibility analysis, the analysis of view point and analysis of aerial view as the way of study of the city scape. Finally we propose the evaluation methods for the city tower to establish evaluation indices and elements following characteristics of the tower.
