Background: In order to fight the epidemic, the Ministry of Education, PRC has put forward a work plan of "no suspension of classes", which promotes the sharing of high-quality online teaching resources through online education, promotes the "classroom revolution" by changing teaching and learning methods, and provides a learning platform with network technology, thus promoting the development of mixed teaching. Statistical analysis: In order to adapt to the development trend of contemporary educational information and fully consider the principal position of students. Finding: a blended teaching mode based on SPOC which is suitable for the courses combining theory and practice is formulated. Taking the course of "Modern Educational Technology" as an example, the blended teaching is studied in detail. Applications: in order to provide reference for future blended teaching research.
Emerging Roles of Krüppel-Like Factor 4 in Cancer and Cancer Stem Cells
Ding, Bo,Liu, Ping,Liu, Wen,Sun, Ping,Wang, Chun-Ling Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2015 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.16 No.9
Cancer stem cells (CSCs) are rare subpopulations within tumors which are recognized as culprits in cancer recurrence, drug resistance and metastasis. However, the molecular mechanisms of how CSCs are regulated remain elusive. Kr$\ddot{u}$ppel-like factors (KLFs) are evolutionarily conserved zinc finger-containing transcription factors with diverse functions in cell differentiation, proliferation, embryogenesis and pluripotency. Recent progress has highlighted the significance of KLFs, especially KLF4, in cancer and CSCs. Therefore, for better therapeutics of cancer disease, it is crucial to develop a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of how KLF4 regulate CSC functions. Herein we summarized the current understanding of the transcriptional regulation of K LF4 in CSCs, and discussed the functional implications of targeting CSCs for potential cancer therapeutics.

The plant Schisandra chinensis contains a phytoestrogens, a type of naturally occurring estrogens which have multiple functions in a number of biological processes. To investigate the correlation between phytoestrogens and epigenetic modification, especially the effect of phytoestrogens on DNA methylation, sexually healthy female mice were used as an animal model in the present study. Briefly, the total RNA and protein were isolated from the ovary of mice after 7-day oral administration of Schisandra chinensis extract (SCE), while distilled water was given to the animals in the control group. Real-time PCR, Western blotting, and enzyme activity assays were performed to examine the effect of the extract of S. chinensis on Dnmt1 transcription and activity. A promoter assay was further conducted in MCF cells (ER positive) to explore also the influence of SCE on Dnmt1 transcriptional activity. The results revealed that the mRNA and protein expression levels of mouse Dnmt1 were both significantly downregulated in the treated group. The transcription of Dnmt1 was suppressed by SCE and in the E2-added group also. Meanwhile the numbers of oocytes at different stages were increased in the treated group when compared by histological analyses with those in the control group. Taken together, the results indicated that, similarly to the action of estrogen, phytoestrogens affected Dnmt1 transcription in mammals, regulating the related gene expression and cell differentiation. The findings of our examination provided also basic data and understanding for the correlation between phytoestrogens and epigenetic modification.

This paper presents the first comprehensive survey of 19 novel brominated flame retardants (NBFRs) in soil samples collected among five Asian countries. High variability in concentrations of all NBFRs was found in soils with the geometric mean (GM) values ranging from 0.50 ng/g dry weight (dw) in Vietnam to 540 ng/g dw in the vicinity of a BFR manufacturer in China. In urban, rural, and background locations, the GM concentrations of Sigma(19)NBFRs decreased in the order of Japan > South Korea > China > India > Vietnam. Correlations among different NBFR compounds were positive and statistically significant (p < 0.05), suggesting that they originate from similar sources. Evidence for simultaneous application between polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) and NBFRs were also noted. Principal component analysis of NBFR concentrations revealed specific pollution sources for different NBFRs coming from urban, BFR-related industrial, and e-waste sites. For the first time, this study demonstrates a 'point source fractionation effect' for NBFRs and PBDEs. The concentrations of all NBFRs and PBDEs were negatively and significantly correlated with the distance from BFR-related industrial and e-waste regions. Positive and significant correlation between population density and NBFR concentrations in soils was identified. Our study revealed that the primary sources effects were stronger than the secondary sources effects in controlling the levels and distribution of NBFRs and PBDEs in soils in these five Asian countries.

Improved Performances of AlN/Polyimide Hybrid Film and its Application in Redistribution Layer
Zhe Liu,Guifu Ding,Jiangbo Luo,Wen Lu,Xiaolin Zhao,Ping Cheng,Yanlei Wang 대한금속·재료학회 2016 ELECTRONIC MATERIALS LETTERS Vol.12 No.5
The AlN/polyimide (PI) hybrid film was studied as thedielectric layer in the redistribution layer (RDL) in this work. The incorporation of the AlN into the PI matrix was achievedby mechanical ball-milling process. The spin-coating processwas used to fabricate the AlN/PI hybrid film, which iscompatible with micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS)technology for fabricating RDL. The AlN/PI hybrid film wascharacterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrumand thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The effect of the AlNcontent on the thermal stability, thermal expansion coefficient, hardness and water adsorption of the AlN/PI hybrid film wasstudied. The results indicated that the addition of AlN nanoparticlesimproved the thermal stability and hardness, butdecreased the thermal expansion coefficient and waterabsorption of the pure PI film. As an example of its typicalapplication, the AlN/PI hybrid film with 8 wt.% AlN waspatterned using micromachining technology and used as thedielectric layer in RDL successfully.
Composite action of notched circular CFT stub columns under axial compression
Fa-Xing Ding,Bing Wen,Xuemei Liu,Hai-bo Wang 국제구조공학회 2017 Steel and Composite Structures, An International J Vol.24 No.3
This paper conducted both numerical and theoretical studies to investigate the composite action of notched circular concrete-filled steel tubular (CFT) stub columns under axial compression and established a theoretical method to predict their ultimate bearing capacity. 3D finite element (FE) analysis was conducted to simulate the composite action and the results were in good agreement with experimental results on circular CFT stub columns with differently oriented notches in steel tubes. Parametric study was conducted to understand the effects of different parameters on the mechanical behavior of circular CFT stub columns and also the composite action between the steel tube and the core concrete. Based on the results, a theoretical formula was proposed to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of notched CFT stub columns under compression with consideration of the composite action between the steel tube and the core concrete.
