Lygus pratensis distributes worldwide and is one of the common insect pests on cotton in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, the largest cotton growing region of China. This study assessed the effects of six constant temperatures (10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 °C) at 60% relative humidity (RH) on egg and nymphal development of L. pratensis. Eggs failed to hatch and the newly-hatched nymphs could not normally develop at 10 °C. The developmental duration of egg and nymph decreased as temperature increased from 15 to 30 except 35 °C for egg. Based on the linear model, the lower developmental threshold and effective accumulated temperature were 10.68 °C and 150.2 DD for egg, and 12.08 °C and 208.3 DD for nymph, respectively. Among three non-linear models (Briere-1, Logan-6 and Lactin), Logan-6 provided the most accurate estimate for the mean optimum and lethal maximum temperatures (33.6 and 40.9 °C for egg, and 34.0 and 37.4 °C for nymphs). The interactive effects of three RH levels (45, 60 and 75%) and two temperatures (25 and 35 °C) on the immature developmental stages were tested. Temperature, RH and their interaction showed significant effects on egg and nymphal development. High relative humidity (75% RH) shortened the developmental duration of egg at 25 °C and nymph at 25 and 35 °C,whereas no significant difference was found for egg duration between different RH levels at 35 °C. The present study is useful for further predicting the phenology of L. pratensis and developing forecast and management strategies for this emerging mirid bug in China.
Hot Keyword Extraction of Sci-tech Periodicals Based on the Improved BERT Model

With the development of the economy and the improvement of living standards, the hot issues in the subject area have become the main research direction, and the mining of the hot issues in the subject currently has problems such as a large amount of data and a complex algorithm structure. Therefore, in response to this problem, this study proposes a method for extracting hot keywords in scientific journals based on the improved BERT model.It can also provide reference for researchers,and the research method improves the overall similarity measure of the ensemble,introducing compound keyword word density, combining word segmentation, word sense set distance, and density clustering to construct an improved BERT framework, establish a composite keyword heat analysis model based on I-BERT framework.Taking the 14420 articles published in 21 kinds of social science management periodicals collected by CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure) in 2017-2019 as the experimental data, the superiority of the proposed method is verified by the data of word spacing, class spacing, extraction accuracy and recall of hot keywords. In the experimental process of this research, it can be found that the method proposed in this paper has a higher accuracy than other methods in extracting hot keywords, which can ensure the timeliness and accuracy of scientific journals in capturing hot topics in the discipline, and finally pass Use information technology to master popular key words.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Polyelectrolyte-decorated graphene with positive and negative charges was prepared using graphene oxide as a precursor along with polyallylamine hydrochloride and poly (styrenesulfonate sodium) as surface modifiers, respectively. Driven by an electrostatic interaction, the as-obtained polyelectrolyte-decorated graphene sheets were self-assembled via a layer-by-layer method, producing graphene based composite multilayers. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) images showed that the surface of composite film exhibited a mass of characteristic wrinkles of graphene. Interestingly, the cross-sectional FE-SEM of the film exhibited an unstratified structure, indicating a good dispersion of graphene sheets in the composite film. The results of oxygen gas permeability testing demonstrated that the resulting composite films exhibited excellent oxygen gas barrier properties. The oxygen gas transmission rate (OTR) of the composite film with 24 bilayers was as low as 1.2 cm<SUP>3</SUP> m<SUP>-2</SUP> d<SUP>-1</SUP>∙atm<SUP>−1</SUP>, exhibiting potential for use in packaging applications.</P>
Proteomic analysis of differentially expressed skin proteins in iRhom2Uncv mice

A mouse homozygous for the spontaneous mutation uncovered(Uncv) has a hairless phenotype. A 309-bp non-frameshiftdeletion mutation in the N-terminal cytoplasmic domainof iRhom2 was identified in Uncv mice (iRhom2Uncv) using targetregion sequencing. The detailed molecular basis for howthe iRhom2 mutation causes the hairless phenotype observedin the homozygous iRhom2Uncv mouse remains unknown. Toidentify differentially expressed proteins in the skin of wild-typeand homozygous iRhom2Uncv littermates at postnatal day 5,proteomic approaches, including two-dimensional gel electrophoresisand mass spectrometry were used. Twelve proteinswere differentially expressed in the skin in a comparison betweenwild-type and homozygous iRhom2Uncv mice. A selectionof the proteomic results were tested and verified usingqRT-PCR, western blot and immunohistochemistry. These dataindicate that differentially expressed proteins, especiallyKRT73, MEMO1 and Coro-1, might participate in the mechanismby which iRhom2 regulates the development of murineskin.
Seismic responses of a metro tunnel in a ground fissure site

Shake table tests were conducted on scaled tunnel model to investigate the mechanism and effect of seismic loadings on horseshoe scaled tunnel model in ground fissure site. Key technical details of the experimental test were set up, including similarity relations, boundary conditions, sensor layout, modelling methods were presented. Synthetic waves and El Centro waves were adopted as the input earthquake waves. Results measured from hanging wall and foot wall were compared and analyzed. It is found that the seismic loadings increased the subsidence of hanging wall and lead to the appearance and propagation of cracks. The values of acceleration, earth pressure and strain were greater in the hanging wall than those in the foot wall. The tunnel exhibited the greatest earth pressure on right and left arches, however, the earth pressure on the crown of arch is the second largest and the inverted arch has the least earth pressure in the same tunnel section. Therefore, the effect of the hanging wall on the seismic performance of metro tunnel in earth fissure ground should be considered in the seismic design.

Objective: The objective of this study was to investigate effects of supplementation of culture media from solid-state fermented Isaria cicadae (I. cicadae) on performance, serum biochemical parameters, serum immune indexes, antioxidant capacity and meat quality of broiler chickens. Methods: A total of 648 Arbor Acres male broiler chickens(1 d; average body weight, 42.93±0.47 g) were randomly assigned to 6 treatments, each with six replicates and 18 broiler chickens per replicate. Broiler chickens were fed phase I (d 1 to 21) and phase II (d 22 to 42) diets. The phase I diets were corn and soybean-meal based diets supplemented with 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, or 10% culture media from solid-state fermented I. cicadae respectively. The phase II diets were corn and soybean-meal based diets supplemented with 0%, 1.33%, 2.67%, 4.00%, 5.32%, or 6.67% culture media from solid-state fermented I. cicadae respectively. Results: In phase I, the broiler chickens with the supplementation of culture media had increased body weight gain and feed intake (linear and quadratic, p<0.05) with increasing inclusion of culture media. The levels of serum total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), glutathione (GSH) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) increased linearly (p<0.05). In phase II, levels of serum T-AOC and interleukin-1β increased linearly (p<0.05), and GSH increased (p<0.05). In the kidney, GSH and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) concentrations increased (linear and quadratic, p<0.05) and SOD concentration increased linearly (p<0.05). Compared to the control, shear force and drip loss of breast muscle decreased (linear and quadratic, p<0.05). Drip loss of leg muscle decreased linearly and quadratically (p<0.05). Conclusion: Dietary supplementation of culture media from solid-state fermented I.cicadae which was enriched in both wheat and residual bioactive components of I. cicadae enhanced the growth performance of broiler chickens. It also improved body anti-oxidative status and contributed to improve broiler meat quality.
China’s Public Diplomacy and Its Implications for East Asia Community

현재에도 동아시아 공동체의 미래는 예견하기 어려운 상황이다. 제일 큰 이유는 동아시아에서의 공동체 의식이 형성되어 있지 않다는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 구조주의의 시각에서 공공외교가 공동체의식 형성에 도움된다는 점을 논증하고 있다. 중국은 동아시아지역의 대국이고 동아시아 공동체의 건설과정에서 중요한 작용을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 중국의 공공외교의 역사를 돌아보았고 중국이 공공외교를 통해 동아시아 공동체의 건설을 위해 중요한 공헌을 할 수 있음을 강조하였다. 또한 공공외교의 신뢰성을 증가시키기 위해 중국정부는 반드시 국내시민사회의 건설에 힘써야 할 것이다.
