        Early fault detection method for rolling bearing based on multiscale morphological filtering of information-entropy threshold

        The scale of structure element is especially important to obtain good filtering results in multiscale morphological filtering (MMF) method. In general, the optimal scale of structure element is set to be a fixed value in traditional morphological filter, therefore it is difficult to extract the fault feature from rolling bearing vibration signal effectively. A novel multiscale morphological filtering algorithm is proposed based on information-entropy threshold (IET-MMF) for early fault detection of rolling bearing. Compared with traditional MMF method, several optimal scales of structure elements are achieved according to the energy distribution characteristic of different vibration signals. The information entropy theory is applied to quantify the analyzed signals, and the optimal threshold of information entropy is obtained by iterative algorithm to ensure integrity of useful information. The simulation and rolling bearing experimental analysis results show that the IET-MMF method can extract fault features of vibration signals effectively.

        论中国第三人执行异议之诉

        Article 227 of Civil Procedure Law of the People’s Republic of China stipulates that the lawsuit of the third party objecting to execution system, and at the same time, it adopts a series of prescribed ways. A series of lawsuits which may exist when the third party objects to execution system, such as the lawsuit of the third party objecting to execution system; the lawsuit of the third party retrial the judgment ; the lawsuit of the creditor applying to the court for allowing execution, and the lawsuit of the creditor retrial the judgment, are stipulated together, forming a unique legislative structure. In terms of system construction, there are three characteristics of the lawsuit of the third party objecting to execution system in China: first, the objection of the third party is the prerequisite procedure of the lawsuit of the third party objecting to execution system; second, corresponding to the lawsuit of the third party objecting to execution system, the lawsuit of the creditor applying to the court for allowing execution exists; third, and the lawsuit of the third party retrial the judgment is stipulated in the same article of law to protect the interests of the third party under different circumstances. In the short term, the characteristic structure of he lawsuit of the third party objecting to execution system in China is worthy of affirmation. However, with the deepening of the judicial practice of he lawsuit of the third party objecting to execution system, the conditions for returning to the origin of the system are ripe. We should cancel the procedure of opposition and set up an independent lawsuit of the third party objecting to execution system. With the cancellation of the third party objection to execution system, the temporary mission of the lawsuit of the creditor applying to the court for allowing execution will be completed, and lawsuit of the creditor applying to the court for allowing execution should be reconsidered. It is a remedy for creditors to choose whether to bring the lawsuit or not to protect their own rights and interests. In the legislation, we should cancel the lawsuit of the third party retrial the judgment, get rid of a series of prescriptive mode with the lawsuit of the third party retrial at present, and establish the legislative mode of the independent lawsuit of the third party objecting to execution system.

        한·중 애니메이션 산업 비교를 통한 중국 애니메이션 경쟁력 강화 방안

        21세기 들어 애니메이션 산업은 나날이 세계인들의 관심이 높아지고 있다. 최근들어, 중국은 지방의 여러 성(省)에 애니메이션 산업기지를 만들어가고 있고 업계의 활성화와 인재양성을 위해 발돋움하고 있다. 중국의 애니메이션 산업 발전을 위해서는 애니메이션 장르가 가지고 있는 산업적 수익 모델과 연계된 핵심요소가 무엇이고, 중국 정부나 학계, 업계가 해결해야 할 중장기 발전을 위한 정책대안이 무엇인지 밝혀내는 것은 대단히 의미 있는 일이다. 따라서 이러한 연구를 위해서는 한국의 문화산업 발전과 관련된 정책과 산업계의 성공사례 및 선행 연구들을 고찰해 볼 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 한, 중 양국의 애니메이션 산업 발전과 현황을 비교 분석하여 세계속의 중국 애니메이션 산업발전을 위한 경쟁력 강화 방안을 도출하기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위해 한국애니메이션 산업의 우수한 역량을 바탕으로 중국 애니메이션 산업에 적용할 수 있는 방안들을 모색하였다. 지금까지 살펴본 분석 결과를 요약하면, 한국 애니메이션 산업의 발전은 기본적으로 정부의 지원체계가 산업적 제작시스템이 중국에 비해 우수하고 애니메이션 산업을 문화산업으로 발전시키기 위한 노력이 다양하다는 점을 파악할수있었다. 특히 창작 애니메이션을 제작하기 위한 정부차원의 관심과 투자, 그리고 온라인 게임과 같은 캐릭터 산업과 연계하여 OSMU 차원의 산업적 토대를 마련하고 있다는 사실은 시사하는 바가 크다. People throughout the world are growing more and more interested in the animation industry since 21st century. Recently, China has been creating animation industry bases in various provinces and making every effort for revitalizing the industry and cultivating talents. In order to develop Chinese animation industly. it’s very important for us to find core factors connected with solid industrial business models contained by an animation genre and alternative proposals for medium and long term development which should be solved by Chinese government, academic circles or the industry. Therefore, we need to study governmental policies, success stories and preceding studies of Korea related with the development of Korean cultural industries in order to conduct this study. This study is intended to find countermeasures of consolidating competitiveness for the development of Chinese animation industry by comparing and analyzing development and present status of the animation industly between Korea and China. For this point of view, countermeasures applicable to Chinese animation industry were intended to find based on the superior capacity of Korean animation industry. The analysis shows that a governmental support system for developing animation industry and an industrial production system in Korea were superior to China and also there were various efforts for developing the animation industry into cultural industry in Korea. Especially, governmental interests and investments on the production of creative animations and preparations of industrial foundation for OSMU connected with character industly such as online games are very suggestive.

      • Biotoxins for Cancer Therapy

        In recent times, a number of studies have provided evidence that biotoxins present great potential as antitumor agents, such as snake venom, bee venom, some bacteria toxins and plant toxins, and thus could be used as chemotherapeutic agents against tumors. The biodiversity of venoms and toxins make them a unique source from which novel anticancer agent may be developed. Biotoxins, also known as natural toxins, include toxic substances produced by plants, animals and microorganisms. Here, we systematically list representative biological toxins that have antitumor properties, involving animal toxins, plant toxins, mycotoxins as well as bacterial toxins. In this review, we summarize the current knowledge involving biotoxins and the active compounds that have anti-cancer activity to induce cytotoxic, antitumor, immunomodulatory, and apoptotic effects in different tumor cells in vivo or in vitro. We also show insights into the molecular and functional evolution of biotoxins.

        Potassium Humate-Derived Nitrogen-Doped Activated Carbons with Narrow Micropore Size Distribution for High-Performance Supercapacitors

        Micro-porous activated carbons (ACs) with a narrow pore size distribution of 0.4–0.6 nm and high specific surface areas (1160–1315 m2 · g-1) are prepared from environment-friendly, lowgrade potassium humate (HA-K, carbon resource) and mild activating agent potassium acetate (CH3COOK). Microstructure characterizations indicate that the introduction of activating agent CH3COOK is a key step to achieve high specific surface area and carbonization degree. These ACs contain small amount of oxygen and nitrogen, and show obvious pseudo-capacitance besides double layer capacitance. As a result, the optimized ACs achieve high specific capacitances of 311 F · g-1 and 317 F · g-1 at 0.1 A · g-1 in 2 M KOH and 1 M H2SO4 aqueous electrolytes, respectively. This sample also shows a good charge-discharge cycling stability within 10 000 cycles.

      • Relative Risk of Metabolic Syndrome in Middle Aged Adults with Different Weight Living in Urban Beijing, China

        The purpose of this study is to compare the relative risk of metabolic syndrome (MS) in middle aged adults with different body weights. 155 subjects living in urban Beijing were recruited from 24 neighborhood committees of urban Beijing. They were divided into normal weight, overweight and obese groups according to their BMIs. The general information of the subjects was collected using an interview-administered questionnaire. Standard procedure was followed to measure subject's weight, height and waist. Biochemical parameters (total cholesterol (TC), low- and high­density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C ; HDL-C), triglyceride (TG), and fasting glucose) and blood pressure were also determined. The results indicated that the systolic and diastolic blood pressure, HDL-C of obese group was lower than that of the normal weight group. Fasting glucose of obese males was significantly higher than that of normal weight males. No significant difference of fasting glucose was found among female groups. No significant difference of TG was found among male groups, while TG of overweight and obese females was both significantly higher than normal weight females. There was no significant difference of TC and LDL-C among normal weight, overweight and obese groups in both males and females. The MS rate of obese males was significantly higher than the normal weight and overweight males, as was the female. The relative risk of MS in obese group was about 11 times higher (OR=11.249, $95\%CI$ = 3.812 - 33.191) than the normal weight group after adjusting for age, gender, smoking, drinking, family economic level and education status. It is concluded that obesity contributed to lower HDL-C, hypertriglyceride, hypertension and MS after controlling the effects of age, gender, socioeconomic status, alcohol drinking and smoking. Obese individuals have a higher risk of having MS than their normal weight counterparts.

        Metagenomic analysis suggests unique gut‐microbiota composition and GH family constitution of Macrotermes annandalei

        Energy supply is a major concern of human survival and development, and that concern demands new sources of renewable clean energy. Cellulose, as a renewable energy material is affected by low activity and high cost of cellulose. Studies of cellulose degrading bacterial microbiota in insect intestine have revealed that these potential microbes can be used as a rich resource of cellulose degrading strains. Here, the present study involves metagenomic sequencing of intestinal microbes of Macrotermes annandalei by Illumina PE150 and a total of 401,190 scaftigs were obtained. Open Reading frame (ORF) species annotation showed that the largest proportion of them belong to the phylum of Bacteroides, followed by Protobacteia, Firmicutes and Mucoromycota. Mapping to the CAZy database indicates that 4,539 genes encoding of glycoside hydrolase belongs to 109 distinct CAZy families. The results provide a theoretical basis for exploring new candidate bacteria for efficient cellulose degradation to obtain high cellulose resource yield.

        Recent progresses and perspectives of VN-based materials in the application of electrochemical energy storage

        Developing well-behaved electrode materials is crucial for manufacturing high-performance batteries,SCs and electrocatalysis, and it is also one of the main driving forces for the development of EES devices. In consideration of the high robustness and electrical conductivity during the electrochemical reactionprocess, VN-based materials exhibit good performance as electrode materials (or catalytic materials)for batteries, supercapacitors, and excellent catalytic activity for electrocatalysts. Especially, the VNbasedmaterials decorated into other active compounds with various morphologies elaborately presentexcellent performances due to the abundant active sites and fully synergistic effect. This review presentsthe structure-performance relation by designing different-dimensional nanostructures and various applicationsof VN-based materials in electrochemical energy storage (EES) applications. Finally, the perspectiveson future challenges and progress have been discussed. This review can offer a specificunderstanding for the optimization strategies of VN-based materials, thus booming the rapid developmentand practical applications for EES devices in the future.
